On 3rd June 2020, I placed an order for Philips Avent Natural teats & chicco baby buds. Their website had advertised Philips Avent Natural 2.0 - Pack of 4 teats, so I placed an order for 2 packs in total I should receive 8 teats(I have screenshots of their advertisement for proof). On 4th June afternoon (prompt delivery) I received my package, it contained 2 sets with 2 teats each, instead of 8 teats, I received only 4. So i immediately called up and informed them. They asked me for photos and I sent all the requested proof by email. After repeated follow ups yesterday evening, a lady calls up to inform that it was a tying error from their end. It is not 1 set with 4 quantities but 1 set with 2 teats only. So they can't refund as per their policy neither they can do anything. I requested for a written mail on their response and I am yet to receive one from them. Please be aware when you purchase from this site.
Yesterday I purchase the clothes for my daughter and they are small when I go back to their store they deny to change it. They only cheat the customer. I will never suggest anyone to purchase the firstcry product and anyone wants more feedback call me on my number *******201
Baby care teether recieved unpacked and full of dirt! And since they don't have return policy for baby care products you will suffer! Another item received twice with the wrong size, they deliver the next day but return is such a pain. I don't recommend this website at all
I was FirstCry's most regular customer. Since August 2019 until now (March 2020), I have been buying stuff off FirstCry, spending thousands and thousands of rupees on them. But their customer service is the worst. There is no option to chat with someone online. The bot on their website, Fisty is the most useless help assistant ever. I made two transactions on their website recently. Both failed but my account got debited twice. I am still waiting for my refund. If and when it comes, they credit it to your FC wallet, not your bank. I am NEVER EVER going to shop on FirstCry again.
Worst service from First cry. They are ready to take money from our end in the form of order. But if we are not satisfied with the product and want to return the product. Then they will start show their attitude and they will make you to cry till your last cry. They will make to your baby first cry as your last cry.
I have made an order on 05-Dec-2019 and 08-Dec-2019 I have placed return order. After more than 15 follow calls, finally they picked my return request on First week of Jan 2020 and refunded my amount back.
When I made new order on 09-Mar-2020 (payment made my credit card, 1000 INR), they accepted my order and immediately cancelled without any information and refunded only 800 INR in firstcry wallet. When I asked for reason they said my old return order is not picked by agent so to debit the old return product charge, they have cancelled my new order. They are saying you (myself) have cancelled the return request so my Agent didn't come to your place to collect the item. But originally agent has picked my return item. When I ask is there any mail communication or SMS communication stating for the same. But they don't have any answer. Now they want to put a inquiry to refund my amount. Just for return request they have already took 4 moths but no solution yet. I don't know when they will solve this case.
So be careful when you place order, if damaged or quality issues ever try to place return request. It is just time waste process at the end you won't get single penny out of it. Instead if you throw that item in dustbin then you will save lot of time and peaceful mind.
Amazon, Flipkart, snapdeal, Ola, Uber will give immediate solution for these king of issues. They don't even take 10 min to close these issues.
The worst online shopping app/site and customer care. I booked an after pregnancy belt for my wife, the website does not have an option to select the size. Instead they have different sizes listed as different items. I did not notice that there's a size mentioned while booking. However, I noticed the size mentioned in the package that was delivered to me.
I tried to do a refund. But refund was blocked. I called Customer care and told them the item was not opened and was sealed as it was delivered. But, apparently they are ordered by their management to not process refunds regardless of anything the customer says. RUDE! Just RUDE!

And all the time they are calling for the new products the product are also poor and im not satisfied with there customers service no and there cutomers who they delivered to us and my product are also not return it have been 2half month

I bought kitchen toy for my 3yrs old daughter am satisfied with that. It has lock in suitcase type good to organize. And also I bought make up kit it don't have lock. Not bad

First Cry cries if you want to return anything. It's happened so often, only shop here if you don't want to return anything. This time, they delivered 14 items 2 weeks late but when you want to return 4 cos of a sizing issue, they'll say we can't pick up, courier the return back to us, making it more inconvenient for returns. And their CSR someone call Abhijeet will put you on hold for a long time just to get back and say 'you'll have to return it yourself and it's just ONE address you'll have to courier it to?!' like that's some solace
I ordered some products of Jhonson & Jhonson baby products from firstcry.com. I found all of them fake and of very cheap quality. Even the bottles of baby oil and packaging of cream were of inferior quality. After getting the first part of the order I cancelled the remaining order. They do not let baby products to be returned or even reviewed on their site.
It's about 1 month they collected return item and did not refund any money. They are big don't go with Amitabh Bachchan ads.

NEVER BUY A THING FROM FIRSTCRY MY ORDER IS OVERDUE FOR OVER 10 DAYS. CONTACT THEM AND THE MAIL IS FORWARDED TO A THIRD PARTY COURIER WHO WOULD NOT BE OF ANY HELP. FIRSTCRY SEEMS TO WASH OFF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AFTER PASSING THE GOODS TO A COURIER COMPANY

Answer: It's a scam, Click baiting, firstcry can't believe this. I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
