I have ordered many products more than three times with First cry.com. First time everything seemed good. Second time clothes quality was low and sent wrong size. And this time tentative delivery dates of products misguided too much. For few products it was displaying two day delivery for the given area pin code. After placing the order it's showing some other delivery date and one of the most important item I have cancelled due to delivery date.
Customer service is very poor. No chats with customer care representatives available. If you email about your query they won't respond. Sometimes they will reject your email.

Click baiting, firstcry can't believe this. I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered snuggy packets twice on firstcry. Both reached till the destination. But insted of contacting me they returned the packet saying not deliverable. Once a delivery boy contacted me and said the consignment is huge so cant deliver. When tried to reach the customer support they said I wasn't available which means the delivery boy have updated so insted of delivering the product.

If they are not interested in delivering the packet, then why are they running an online store.

Worst customer service I have seen. I bought a stroller worth 5000AED. 2days and I found a manufacturing problem in the legs of the stroller and so I called FIRSTCRY to come and inspect it. They did after a week and then the confirmed the defect and 3 weeks later they have not come back to replace it.

Been calling them since 12pm today to collect it and they did not send anyone till now even thought they "promised" they will be here by 6pm.

They have partnered with most lazy, sleepy courier service (xpressbee)
They sleep over your item, i have made 2 separate order on 09/10/20, which was shipped/hand over to Xpressbee courier on 10/10/2020, yet 1 order is in the destination city and 2nd one has not moved at all.
While tracking on 13th, for last 4days item is still at the same location and xpressbee has changed delivery date to 17th oct now.
Xpressbee courier service has no value for time. And they have some lazy people in there team as well

The product we ordered and received are completely different... As I was totally fedup with the website, I didn't return the product. I was like atleast i got some product. The product which I ordered first was not delivered, and I have to mail them daily for refund. After a big argument with the team, money got refunded to my firstcry account. So I have to again place an order for that jeans, that to was not matched with what I ordered.
