Flight booking

Friendly service.

Due to a snowstorm my flight was delayed to very late evening with a chance of being cancelled. As a senior anything after 7 p.m. is hazardous. Thankfully I was able to rebook to a different day.

It is alright

When I flew the flight got cancelled and had to make some phone calls to get on a flight to make my connection. It took more time than it should of but at the end it worked out.

Never buy with Flighthub

I Brooke I flight to Calgary and shortly after I find out I cannot go, I tried to cancel the ticket talking with the flight company but the response was no because flight hub not refunding any money. A big scam company

I BOOKED A TWO WAY TICKET THRU THEM AND DUE TO AN EMERGENCY I HAD TO LEAVE A WEEK EARLY, WHEN I WENT TO CHECK IN TO GET HOME THEY CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. I WASNT ASKING FOR A REFUND JUST ASKING TO USE MY TWO WAY TICKET I PURCHASED TO GET HOME. WOW JUST WOW.

HORRIBLE!

Appalling Customer Service. My Mistake, missed declining the travel insurance I didnt need, called within 2 minutes to cancel. First woman said we will cancel and youll receive a refund in 2-10 days, oh but wait, Im transferring you to customer support to confirm! Oh, oh? Sorry cant cancel the forced default insurance! Why, I booked it literally 2 minutes ago! Sorry, cant cancel! (Very as a matter of factually). Ok cancel my booking. Fine, you want it cancelled! No problem. Cancelled. Now on hold for 48 minutes and counting to complain, NO ONE is picking up. Im not valuable or important to them now, just a problem. Just booked CHEAPER on OPODO. GO Elsewhere, also 2-6 weeks to refund credit card, and a $75 fee! Keep it. WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN, EVER. LOOK ELESWHERE.

Reading all the other reviews, I could share my story, but looks like all of you already have. This website should be successful and value customer service. Instead, it appears to be run like a scam. I asked the care representative for his name and the other persons name who I was speaking with, simply so I could track what was going on with my flights, he told me their names were Red and Green like the colors. When I was confused as to why he couldn't tell me their names, as that is both normal and professional protocol he said it is for their safety. So far they have taken $700 and over 3 hours of time from me. A woman said she was booking me on a different flight after I argued that the flight credit was never mentioned as to the same destination exactly as the cancelled flight. Which is why I cancelled in the first place.

Now they said I can email and get transcripts sent to me email of the phone conversations. Still waiting and that was days ago. It is so sad that this company would rather have short term success by stealing people's money instead of long term, loyal customers who stick with them.

I was told that my flight credit can only be used if I want to fly to New York- which is the flight I had to cancel. I do not need to fly to New York anymore. Flighthube said that they can only offer credit if I fly to New York. HOWEVER I CALLED UNITED AIRLINES AND IT IS NOT TRUE! United said they would be happy to change if Flighthub calls and makes the changes. FLIGHTHUB CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAZY AND UNORGANIZED. ON THE PHONE FOR THREE HOURS AND YET UNITED SAID ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND MAKE THE CHANGES. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY AND CAUSE HUGE HASSLES SO PEOPLE WILL GIVE UP. I AM TAKING THIS TO A LAWYER. Shame that we all have to go through this, as travel is meant to be fun.

To all that are planning to travel and are thinking of considering a "cheap travel agent" Do Not Use FLIGHT HUB. Our family of 9 booked last July 2017 from Boston to Rome. Two weeks ago we received notification from Flight Hub telling us to contact the airline because our second leg of the trip (Lisbon-Rome) was cancelled. We have done so, but the airline tells us we must go through Flight Hub. We all have been trying for two weeks to get Flight Hub to re-book us. Call after call has not produced any result. All we get is "they have sent emails" That is not good enough. Flight Hub is an unresponsive agent, not pro-active, lacks customer service and continuously makes excuses for inability to accomplish the task at hand, which to provide a new booking. We are leaving in three weeks and still have no flight to Rome. NEVER USE FLIGHT HUB. If you do... you will be sorry.

Bought two tickets almost 2 months in advance, found ticket prices had gone down a few weeks later. Flighthub offered to cancel reservations for 150.00 and re-book flights. What they don't tell you is there is additional cancellation fees! We paid over $1200. 00 for original flights, they gave us only a $600.00 credit towards re-book in our flights! Scam scam scam! Called the airlines that our original flights were booked through and they were able to re-book our flight for a $200.00 fee and gave us 100.00 voucher for future flights. Thankful we will never have to deal with Flighthub ever again. Beware!

