I bought a dress from these guys. Websites states easy returns. No such thing. Dress did not fit and was wrong color. They told me to take pictures and then they would see about a partial refund. 15% was offered, then 25%. Slap in the face. They will not give return address. Was told to try and sell dress. These people are not willing to help you out at all. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 3 piece pants outfit for a wedding. I arrived 21 days later. I did not look exactly as the picture, but I was willing to accept that. However, pants fit, jacket was little tight, but ok but top was way to small. I could not wear to wedding and planned on returning. I sent in request to return and was asked to put on outfit and send picture. I said I would not and then they offered to redo top but wanted $25 to send. I said no. After much back & forth, they have agreed to refund 25%: so we'll see if that takes place. I have learned my lesson to always read reviews before ordering anything. I think that this company copies from pictures and makes outfits as they receive orders. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!

I ordered a pants suit after I read the return policy it stated 30 days no questions asked... when I received my pant suit it was about 10 sizes to big and the color was so far off I really don't know what they were thinking... I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a return address and we'll after 15 day and 12 emails back and forth they told me to sell it and get my money back that way... I had to contact my bank and give them all the emails and they are returning my money... F**k this company I would NEVER order from this company again... BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS... If I could rate them -0 I would the quality is crap the customer service is crap the stitching it so far off its not funny one leg is longer than the other by about 3 inches it is just awful

The dress took forever to come and whe it did it came all folded up in a small bag.
I couldn't even try it on, the zipper kept getting stuck. I have been trying to get authorization to return it and they are giving me the run around. Wedding is next week, I had to get another dress. Never buy from this company.

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Their product is not what they say they will provide and THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND EVER! They find every excuse in the book to not provide your refund. They even asked my body measurements from me to determine if I was telling the truth about the product not fitting correctly. They offered to refund 12% of my cost and came up with every reason under the sun not to refund the dress; their warehouse is too far away, it will cost too much for me to mail it, it will get lost in the mail. This company is a rip off - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. You will be throwing your money away. BUYER BEWARE!

I wish there's an option less than 1 star (order #: *******). First of all a dress I ordered for over $200 came all twisted in a plastic that I thought was trash. The dress has no label for the type of material or instructions on how to clean it. I was so disappointed from the moment I opened the package. It did not fit, was ordering for a wedding and therefore was more disappointed. My order was on 07/03/2022, since then we've being exchanging emails (horrible English when they respond) They are offering 12% discouraging one from having it returned.DO NOT ORDER FROM FIRST DRESS.

After spending $179.98 for a dress that doesn't fit and going back and forth with emails to this company they have decided they will refund me 12% of my money! It costs more to send it back to them. I've learned an expensive lesson and hope this helps someone else. Sorry for the face in the photo. It was taken after my 4th email from them and they wanted proof it didn't fit

I have never had such I negative experience with online shopping. I ordered an outfit for my daughter's wedding with custom measurements. The jumpsuit fit OK, but was so poorly constructed, I couldn't wear it in public let alone for my daughter's wedding. The jacket was impossible to wear, didn't come close to fitting and the lace was so uneven, it looked as though they closed their eyes when sewing it. I complained, asked to return it, and they said they couldn't accept a return of a custom fit order. After 4 months of emails back and forth, it was decided I would keep it and they would return $40.00. After the last email in which they said they passed my information to their accounting dept, I never heard back or received any other replies to my emails. Needless to say, I never received any compensation. I wish had read the reviews of this website/company before I bought. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy from Firstdresss.

My daughter is getting married and of course that makes me the mother of the bride. I saw this website and seen a dress that i think was the perfect dress. I ordered 2 size up thinking its better to be bigger because i can get it altered. The dress came and of course the fact that it was stuffed in this little package was the first clue that something is not right. Like one review staes it is 3 sizes small. It's the color I want and I was so disappointed when I realized that I now have to go find another dress in such a short time.
Now the game begins. The endless emails of wanting to see proof that the dress doesn't fit. I would never in my wildest dreams would have order a dress from Hong Kong if I knew that was where it's coming from. Please do not attempt to purchase a anything from this company. It's a scam

I ordered this dress for me to wear to my daughter's wedding. The website promised delivery in 8-12 days. 21 days later I had to purchase a dress at a local store, and they didn't have the right color or style. Website doesn't state they are across the sea and shipping is SLOW. When it finally arrived, it was defective and extremely poor quality. Fabric was paper thin, and bodice lining was too big, causing unsightly bunching and wrinkling, wouldn't lay smooth. Contested credit card charge and requested a reversal of charge, but due to lag time in delivery and delay in correspondence, the time for dispute had expired. In correspondence with First Dress, they repeatedly asked for pics (which I sent), and asked me to split the difference. Never did give me a refund of any amount. Seriously, do yourself a favor and DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very unethical and TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP.

