I've been in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2014 Honda Accord Touring. I've looked at several online stores and local shops. No one came close to overall knowledge and customer service than Fitment Industries, period. My Fitment rep Anthony was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable in making sure he got everything right and exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone that's in the market for wheels and tires, or suspension to visit Fitment Industries online, you won't be disappointed.

Morgan charged me 150$ restocking fee for cancellation of order that was on back order. A restocking fee for something that had not even left the shelf? Back order was 4-8 weeks. Which I didn't see upon check out. My fault. However, as soon as I received back order email, literally 3 minutes after placing order, I began feverishly trying to cancel order to avoid any repercussions. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails with no reply. I shouldnt have to pay for the fact that your team was unavailable especially when no inconvenience had occurred. Why even list a product if it's that far out. Seems like a poor business practice. I know this fee has and can be waved. Felt like I was being gouged. Lots of bot responses. I became really frustrated at the fact that there's really no way to talk to an actual person with fitment industries. Anyway this is what 150$ out of my pocket gets you

Tim - It seems like there is a bit more to this matter and the product that was selected may have been a special order item, that upon placing an order is subject to cancellation fees. We list backorder product so that our customers have the option to place a deposit on items that coming available so that they can secure said product. If we were not to do this, it would mean that all product would be on a first come first serve basis which is something we would never want to subject our customers to. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

I have set I just received waiting for 3 months for backed ordered they finally came in I'm looking at the pictures online and mines are white center caps but the face of wheel not white like a grey kinda off white not same color as the center

All around amazing!

I was having trouble ordering a set of wheels, wouldnt go through or process because it kept saying "limit exceeded" i got an email and a phone call from (jeremy) stating that this is a common issue and that i should call my bank to ask them to extend my limita in order for me to make the purchase, he also answered alot of the questions i had about my car and with the wheels i was ordering whether or not i should've gotten the ceramic coating and and if i needed the tpms for the wheels, he was honest and said no i dont need it, but he advised id get the cermaic coating because of the amount of protection it gives during hard rain, winter, and other road conditions. Most companys would just tell you that you need all addons just to upsell even if you dont need it. Jeremy was honest and very professional. Will definitely be ordering again!

Jeremy Vogel helped me with my wheel set up. Today, I ordered the Ferrada F8 wheels for my Staggard set up on my 2019 Camaro SS. He was extremely polite and helpful. He made buying wheels extremely easy and buying wheels is never easy. These wheels seem to be the dopeness. Just wish they had a blue finish. If my set up goes as planned when I receive my wheels I'll be more then happy to give more of my business to Fitment industries. I'm going for that flush look.

Receive damage wheels

This is my 3 set of wheels frm this company, so I felt comfortable with them to my surprise the wheels was damage and this was my most expensive purchase yet 3300 I paid for these wheels I purchased these wheels on 11/15/2022 so to say the least it was the colder months of the season. I didn't think too much of it. So l put them up in my garage they was package. Well like always. So the weather finally broke. On 3/7/2023 I decided to put them on my car to my surprise. All four of the worlds was damage contact the company, sent them pictures over of the damage wheels they offer me 150 for compensation which it was unacceptable I should've open them up when I got them but I never had this problem with these guys before so I didn't think too much of it so that much is on me but as a valued customer that spend over 9000 with these guys l expecting more so I'm stuck with damages wheels that I paid 3300$ for

I ordered a set of konig Countergrams on 10/2 it's been about 4 months and my order is still processing. When I ordered my wheels it said they had them in stock. They didn't. Fitment industries do email me twice a month saying thank you for your patience on this backorder, but my point is this situation could have been avoided if their inventory was updated. I very much appreciate their corporation with somewhat updating me on the status of my order. I don't want anyone to wait as long as I have to, so before you do purchase try your best to KNOW if the item you want is in stock.

Bate and switch

I do not recommend fitment industries because they have several problems one being I ordered all in stock parts and ended up having to order 1 of the rims. Secondly the shipping and tracking does not seem to update on the website. Last but most important they told me that I didn't have to wait to order my wheels and tires for the black Friday sale I could just call back to have the price adjusted if mine were on sale And I just got off the phone with them and they told me I was out of luck and they are charging me for extra shipping now! Stay away!

Had multiple issues and none were ever fixed or addressed. Company wanted me to fix there mistakes before helping in anyway. Don't use them and if you do I hope they get it all right out the gate or the issues will not be fixed. Good luck

Ordered wheels and tires
September 12, 2022

I looked at the gallery before ordering, which really helped to see what others with the same set up are running. So that is a plus! I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my daughter's 350Z, which she had been saving up money all summer for. When they arrived on a Friday I was super stoked with how they were packaged, then when I opened the shrink wrap on one of the wheels/tires I discovered a noticeable ding in one of the wheels. Upon inspecting both the cardboard and the foam that covers the face of the wheel, I located a hole where something had pierced the packaging, I assume in shipping by UPS. I was disappointed but figured customer service would help. I contacted CS on Monday by email as it is nearly impossible to reach some one by telephone. I didn't get a response for several days. When I received a response, it was not what I was expecting. Their response was that they could offer a partial reimbursement or accessories/apparel to keep the wheel as to avoid having to do a return. This was unacceptable. They also offered a new wheel at a discounted price so I could keep the damaged wheel as a spare. Or if I preferred I could set up return shipping. Four days later, I was informed that return was approved and that I would be receiving a label. On August 2 I received the return label. I immediately re-packaged the wheel/tire and took it to UPS. On August 9 I followed up as the wheel/tire had been delivered on August 8. I received a response the day after confirming receipt and informing me that the wheel/tire had to go through an inspection process. On August 12, I sent an email asking why it is taking so long to process the return/shipment of a new wheel/tire. I have not heard back yet. It has been 17 days since I requested/initiated the return. It has been 4 days since they received the wheel/tire. My husband was a manager in a manufacturing facility for over 17 years. He knows how UPS works and they pay claims to companies daily for lost and damaged items. I am wondering why I had to jump through so many hoops when UPS was/is responsible for the damages that occurred in shipping. More importantly what is taking so long? As soon as they had confirmation that the wheel/tire was delivered to UPS for shipping or as soon as they received the tire/wheel, they should have shipped a new one.