Flight changes

I had a flight to Little Rock ark. For an court date with family court. That court date was moved out 7 weeks. So I go to flight hub to change the date. ( To begin with I thought this was a different site,) I didn't get the insurance, my fault. So I Pay the 75.00 fee to get the credit. I find my new appearance date and make plans, go to book my flight and see the button " if you have a credit click here" I do. Takes me to a new site where you have a choice of flights from UNITED only. AND the cost start at 209.00 to 400.00 additional for the same exact flights on their regular site. Got no choice so I purchased the ticket. I call customer service, and get put on hold for an hour, then I get to tell the story, too bad should have bought the insurance, may I speak with a supervisor, an hour later a manager tells me to bad should have bought insurance, and hung up on me. SO RUN FROM THIS SITE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF. Turned them into state AG office would not reply to them, next consumer groups then?

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. Please note that whether insurance was purchased or not, standard airline and agency fare rules and fees would still apply. Only difference would be you would have been allowed to open a claim with the insurance company asking for the refund of the fees. Insurance company would still be able to deny the request if your reason for changes or cancelling a ticket doe not fall in their policy rules.

When exchanging a ticket, whether a standard exchange or to use your credit, there are fare rules that need to be followed. Although you are looking at the same flight, fares tend to be lower when searching for a new flight since it is the lowest class available. When exchanging a ticket, we must stick with the same class of service or higher. Unfortunately, due to this, the cost risks being higher. Also, please keep in mind that within the fare you are seeing the credit, there is airline penalty that applies as well which is another reason there is a difference in price.

Crooked cons

We had a family emergency and needed to fly my husband out ASAP. Flight hub had a flight that had a 2 hour window on time and said it was a phone only deal. This flight was more expensive, be we needed him to travel as soon as he could. I called and the man on the phone told me that the flight was full. He then said let me check directly with the airline and see what we can do. He comes back telling me there is a flight arriving 2 hours later than the previous and that they just had a cancellation and only had 1 seat available. It was a no refundable ticket, but with only 1 seat, I took it. Come to find out, this same flight was being sold other places for about $200 cheaper, but it was too late. To top it off, the flight was only about 1/2 full

I am calling them everyday -and spend at least 2 hours/call- to use my travel credit, but I wished I did not cancel my flight and charged me $150. You are going to fight with them! They are super lazy to do their job, where I have contacted AirCanada to get the right information. FLIGHTHUB IS NOT A CLEAR WEBSITE, they only care about taken your money. I would highly suggest to not use it even if the ticket is cheaper with $500.
My issue is my flight has 2 stops in Boston and Frankfurt and they say that they can not change the destination to the last one directly even when you get your travel credit. However, AirCanada says that IS NOT TRUE! So, now I am waiting their response where they told me I have to wait till I get approval on changing my flight!
Aircanada told me to give them only the flight number and book it for me! However, I have done that, but they are still refusing to do anything. THEY ARE A TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The total time I have been calling them almost 15 hours with NO SOLUTION. I have recorded all the calls and print shots all of them. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THEM!

After my ticket booking, my last name was wrongly came in the confirmation receipt. As soon as I receive the email receipt, the customer support popup on the flighthub site. So, I called them immediately to change my name. They said you have entered wrongly. So we need cancel the ticket with cancellation fee of 75 dollar. I was defending that I have given my name correctly. So, I can't pay. But, the flighthub said that if you are not cancelling then the flight operator will not allow you to board in. So, your entire ticket fare will be wasted. So, they convinced me again and again then they said you can cancel with only 25 dollar. So that the ticket fare will be refunded. After an hour of argument, they cancelled. But, they charged me 32 dollar. When I asked they said 25 US dollar converted to 32 Canadian dollar. I didn't get the receipt for the cancellation. Upon my request they send the receipt. In the receipt they charged me 32 Canadian dollar as "Modification fee". Not the cancellation fee. This Modification fee has been billed for flighthub in my credit card. But the ticket fare has been billed for Westjet. So, I doubted and called the flight operator and enquired about the cancellation fee. The flight operator Westjet said that if you cancel the ticket within 24 hours, then there is no cancellation fee. That is the reason, they charged me 32 Canadian dollar as the Modification fee for flighthub. But, the flighthub representative told that it is the cancellation fee. They made the booking with the wrong name purposefully to cheat me. The flighthub should refund me the amount of 32 Canadian dollars, which they charged as "Modification fees". Even Though, I gave the correct details.

Total scam, a guy from India on the customer service, I call them because I made a mistake with the dates on the tickets and just wanted to change, even if I had to pay for the difference in price, the answer was, that in order for me to do it they were charging me 75 dollars for each ticket, plus the difference. They literally stole my money. I call my credit card company and I open a dispute for fraud.

Esa agencia es una estafadora. Me cobraron por cancelar unos pasajes 150.00 y después cuando fui a cambiar las fechas me querían cobrar lo mismo q me constó primeramente porq el otro dinero no lo puedo usar. Al final me quitaron 900.00 y no me dieron nada para atrás. Es súper mala. No viajen por ahí.
