Horrible experience

I travel a lot (2-3 times a year) and this has been by far the worst experience of my life. First the agent provides me wrong information, then my flight gets cancelled by mistake, and then no one know how to fix the problem. I called flighthub 6 times in 6 days, every person says they will call me back but never do. Save yourself the time and hassle, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I would never use this company they are scammers
I made several calls and on the 1st call i was advised my flight was cancelled after i pay a 75.00 cancellation fee. I was livid why should i pay for a cancellation fee before 24 hours so then they dropped the fee for 25.00 which i was reluctant to pay but willing just to get away from this company and i would get a refund.
I got an email this morning stating I needed to call them after 45 mins on the phone at 4am i have to call back to speak to a supervisor from 9am-6pm est time as they haven't canceled the flight yet and now it is over the 24 hour period. I am going to call my credit card company to reverse the charges and not pay them for the flight that is my only solution as they are not doing as i requested

Needed to change my flight from Uganda. Lady spoke poor English and wouldnt listen to my question around the flight change. When I mentioned she wasnt listening she hung up the phone on me. I had borrowed the phone to make the call. Ridiculous behaviour. Years ago I worked in customer services and would never treat a customer in this fashion.

Horrible!

Flight hub is horrible and has horrible customer service, they have fake supervisors (all same level, I asked her and she wouldnt deny it, and refused to get her boss) I hit the wrong button for my return flight and called within 5 minutes to make the change and willing to pay extra for the correction. But no, they wont make any changes then told me $75 a person to cancel the booking, then when I complained told me they could take it down to $25 a person, then later told she could have waived it but only if it was for a different reason. I also had the insurance, no help there. The lady spoke over me the whole time and kept repeating, the policy was on the website, but it was human error I called within 5 minutes, no compassion just rudeness. Stay away unless you want screwed over!

Run away as fast as you can from these bozos. I scheduled my trip one year in advance and three weeks before I was set to leave i found out they had actually booked my flight to leave and return on the same day. They were unwilling to help me because these were considered "restricted" seats. Stick to mainline websites such as Orbitz or Travelocity where the calendar tool actually works.

Have use the worst seats on the plane. Was able to change it to better seat. Flight attended almost took my knee cap off with that $#*!en cart they push up and down the As soles with no regards to anyones safety in mine. West jet air Canada flll the same.

Not the lowest price out there but low enough to get the job done. The lay overs werent too long either, longest one was 4 hours but flighthub cant control airlines

Overall it was a great experience flying with Spirit!
Everything was clearly explained regarding baggage before the day of travel.
It was awesome to see the breakdown of the ticket price.
The spirit employees were helpful and the facility was absolutely clean.
We left on time and arrived before our set arrival.
Way to go!
