My first print arrived completely folder, in four parts. It was absolutely unusable, and even if it hadn't been folded, the quality was abysmal.
My second order (a nearly $300 print) just... never came. They provided me with tracking that didn't work. Over a month later they just emailed me telling me the order was canceled because the product was on back order. Instead of talking to me and advising when the product might be available and asking me what I'd like to do, they just canceled it. Still no refund so far.
Beautifully designed anime card arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. Gave it as a birthday card, and it as a big hit!
I ordered two framed art prints for my new apartment. They both look wonderful and very high quality! Can highly recommend.
Some of the product you will get will be good and sometimes really good... too often it is not, chipped frames, crooked. Customer service is one of the worst and won't even give you a credit on damaged product. Be very careful before buying from them.

Ordered a puzzle on 2/5. Paid $15 for the only shipping option. Received tracking on 2/9, label created, waiting to ship. I contacted customer service on 2/11 and they responded on 2/12. Customer service said I need to wait until tracking updates and to contact them the following week if the package doesn't arrive. Customer service did not answer my question if the package actually left their facility. It's now 2/16 and the tracking still shows label created, waiting to ship. Will my package ever arrive?
UPDATE: Tracking shows package delivered on 2/16 to a parcel locker. I live in a home with a private mailbox. Customer service sent me an email on 2/17, 'your package was delivered, did you get it?' I explained to them, I do not have a parcel locker and asked if the package was addressed to my home. Customer service responded on 2/19 and said you can file a missing package with USPS. He never answered if my address was used for the package. $15 for shipping and plenty of hassle for one puzzle.

After searching at Fine Art Ameria's website, I have found some artworks on dog painting from "LanLan Gallery" which looks so amazing and therefore ordered two mugs. I highly recommend this gallery to anyone who loves animals or pets. The finished products which are well packed had arrived at my home without delay despite pandemic prevailing worldwide and the product quality is really good.

Honestly, don't waste your time or your money. If you're looking for a small print on a small item, you might be satisfied. However, if you're looking for quality, keep looking elsewhere.
This place is bound to disappoint anyone looking for a quality anything.
I spent a fair amount of money on a large print of a renaissance painting from this place called Fine Art America. I received it today, and I can see the pixilation even without my glasses.
For context, I've used a 1:100m scale ruler, which is basically cm graduations, & a ruled notepad. The scratches on one of the photos are where the paint was scratched off the page, when I placed something on it to keep the paper flat so I could take photos.
I also bought a t-shirt, and not only do the sizes run 2 sizes too small, but the colour of the t-shirt is different from what was shown.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
