I ordered a fancy pant dress for my son's wedding in September and when it got here, the fit was terrible. You send measurements because it is supposed to be custom fitted and the jacket was the size of a child's, the pants were almost as long as I am tall and the top was ok. I have had 30 emails back and forth (to China apparently - I thought they were in England) and I'm so frustrated with them. I have been communicating with them since August. I finally agreed to get only 45% of the $300, which I agreed to in the beginning of October. Where is the $? What a ripoff. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Live and learn. I wish there was a way to Red Flag this company to protect other unsuspecting people. I feel this company is a scam.

We ordered wedding dress for our daughter, we paid for dress, delivery and made additional payment for fast delivery. The dress arrived late for a week. It was just before the wedding. The dress was in awful condition. I can not describe the ugliness of the delivered dress. It is absolutely different form the one presented on their website. We tried to contact the merchant, there is no exact contact information other than email, to what they barely reply. It was sad experience. We could not get a refund or even an apology from merchant. My daughter did not wear the dress, we had to spent couple of days searching for wedding dress. People do not use this site. And never try to buy anything from this website www.firstdress.com

Ordered a dress wit jacket, dress fit perfectly, they made the jacket a child size jacket and then they wanted me to pay them more money to redo the jacket. Finally I told them to send me a return label and I would return the whole dress and return my money. Then they decided to return $50 for the jacket. I am waiting now, had I know I was dealing with China, I never would have ordered. They are horrible and disgusting. Do not use this company

Ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding in June 2020 sent the wrong colour $180.00 for dress another $40.00 to DHL for shipping website says free shipping not true returned dress as soon as I received it in June paid another $52.00 to ship back to China it's now November 2020 & no sign of a refund I have tried numerous times to contact this company no luck not so much as a e-mail back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Learnt my lesson ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS

My mother ordered a dress on here for her daughter's wedding and it never came in. It's already been 6 months and nothing has arrived from them. We tried the tracking numbers they gave us and they were all expired or didn't exist. Then when I tried receiving a refund for the dress I never received they started negotiating who much they could return me. First it was 50% of the dress amount, which the dress cost $300. Then when I persisted to ask for my full refund they begged for at least 25% for all of their work and materials. This company either never even made the dress and just wants $75 for nothing, or their whole system is Terrible and the products never get delivered. Don't trust this company, it's a scam from China and you'll definitely regret ordering clothes from them.

When I received the dress I ordered, I noticed immediately that it was extremely heavy. It was doubly lined in the long skirt, and triple lined in the bodice. The lace of the bodice did not meet up evenly in the back. I emailed the company the next day informing them of these mistakes, and that I wanted to return and receive a refund. They first offered to remake the dress, I declined. I repeatedly emailed them asking for return procedures every day for almost 3 weeks. They then replied they needed photos. I sent photos and waited another week. They then said the dress would need to be returned to China before they would process my refund... the return address on the package was from New York, not China. On this company's website, they state they will accept returns and refunds if you are not satisfied - this is not true. They will do everything to delay, or get away with not refunding your money. DO NOT ORDER from this website!
