I haven't seen so fu**d up service anywhere. I have booked a flight for 300 bucks and i canceled my trip. I wanted to cancel my fight so that i can get a refund. I expected that they will will give me a full refund as i am trying to cancel it after 24 hours. It showed me that it will cost me 150 buck and i taught that it will deduct 150 from the amount i paid. Instead it charged me extra 150 bucks to cancel my ticket. I have called the customer care and this what they have said "If you want to cancelled ticket you should just miss the flight or leave the ticket, instead if you try to cancel it, we will charge you an extra 150 bucks fee." Outrageous,,, what kind of service is that. Please never use this website. The customer service is complete $#*!. They are not even trying to get my money back. What is customer care even there for.
I lost $450 for canceling my flight. Worst customer support, they were rude. Ill never try this again.At least I asked for coupons or points they can't even provide that. Worst experience I have ever had.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. Please note that when booking through a travel agency, we must still follow standard airline fare rules. Which means if a ticket is non-refundable, we can not process any refund.
At the moment, we do not have any points system in place which is why agent could not provide this to you.

The flighthub web page its very well done, everything is clear and easy to understand, this is something I really appreciate from flight pages. They offer good prices which is very good for someone who likes to travel, and the airlines are very good too. On my flight back, there was a delay, and we landed late but thats something that happens and totally understand.
Same as I said before the service is good; flights on time but crammed seating. I would suggest not cramming people in planes as of lately the experience has been for myself.

They just take your money. Customer service is rude as hell and does not help you. Cancel your flight and take your money. DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB.
Flight hub has become a nice easy booking site to use. Good pricing etc. I have used them now two times for bookings between Kelowna and Comox one once between Kelowna and Vancouver.
The only complication I have had was with Flair Air. For some reason flights booked on Flair had a technical difficulty when trying to prepay for a checked bag. The agents at Flair were lovely and honoured the prepaid baggage check price.
I like buying tickets from flighthub. Its easy and fast.
It is also reliable with high availability and also offer the best prices.
It's simple, quick processing and the prices can't be beat! I use a website called yycdeals.ca where they refer your site a lot on cheap flights all over the world. Before I discovered your site/app a couple years ago I never thought I could afford to travel abroad. Since my first booking experience- I have booked 3 trips within a year! Highly recommend!
I used FlightHub for the first time and will never do so again. First, the quote for my flight, which was between two Canadian cities, came in American Dollars, so I booked the flight based on the dollar value (wouldn't have otherwise -- wasn't really any cheaper than booking regularly in the end). It then became necessary that I change my flight time for my return leg of the journey. Flighthub gave me no options to do so online, therefore I phoned and was given the response that they could not change the flight time (even though the airline listed many other flights available that day) but the airline itself might be able to do so. I phoned the airline and was told that they could not change the flight time because Flighthub had made the booking and my time was therefore locked -- only Flighthub could make the change. In the end, I had to book and pay for an entirely new flight (this time through the airline as I am never going near Flighthub again). What a rip off.
Helpful service from the person at phone to book a flight for the best price. Last minute had to take bags and the person was so helpful in finding the various prices for the different amount of bags taken.
After being stuck in an airport for over 12 hours I decided to buy another flight. I went on flighthub and it gave me the cheapest, best flight without having to search for hours.
Easy to use and transparent with pricing. For exactly what I expected. Would use the service again and would recommend the service to my friends and family.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking the reservation, the booking was cancelled by you online using our self serve portal. No where did it state that this ticket is fully refundable! Because you cancelled AFTER the 24 hour grace period, the ticket falls under standard airline fare rules. In this case, the ticket is non-refundable and only applicable for a future travel credit. Prior cancellation, it states the cancellation fee per passenger which you must agree to by entering your credit card CVV. Once that information is added, you must click "I understand that I am about to cancel my flights and receive travel credit." If that is not selected, flight would not be cancelled.
We apologize for the inconvenience however no refund can be made at this point since standard procedures were followed.
