Connecting flight time is not enough especially if we have to change airplane. My luggage did not make it to the connecting plane. The airline is so very accomodating to arrange my luggage to my distination.
Easy, good customer service. Made it easy to book, change flights. Did change my flights on me once and didn't email me, I only noticed because I checked the website. Other than that I've booked with flight hub numerous times with no issues.

Both flights, from Boston to LAX and back, were mediocre at best. The planes were pretty well kept and clean, the staff and flight attendants were kind, and there were the occasional snacks and drinks. The snacks were the basic goodies - pretzels, cookies, etc. Overall, my flight experiences were okay.

Hawaiian Airlines cancelled our flight the day before departure.
Flighthub advised us of a new itinerary, which was much worst then the original. They were not open to negotiations, left us dealing with the airline directly, so what is the point of dealing with an agent? Consulting the paperwork, we discovered the useless coverage of insurance as well.

Website is verys user friendly and permits you to choose different departure time as well as layover hours. I bought my tickets to go to SF and found a very good price on Flighthub. Very competitive prices. Will surely buy my next tickets on this website.

I've used flighthub a couple times and this past time I realised that my prices on my credit card were changed to American dollars rather than Canadian and there were multiple other fees I was not aware of. I called flighthub and was reassured that the cost would be put through in a couple days for the quoted price I was originally given when I booked. I didn't believe them at first but the price balanced itself out except for a $20 fee.
Our family of 5 traveled through Chase Freedom rewards. All the mess of trying to figure things out was eliminated because there were select packages to choose from through Chase Freedom rewards points. The only issue was our tickets were select ticket seats that didn't allow carry on luggage or over head storage. Our carry-ons had strict small dimension requirements that went with our seat numbers. It was not good. We had to check all of our bags instead of the traditional small carry on we needed individually. Cost us $100.00 total there and back when we could have easily used carry on bags. I read the disclaimer before packing so we were able to get all 5 persons needed items in 2 check bags.

It was a pleasant experience. 1000% better than Southwest. Prices are manageable and I did not experience any scams with seating. Overall I would purchase a ticket from Flighthub again in the future. Especially if I win this $400 monthly drawing.
User interface was a breeze to use. As always will definitely look in flighthub for all my future flights for cheap and/or special fares.
