I ordered this pant suit to wear to my son's wedding. I was so disappointed when the top did not fit. I wear an 8 or 10. I gave the correct measurements and even had a seamtress look at it. She said they could not of gone by my measurements. Do not order from this company they will not refund your money and they do not go by your measurements.

This was absolutely the most horrible people to do business with. I ordered a wedding gown on a Thursday and at 7 am Saturday morning canceled it, less than 36 hours later before they did anything about the order, I did not get a response to my email till the following week telling me I could only get a 80% refund back so I agreed after I sent several emails with no reply and waited for several weeks, I had to threaten to sue them to get my refund. I finally just got it today. One of the main reasons I canceled to begin with was I had read the dresses are really poorly made. Not of good quality, and made one size at top, and different size at the bottom of course u would think thats how its suppose to be but this was all jacked up, from what I read. Dont order from this site they are hard to do business with and they have poor workmanship plus if they owe you money good luck getting it. And l did have a lawyer on standby, just in case.

The dress I ordered was two size smaller than what I ordered and try to returned it and they told me just 10% refund is available no tag or any thing in the dress to indicate what size is that and the fabric sheds all over my house.
I also going to put reviews on social media so people know how fony they are I hope some days they pay for their crimes.
Amazon have so many beautiful dresses I wish I would never order with font company and just stick with Amazon.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. I had never spent so much money on a dress for myself. I was so excited until I received it. It came in a tiny bag/package that held the mostly ugly dress I had ever seen. I ordered a Sage and it turned out to be Neon Green. Dress was falling apart. The stitching was so bad and unraveling. I cried... I reached out to this company by email and Alice responded by how 70% of their profit goes towards the material and that they would lose money if I received a refund. I had it out with her for months and she finally said she would give me a $40 refund. At that point I said whatever. Well that was 4 months ago and nothing. This company not only uses FIRSTDRESS as their name but other names are associated with this one company. I noticed by how their websites were so similar and they held the same corporate office address. These company/companies should be held liable for the poor product they are sending out to consumers that have their hopes up in receiving a beautiful dress for that Special Occasion.

Firstdress caekeegown is a fake company, another online scammer.
Items are knockoff, items sold in unsatisfactory condition. Don't honor policy to be award refund if unhappy with item. Will not send you a return address or refund

Dresses are made for each order so they DO NOT take returns. Horrible - told we should feel bad for them.

Impossible to return a dress! It took forever to get it and I needed to return but it was past the 2 week

I received a dress that I ordered for my son's wedding. The dress fit fine but the material was very stiff and did not hang properly. Definely not the high quality satin as described on the website. Some jeweled beading on the side of the dress looks really cheap glitter. I have tried repeatedly to contract the company to return the dress and they do not respond. Anything bought from this website is not returnable. Buyer beware.

This is the WORST company to order from and work with when trying to return something. The dresses are nothing like the pictures shown. Upon arrival, the beads and sequins are so poorly sewn on. I didn't even try it on, it was so ugly. I tried to return it and their address on the website must be a front address because the package was returned to me as undeliverable. Tried emailing and working it out with them, they are begging me to keep the dress and will not provide a return address. HORRIBLE.

I ordered my dress in February. It's 3 sizes to small. I'm a 12. I emailed them immediately to let them know. They refused a return. Said my cost of return would be to expensive for me. What? For me? Also the maker of dress couldn't lose money for material of dress. It's middle of June. After haggling which is deceitful on there part I agreed on 30% return, back in April. Its now June 12th. NOTHING. Their address is *******@gown.clothing her name is Alice. I paid around 179.00. Big loss for me. No use for this barbie doll pantsuit.

I ordered a dress to wear at my daughter's wedding. When it arrived, I tried it on and it was way too small and it was poorly made. For one thing, it was tacked instead of sewn along the bodice pleating and it was a weird color. I filled out the request for refund form on their website. Nothing happened. Then I emailed the person who emailed me when I placed the order. I explained why I wanted to return the dress and could she please tell me how to return it. She wanted pictures of the dress. She said it was beautiful and well-made and would I reconsider keeping it. I said it didn't fit and I wanted my money back. This went back and forth for 26 emails! She asked if I would consider a partial refund. I asked how much and she said $40. I said I was going to my credit card company to refute the charges... which I did. The next day the company had refunded $125. Of the $200. It cost me. Then my credit card company took the charge off my card. My story has a happy ending because of my credit card company. Shop somewhere else! Also, don't be afraid to pursue other ways of getting your refund.

I placed an order with this company after reading that you can return items. I really don't like to shop online knowing that you can't get things to fit right. After reading their promise to make you the center of attention and best experience ever I went for it. Upon late arrival by almost 2 weeks the dress was two sizes too big and they did not respond to any of my emails on a timely manner they never sent info on shipping details and had the gall to tell me that the dress fit my daughter just fine when she can grab two fistfuls around her rib cage it was horrible didn't even fit in the chest she could have stuffed at least two rolls of toilet paper in to fill the chest area and she is not very small to begin with. Was told that I could go and have it altered to fit her. They told me it was hand stitched so they couldn't return it. Bull they lied and delayed answering my refund request. I've had 10 years in 4-H sewing I know what a hand stitch looks like I've been judged with my hand stitching abilities this was done with a machine they took the label out same dress I found it in another state in their dress shop so they lied to me about one of a kind. Don't deal with them. I wouldn't give them a single star.

Do NOT use this company. I bought a pantsuit and not only was it the wrong size but the wrong color! I sent an email asking how to return it. Alice with First Dress continues to give me the runaround and no instructions on how to return. I sent pictures of the dress showing the incorrect color. Alice told me it looked fine to her. I also told her it was too small -not the size I ordered -she has yet to address that. I've asked several times to receive return instructions. Alice with First Dress will not give me the return instructions to let me return the dress for a refund. This is a HORRIBLE company. The material is cheap and the workmanship is lack quality. The company should be called Last Dress... because I will never buy from them again.

I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. It arrived crammed in a small plastic bag, looked nothing like what was pictured, was about 3 sizes too small (the bottom half of the dress was sizes smaller than the top), and the dress smelled terrible. I have not been getting anything other than the runaround as far as trying to return it, so I am disputing the charge on my America Express card. This dress is so hideous that I have to believe that any positive reviews must be phony.
