Its been a whole ordeal. As of today you guys have come to the conclusion that the vendor who you ordered from messed up on shipping a complete set of 4 tires once I sent a video that all I received was 2 tires. Customer service has been grossly criminal until Joey came in contact to rectify the situation. Unfortunately as of today I have acquired 1 additional tire so Im still short 1 more. To no fault of your facility but your association with the distributor still makes you responsible. Joey has been a God send but 3-5 month hassle and they still keep dealing with this incompetent vendor should embarrassing. Hopefully today I should see my last tire arrive but I have my reservations. I have mixed feelings due to the fact that I was told that this usually doesn't happen but evidently I shouldnt press my luck. I was advised to avoid this in the future by ordering products they physically have in stock which is a weird sales pitch to redeem yourself with.

Too many push emails when you have something in your cart but arent ready to buy yet
Upon delivery, 2 of the wheels had small dents in them. They werent very big, but its unfortunate that they showed up like that. Couldnt tell if it was a ups damage, or a damage from the warehouse. Didnt make a complaint because i wanted the wheels on the car asap, and didnt know if they would ask for them to be sent back. Delivery and the process of the order was quick and otherwise handled really well.

I found the website to be hit or miss (once I saved my car I couldn't search for wheels), but when I called in the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting was the hardest part. One wheel had minor nicks from drilling the holes, I didn't complain because they weren't deep, and the powder coating should cover that up. Overall I would recommend.

Was expecting a about a 2 week wait for the coil overs to come in but it ended up being 2 months due to they had none in stock. Which is completely understandable due to everything is On back order. Still great experience with fitment industry!

They quoted me 2 week delivery and they came a week early. Tires and tires were perfectly mounted and balanced with no scratches or anything on the wheels. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get rims fast and easily.
