The website seems fine, but try to change something later your screwed. Their customer service is awlful, 1.5 hours wait and still no answer to redeem voucher that I paid extra for. Basically took over 1000 dollars and cant use it,
Although the confirmation email to me showed the total in Canadian dollar, my credit card was charged in US dollar without my authorization. Resulted an overcharge to my credit card. Wasted more than 40 minutes with an agent and her supervisor with no success.

I had to cancel a flight because my husband had to have open heart surgery and wait until his heart was strong enough again for lung cancer radiation treatments. When I cancelled the flight I was told I had til May 2 to BOOK my next flight. I tried on April 20 and they said I had to have traveled by May 2 so now I am out $1200! When I asked to speak to his supervisor he wouldn't let me saying that the supervisor would say the same thing. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. It's just plain robbery!

First it wouldnt take my Am Ex card and made me call them directly where they tried to charge me an extra $50. Them o booked it myself with a Master Card only to hind out that United was going to charger $50 for a carry on. Tried to cancel within 24 hour window and Fligthub was going to charge me $75 to cancel. Dont EVER use this site!
Never ever book tickets from flight hub. They will show a different price before booking and they are going to charge you a different price when you are done with the purchase. If you want to cancel the you need to pay them 75$ for free. They won't do anything. Customer service is worse, I have literally waited 1HR to speak with the customer service. If you don't want to pay the cancellation fee they will say that they have mentioned in the policies. Never Ever book tickets with flight hub.
Flightub would not let me cancel, rebook, or reschedule return flight home! This was for my husband to go see his mom he has not seen in 5 years! The return date needed to be changed and when I called to change return date they would not allow me to even if I paid extra! This is the first time I have ever dealt with an airline that did not allow you to pay extra to change a date! I was then told I couldn't even rebook it and to top it off I was even told I couldn't cancel the flight! I was told my husband goes on the schedule times or he just does not go and we don't get our money back! What is even more crazy I have read several reviews where others were able to pay a price to reschedule and etc. But, no one gave us that option! So basically my husband didn't go on the trip, he missed his opportunity to see his mom, and we were robbed of our money! When I called insurance that I purchased I couldn't get money back from them either because the reason we had to reschedule was not a covered event but, they told me flighthub should give us credit toward rebooking and the airline even said that too! Flighthub did not do anything for us but, had no problem stealing our money. Not to mention had my husband went on this flight and if we had tried to get him home he would have been stuck. I will never book with these people again! You can't do business like this and you can't treat people like this and steal from them!
After we selected all options, we got a price of 1,157.94$ CAD. But when we clicked «confirm and book», a bill of 1,401,73 CAD appeared on the page. Even worst, In my credit card account, they charged 1,435,84$ CAD
We tried to talk with costumer service by phone. The first women hung up the phone when we spoke about our problem. The second time, a woman tried to avoid the situation and gave us some nonsens reasons.
I book a flight via flighthub and within 10 hour I notice a cheaper flight on other website but I did bought from second ticket from flighthub which is cheaper from first ticket and cancelled first one now they charged me $150 for cancellation on first ticket... I should have bought from other website at least they don't charge for cancellation fee that's get cancelled within 24 hours. This is first and last time from flighthub. At least they should have that curtesy not to rob your customer.

For Canadian based travel agencies, we have until 11:59pm EST of the day of purchase to cancel with a full refund. However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. I bought a round trip flight at flighthub. I called and asked for a change for the return flight. They told me the time, date and price, and I paid for it. They issued me a ticket with a different time, causing a long layover.
The customer service representatives and the so called 'supervisor' are not helpful at all. The supervisor even hung up my phone. They loved to put you on hold when you called, keep that in mind.
I wish there would be much lesser people using their service, so that they can clean up their act a bit.

Dont buy tickets here, they fool the passengers, charge even for cancelling within 24 hrs though it is against the federal law, they say it is canadian point of sale and rob you... one word to describe them... robbers... 2nd word cheaters.

Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours. As a Canadian based travel agency, we have rules and restrictions we must follow when it comes to 24 hour cancellation. If your flight departs from Canada, we have until 11:59pm EST of the day of purchase to cancel with a full refund. If your flight departs from the US and booked under our US office, you have 24 hours as per the airline fare rules.

I booked with Flighthub on Canadian webpage but surprise when received the booking in USD.
Additionally they charge us USD16.95. Just unethical
Flighthub's Escalations Team finally looked into it and refunded the foreign transaction fees. They said they would notify their IT team regarding unexpected currency switch. This whole experience could have been avoided.

Terrible experience with Flight Hub. Will never again use them. I had a round trip ticket from Kelowna to Bangkok booked. After checking in for my first flight I was notified my fiance was in a car accident. I contacted flight hub and ASKED the agent what it would cost to change the dates of my departure flights. I was instructed to tell the Westjet agent to check me out of flights. I do not and have never worked for an airline so I was unaware that by doing that it removed me from the flights totally. At that point I was directed out of the departure terminal. My flight originally cost $914 and somehow just to change the departure date the total came to $896. I contacted Flight Hub today to inquire as to why I was mislead to checking out of my flights and they provided no answer. I asked why I wasn't told that my flights would become useless had I checked out of them at that time, no answer provided. I asked why the cost to change a flight was almost as much as the original booking, no answer. All I wanted was to know what it would cost and was tricked. Flight Hub offered no help or compensation for being mislead and was hung up on. I can book the same ticket today for $1000 but not once was I offered a chance to cancel the original ticket and purchase again, seems it would have been cheaper.Not a professional business or company I will ever recommend or use again.

I ordered some flights on flighthub and it was cheaper than expected! I caught all my flights and it was super smooth.
Frauds whoo keep lying have so many hidden fees and rupes they dont tell you and a ticket $100 cheaper ends up $400 extra i know it doesnt sound belivable but it is to save your money you end up pating extra canadian government should do something i swear

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
