Ordered hangers on 7th. We're supposed to be delivered on 11th September. Got a message that due to Covid restrictions it's getting late. Strangely enough their customer care is always busy and chat option is automated. I had ordered the hangers for someone's birthday and now I don't even know when will it reach.

We bought a kids cycle from Firstcry Thalassery. We received a damaged product. We requested for an exchange on the same day but the employees were very rude. Very disappointed with Firstcry on the whole. Would never purchase anything from there again.

Our product is Shipped, Shipped and Shipped. That's all I get to know. No further status. Kick out your robot customer service and recruit human instead. Human are better..

I m troubling with return no customer care available for taking call i m tring from 1 week. They reject return always from their side. Please return it. Please call me *******237

I have ordered an item and tentative date was 24 jul. Till now i didnt recieve any item and tracking company is atmost worst as Firstcry who dont know what to say. Currently it says returned in tracking status. Whenever a query was raised Firstcry just close it without a solution. Worst and worst. I am planning to file a legal complaint against them.

We pay for the producrt, they will say shipped and after that no updated, customer care is worst! They blame logistic and delivery. They dont have any information. Worst experience.
If you cancel it they will say we shipped so we will deduct shipping cost
They will again tell that stock need to send back to warehouse then only we will refund you.

Such a worst experience! Dont fall into this guys. Never use this tool!

I am buy sum clothes are very poor quality and return policy fabric quality are poor and colour are faded

Such a fraud company, very bad gui. In my case shipment status is delivered but not deliver to me. They are not refunding my money even in mail they admit that actual delivery never happen but always they will send a mail wait for 72 hrs. Avoid purchase from such a scam company

Save your money and nerves for more honest and reliable Seller, and stay away from this one!

Haven't received the refund amount for the cancelled products. Unable to contact customer care. They simply writing mails saying to wait for 72hours for past 10days. Worst customer care. Looters. Never ever order or purchase products from here.

Hilarious experience, should never pay then in advance they show product delivered, where product is never delivered.No customer support exey response just ask customer again n again to register complain, where no response is made. Wastage of hard earned money and time

I did not receive their product which they claim they have sent to me. Instead of valuing their old clients claim and checking with their courier service, they outrightly closed my request. Highly arrogant and unprofessional attitude. Would never recommend this site to anyone.

I return my order it pick up but refund not comes yet I try to contact but their is no ways to contact on first cry plzzz help me with my refund
