I have been purchasing products in first cry app regularly. Recently I noticed that the billing during checkout is not fair. The bill was undergoing fraud. I think this trick was being done for every person purchasing through app. Very bad from your side. You were charging extra 500 to 2000 rs everytime during checkout. I have been watching this from the last 2 purchases.
At First you will show offers, after adding the items into the cart, suddenly the total billing changes. Suppose if we order for 2775, during check out it is showing 3363 rs. Around 600 rs extra. Later if we apply coupon code we will get around 200rs off, but 400 extra. Very bad service. Please correct your billing procedure, otherwise dont attract public with your offers and discounts. Very bad experience

I ordered a stream iron from this website it was not working as expected so initiated the return on the very same day but support guys did not initiated the return to vendor and hence the return got rejected because of their fault. And no one ever bothered to reply my emails. Totally pathetic customer support.
I raised the return request several times. They are not picking up and updating customer not available but same time they are delivering the product. After some days they are canceling the return. Customer care ll tell only that we escalated it will picked up in 72 hours.if you call the pick up person he is telling we can't pick up as I am busy smtimes they ll tell we don't have resources. This is final purchase from first cry. Product is bad and for that you need to call several times. Please don't buy
Adamant customer service team...poor management.no solution...least bothered about thier customer. Loosing trust in this company.
This is the second time it's happened, first time firstcry send us a damage sipper for my son and they replaced it finally after 1 month approx.
Now i have ordered a scooter for my son and the quality is so poor. Seat quality worst my son fallen and got his head cut also swelled. I asked them that i want to get refund and will buy a car but they are sending the same scooter again.
Pathatic service...the brand is loosing it's value as they don't value their customers.
The worst when it comes to customer care, a pickup is scheduled since 14th of last month, and is still under process, the courier partner doesn't bother picking up calls, firstcry customer care keeps sending mails asking for 72 hrs. But till today these people haven't been able to arrange for a pickup
Ordered a blazer for my sons 1st birthday. Firstly we didn't get the package on time and we had to wait 3 days to receive it and we had to finally go to the delivery hub by ourselves to get it and as if that wasn't enough they sent a cheap t-shirt without any tag in a very small package in which a blazer won't fit at any cost and refused to give refund and told us their CCTV footage claims to be right that the package was sent correctly and refused to give us a refund and the service center person was so rude and wasn't ready to even listen to our side and kept saying the same thing and refused to send the CCTV footage as we were ready to send the footage of opening the package.They never replied to it. Never Going back to first cry

And I never Purchased China item for the concern of reliability...your website is giving description that this is made in india but on watch it's written made in China
Why are you providing wrong description...no where on watch it's mention That the company is pinekids seems like a cheap and duplicate product only by taking the watch from packet all parts come out as it's seem broken watch fix very wisely.

I bought a trampoline 10feet. After less than 1 year, the lock that closes it broke down. My kids fell out of the trampoline. I called them and asked them to replace it or just give me the broken spare part.
After weeks of delay, they sent me a message saying that they don't have the replacement part. The only solution they gave was to buy a new trampoline

1).discount is not applicable on all products.club members and non club members are getting same discount on their most of the products.
2)after club membership you still need to pay shipping charge of minimum order of 299 INR.
They are doing fraud scam by charging you 899 membership and than I found there is no much benefits.better to be non- member.
First cry owner is a big fraud and doing scam in terms of selling unauthentic membership
First cry Canceled my order and kept pre payment without informing and now not listening complaint. I will never shop from firstcry again. My 840rs stuck by shopping from firstcry. Never buy from firscry by paying online.
1. They send old products (baby gripe water was 1+ year old), when I called them for replacement they said there is one more year left to expire and asked me to use that.
2. Thier Same day delivery and next day delivery is to Fool customers. Suddenly shipping date change to 5+ days. And when I called them they just said "Shipping is not guaranteed".
3. When I cancel delayed delivery product (as we can't wait for weeks for stuff like diapers), Then they deduct 50 Rupees and when I asked for full refund, as it was thier fault of delayed delivery, They said no.
4. Biggest fraud is thier Pricing. Initially they show 10/15% discount, but later they add GST and charge more money.
Atleast Amazon shows discounted price including tax and shipping is guaranteed and they don't loot thier customers.
Be cautious before buying from Firstcry.

Parents trusted you with the joy and needs of his child and company like first cry has no consideration for the same.
Despite doing multiple calls and mails no one has visited to correct the defect nor replacement has been provided.
My sons 1 st birthday is on 5 th feb and his birthday gift is not there,just because of your team slow response.
If you want to cheat customer and parents at least say so,so we can make other arrangements.
Revert back only if you are resolving the issue or enjoy your team brutal suppression of parents feelings.

Worst customer care service#no replacement no defect correction#following up since 10 days
Very poor quality clothes they keeping not reliable and customer care service is also bad they just know to say sorry but don't accept their poor service they are providing. I bought jeans for my son on this site it's tearing first wear where touching pant it's tearing tales and stories brand.
Answer: It's a scam, Click baiting, firstcry can't believe this. I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
