Very BAD Company to take franchisee. I am running Firstcry franchisee since last 3.5years and I lost everything.
I ordered a blazer set for my kid from first cry and the tee shirt was missing. I asked them to return it. They keep canceling my request. Worst site. I won't be shopping here anymore.
Worst management ever came across. Made purchase on 20, feb, 2022 and requested for return and Refund. Still waiting for money back. Two times I got email that says refund process faild due to technical error and to wait 10-15 working days for each.
It's a million question to order again or not.
I purchased suite for my kid and it was manufacturing defect. When I called the customer care they informed that return window has been closed but still you have 3 more days if is there any issue with Quality. When I send an email with the proof they said that it is not possible to return because its a manufacturing Defect and doesn't comes under return policy. Wasted almost 3 hrs on call but same response from all the 3 agent. Want to mention 3 agent name Abhinav, Gourav(esc desk) and Kailash Sr TEam Leader Who disconnected my call without providing any resolution. They simply denied for providing any support. Please DONOT purchase any product from First cry specially for baby. I think it's a fake or fraud website. PLEASE BE AWARE before purchasing any iteam from FIRST CRY.
FirstCry.com (BrainBees Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) What a bad experience as a customer. They are not ready to understand in customer's point of view! Am not going to buy anything from now on. After so many years of as a loyal customer now its time to put end due to very customer support.
Here is what happened. We purchased a product *******@Babyhug which is again a product of Firstcry only. First time it was a defect piece so raised replacement and the received replacement is a very fake product. After assembling my son was not able to use it properly and falling down all the time. The product is very light and not at all durable so we wanted a refund.
When we approach the customer care they kept on saying as per the policy they cannot refund it.
My Question is;
If I buy any product offline at any store if i dont like the quality of the product i would not have purchased, the same in online how we will know the quality before receiving the product? No matter of how many reviews you read the moment you receive the product only you will get to know about the quality and then you can decide.
Here I was even saying I am ready to purchase some other product from firstcry I just dont need this product thats all, but they again said no we cannot refund as it is not under refund policy. Guys better put a disclaimer in bold for every product if you have such clauses strong we wont even try to purchase.
So they are not ready to accept the fact that we are ready to purchase some other products with the same money if they can refund it back to the wallet. They want us to have the stupid product with us and my money is wasted.
Also what their system is confusing they say refund is initiated but we will receive that, this seems to be like for proof sake they are maintaining such things in the system but they saying something in verbal.
Firstcry if you hear this better take action. I even audio proof with me if you want! It's not about 1200 bucks, its about customer retention.
Simply they give offer they charge double money
And cod charges and shipping charges is also high
Somtimes the quality of products is very poor
And they offer frree at three offer i always order at 3 but they lure PPL in the name of free all fake cheaters you won't get free it's all fake im trying from 5 years

Firstcry chooses areas where product cannot be picked up and deliver damaged goods, even it is a metropolitian city. They dont take responsibilty for delivering damaged products. Customer service always dont have a solution for the issue. Worst ecommerce company i have ever seen.
These shameless people don't have dignity. My mom is 69 years and I ordered n10 for her. Their only motto and their company agenda is to use your money and they will give you a total different product and then will play and will keep playing there is no direct number to reach these scammers. They don't care if it's for medicine emergency. After sending me wrong product they say they cannot give me the original one. This site should be banned and all their scams are planned
Extremely disappointed with FirstCry service. I made an order on 22nd October 2021. It was a baby nursery/ Cot as my wife is expecting in a few days. We were very excited to get this item. Delivery due date was meant to be on 26th October 2021. On 25th, I called the customer service just to make sure that the item will arrive on time. The Agent assured that the shipment is in progress and will get delivered on time.
Yesterday (27th October) - I received a call from FirstCry call center and the agent told me that there is a delay as the suppliers dont have items in stock and the items need to be ordered from the origin. I asked for a confirmation of the delivery and the agent was meant to come back to me.
As i didnt hear from FirstCry for nearly 24 hours; i called back a short while ago. To my surprise and extreme disappointment, the agent told me that the item is now cancelled and a refund was issued. FirstCry has put us in a terrible situation.
The agents first assured me that the shipment arrival is on time; second agent told me that the item will get delayed but will be dispatched; and now FirstCry has decided to take the liberty to cancel my item and issue a refund after 6 days of placing the order without even informing the customer. If I hadn't call today, i would still be expecting this item to arrive. I wanted to speak to a manager, however the person told me that the manager will be available next week (although I dont understand how a customer front team runs without the support of a supervisor/ manager). Therefore I conclude that FirstCry is extremely unprofessional and they put me in a very sensitive and a horrible situation.
Poor delivery and service. Not yet delivered my shipment yet, 20 days had been passed since the order had placed. And very poor support system they have, if u call their staff regarding the delivery he will tell u to call tomorrow. I had already paid for the product to Firstcry and it is a gift for a newborn and now I regret why I paid first to this store and didn't receive my product yet. Delivery status is Out for Delivery through ExpressBees for around 12 days. I had attached the screenshot of Tracking order as well for showing how firstcry set fake reasons by itself for non-delivery.
Order from my daughter dress from first cry first time and my experienced with first cry is very bad.
The courier partner used by first is very bad that it comes late and not a single call connected by its delivery boy and you get a fake message that the Customer not available at given address and not reachable over phone and when you revert back on the no of delivery boy his not shown switch off.
With these type of experience i never ever again visit on first cry.

Guys now firstcry is providing 8yr child cloth with a option of new born. Sit with a inch tape to measure coz Dey cn gv any size even if u r opting for new born. I gt d ans every brand has different size. As every baby is nt of same size.nw 8yr is also a new born.new thing to know. Nvr purchase frm firstcry n Dey dnt hv solution. They provide wrong information on pg with wrong option n thr u hv to pay for d losses
I had a very bad experience with firstcry i returned a product worth rs2000 and did not get the refund amount. I have send so many mails but no response. There robotic answers are useless. I recommend not to buy anything from this site they are fraud.
A horrible company with brand name. It happened with me for 2 times, 1st time with diaper saying i have requested for late delivery whereas i didnt receive call regarding same nor i have requested for any such thing. 2nd time with 4 items which i have ordered n already made payment. Showing in my delivery status as delivered bt already 7 days passed i havent received my product nor i kno where is my product. Only thing which received from them after making several calls to them is "sorry for inconvenience, wait for 5/7 days"... this is disgusting. N seeing their attitude it doesnt seem they bothered even for their customer as they know 1 will go toh other will come. Its simply a worthless company with their service.
My order has not been delivered - no contact from logistic either. However the status shows as delivered - i have contacted first cry team and updated them - every single day they called to check if product received & responded with 10 days for resolution - after 10 days absolute no contacted 5 days later i contacted again after 2 days of run around they say 10 days! I insisted on speaking to a supervisor who says i have an update you have received it and therefore no issue to resolve!
I insisted on putting a conf call with deliv person and they claim they cannot disclose personal company updates ---- FIRSTCRY is liar and cheats - i should have stuck to amazon and flipkart! NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I SHOP AT #FIRSTCRY
Worst experience with firstcry.
Recieved completely different item, Scissors in place of 2 sets cloths.
Raised 3 times return request and it got canceled with no response.
Customer care is also not helping. They are not investing the issue, how it happened.
As per firstcry tracking, My order was dispatched from Tamilnadu, but I recieved something from Gurgaon. How. Firstcry Don't bother to investigate and I am losing my money.

Answer: It's a scam, Click baiting, firstcry can't believe this. I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