I ordered a dress from Firstdresss on line then decided to check reviews. I also read their return policy and return refund info. I found a section on cancellation of order which stated that a full refund would be paid if the order was cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. They sent me an email with information that the payment transfer was approved by my credit card co. I replied to that email that I desired to cancel and I was eligible for a full refund since I cancelled within 24 hours. They replied asking me to reconsider as they checked and the dress I ordered was in perfect condition. I was not swayed and replied repeating my request. They then replied that they would assist me in receiving a full refund and for me to be patient. This all transpired last night. I will follow through when the situation is resolved, for now I give then 3 stars. If they send me a refund I will give them 5 stars for following their cancellation policy. Otherwise I will give them 1 star of course. I wish I had seen this review first. This is the second Chinese company that I have dealt with recently that appears less than reputable. And why not. American law cannot touch them in China. BUY AMERICAN!

They want your money not your satisfaction. I've been emailing them for over a year trying to get my money back for a dress that's 3 sizes to small. They wouldn't even allow me to return the dress saying it's to expensive for me to mail. They promise a small percentage return and haven't even done that. Buyers, if your dress is for the "Big Event" go somewhere else.

I ordered a standard size outfit according to their size chart when it came it was to big and they said it was not their fault it didn't fit. When I requested a refund they offered me an 8% refund which was about $14.00. I wrote back to them and now they are not answering my emails. Do not buy from this Co they are impossible to deal with. A very costly mistake

I ordered items 20 days ago and never got a shipping order confirmation I keep messaging them asking questions about when my items will arrive my item haven't arrived nor has a refund been processed # never again

I ordered a standard size dress vs. custom size because I was wary of buying online and thought if dress looked cheap or didn't fit properly I could return it. If it liked ok, I was prepared to get it altered.
The dress was for my daughters wedding in July. It looked nothing like the photo. It looked cheap, was itchy, and hot. Too tight in stomach area and I could not bend or sit. I decided it just would not be comfortable and I did not like it. I made this Dec within 1 day and began the return process. Complete waste of my time. This company is horrible and they only care about taking your money for cheaply made products which they will not take back or provide refunds for. They try to make you feel it is your fault that they produce and sell cheap ill-fitting dresses. I am disgusted and ashamed I let myself order from them.

Bought a dress for my son's wedding but did not like it - just did not fit well. Tried to return and had to take pictures or it, explain why it was not right, and then they offered me 10% of the purchase price even though their website refund policy says they want every customer to be 100% Happy! Do not buy from FirstDresss.com!

The company sent me a completely different dress from what I ordered and then refused to honor their return policy because they claimed they delivered a dress that was 90% like the pictures dress on the site. I didn't pay for 90% like it dress. And it wasn't even 50%. Very disappointing. Definitely a scam.

This company false advertising cost me 200 dollars. Ordered a dress, it as too large. Requested a return label. What I got was: send a picture, then send your measurements. If that wasn't insulting enough, then they preceeded to tell me how much it cost for material, labor etc. Next I was offered a 10% refund. There return policy is a lie ( false advertising). I'm not done with them. Don't not order from this company. I'm reporting them to whom ever I can and looking into a lawyer.

This is a shotty company. Do not order from them. I ordered a dress for a wedding through this website. The dress was 4 sizes to small. I requested a return label but never received it. It has been 4 months now. I guess I will never received it. There is not a 800 number to call for customers service. There was no paperwork in the package, not a thank you note or invoice. Nothing. The dress was not quality material nor was it true to size. It was horribly made. I paid over $200.00 for the dress. I will eat that amount. This is just another way China rips off other countries. Their word is no good. Don't fall for it, no matter how good it looks.
