Delivered a poor quality product and not ready to exchange it coz I put the request 3hours later before it's closing window ( coz it was ordered from London) Requested to transfer the credit where I can immediately buy another item. Purchased a nightwear from Firstcry. It's of Babyhug company, a company I always relied on for its quality.
But this suit for which I got delivery on 2nd October 2023 is quite irritating on skin of baby as it's rubber print is rubbing and hurting skin of baby. I tried to contact customer care for help but they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tags with it. I tried to explain them million times that I didn't receive the product with attached tag(as tags were kept separately). But they were adamant on picking the product only if it has attached tag.
They are cheaters and bunch of frauds who never take the responsibility of product once it's delivered. This is my 2nd issue in a row regarding first cry which plainly denied to take the responsibility of wrong product sent my them.
I even told them again and again that it was a miscommunication, may be I was not able to put my point correctly in first call so I called them up again but they were not ready to listen. Beware customers!Dont buy products from anywhere but not first cry and this is review not of a layman but a qualified Doctor.

I will try my level best to not purchase anything from frauds of first cry. They are there to put customers in trouble by selling faulty products and then trying level best for not giving refunds anyhow. They will force you till the end to keep faulty/damaged products.
My sling bag came with fungus on it. Unfortunately it says no returnable. Disgusting. Don't order from here
I ordered one dress online, I am trying to return from past one week, I initiated the return they scheduled return pick up no one called me or came to pick up the product but I am getting message at of the day like return failed because costumer is not reachable / not available some thing. This is the issue I am facing from one week, you guys are really worst
Firstcry is showing the discount and offers kine but at their outlet they are just robbing the customers. They are not providing any discount or offer even though charging a hight amount of GST. But when your are purchasing online they are not including extra tax charges.

I'd like to express my frustration regarding the service provided by Firstcry. My experience with them has left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order for a product meant for my baby girl on July 14,2023. The cost of the item was ₹1186.03. To my dismay, the product was inexplicably cancelled by the delivery team when it was just 3 km away from my home. The most baffling aspect was that I received no communication or notification about this cancellation.
After this ordeal, I received a partial refund of ₹1119.55 on July 28. However, it wasn't until I reached out to their customer care that the remaining amount of ₹66.47 was refunded, and this was done only by August 13.
In an attempt to give them another chance, I placed the same order again on July 28 (Now, I realized that was my mistake). Initially, the delivery date was set for August 7. However, this date was then changed to August 12 on August 7 itself. Subsequently, the delivery date was rescheduled multiple times: first to August 17, and now it stands at August 22. I made two calls to customer care seeking clarity on this matter. On both occasions, I was met with apologies and reassurances that my concern would be treated with urgency. They assured me that my order would be prioritized and delivered promptly. However, the constantly shifting delivery dates have left me sceptical about whether I will receive my product on the next promised date.
As the delivery dates continue to change, I find myself wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar situation with Firstcry. When I initially placed the order, my baby had just started lying down. Now, after a month and a half, she has progressed to sitting up on her own. The delay has not only tested my patience but also impacted my baby's growth milestones.
I sincerely hope that my ordered product arrives as promised, but if this situation persists, I'm left with no choice but to consider taking legal action. The lack of transparency and reliability in their service has severely eroded my trust in Firstcry.

If you want to order from Firstcry make sure you opt of cash on delivery as there is NO guarantee you will receive the product so if you have already paid, good luck with getting the refund...ordered a baby item, waited for the item patiently for more than 9 days, No Site takes that much time pertaining to where I live, but here we are, finally thought of cancelling the order as soon as I logged in, to may surprise they had already cancelled the item, no info, message, nothing...pathetic...
Ordered 4 pcs if jewellery. One product, a necklace, was totally different than ordered. Not matching even 1%. This shows company has no quality controls. Another product, a bracelet, ordered of adult size but a similar product of a new born baby was sent. One item was OK. Delivery of the fourth item was not taken because of prior experience. Requested for refund to which firstcry agreed but didn't pick up the product in next 3 days and I left for another city. Moreover, firstcry advised that they will credit the amount in my wallet which can be used for future purchases. Overall customer service is abysmal. Delivery was pathetically slow. Took around 10 days to deliver. Firstcry is not supplying items ftom their own store but thtough other vendors over which it has no control. Avoid buying from firstcry or you lose money as I have.
Generally they always charge for delivery thou they are delivering from same city,offers are no use coz while biling almost same amount comes including tax and delivery fees.first cry for me is too overrated..

I ordered a cot cum bed with mattress a combo pack, but this guys sent just cot cum bed when I called the customer care first they acknowledge it was mistake then they started to say I just ordered cot cum bed not a combo. I sent them screenshot shot of my purchase which was a combo and still showing as combo from my purchase history. SIMPLE WORDS OUT RIGHT CLICK BATTING. BE VERRY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE
