I was booking with u guys for last 4 years, this year due to flight changes i called customer service to find different dates (plus i was willing to pay the extra amount). 5 Times customer service guys hung up on me when they said we found the date, 2 days i was on phone line for almost 5-6 hours. Personally now i will never book from you guys and will recommend all my friends to stay away.

I felt scammed by this company. The website was cumbersome, wouldn't let me book 2 tickets at once. Then it wouldn't let me select the seats next to each other.
Took a long time arguing with the terrible customer service, who wouldn't let me speak to a superior when I requested. Called back and the next guy gave me the same run around and refused to connect me with anyone else. Ended up calling the airline directly and they fixed the issue, sat us together and charged me less for the second ticket than flighthub had for the first. To be honest, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Flight hub was completely useless and painful to deal with. There was a technical glitch in which a date was changed for connecting flights. According to Flighthub the change was not successful according to the he airlines (2 different airlines) the hangar was successfully, Flighthub inability to accurately reflect the airline booking nearly resulted in me missing 3 flights starting in Calgary Canada and ending in Adelaide Australia. It was completely unnecessarily stressful. The only way it was resolved was because the airlines bent over backwards to fix Flighthub error. I will never use Flighthub again.
I love flight hun its easy and compared to other websites has the best prices i would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for cheap, convenient flights.

If you have to edit anything on your tickey get ready for CHINESE WATER TORTURE and GET YOUR CREDIT CARD out ----ITS GOING TO COST YOU! The call staff is not proficient in the English language and may misspell your name as many as 20 times in a row. Then, when you go to change your ticket THEY CHARGE YOU $150 AFTER THE FACT. I wish I had never ever ever used them. It's been over 2 hrs and I'm still trying to get my name on my ticket to match my passport. Please kill me...
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND JUST BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE, DON'T END UP LIKE ME... stuck on hold and getting charged EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

So, at the last minute, I have the date of one of my exams changed at the last minute. First I have to wait 20 minutes to talk to a person I do not think it will be a problem I will not be able to talk about it. For the time I can not get away from it I can not get away from it mins. He tells me that I'm taking a break from him and I'm still going to talk about it. 40 mins. After that, he answers me in the end my tells me I'll be back to you again and again it'll take me to say it will take 3 to 5 mins but finally jitter almost half an hour. Finally he offers me something but the price to change the date is almost the same as the ticket.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
