All items ordered were listed as 'in stock', with a shipping date of 1 week. Almost three weeks later and order is still 'processing'. FineArtAmerica Service Representative responded 'we're busy' -- but this is second consecutive experience with poor delivery service (Canadian warehouse), disappointing.

Had photos printed on metal, and could not be more pleased. I've used Fine Art America for years in my design work, and this one was for my own home. LOVE THIS SITE! Exceptional quality, excellent service.

On a whale watching trip to Baja, Mexico, I met a photographer who takes stunning photos of gray whales, available at Fine Art America. Once back home, I purchased a canvas print of a gray whale looking up out of the water. The canvas print is absolutely gorgeous! The service was fast and affordable. Every time I look at it, I am reminded of my happy experience meeting the friendly whales of Baja.
Everything was perfectly the way i wanted it. I love that you can save various frame and matts until you get just what you want. Yes i would deal with them again. I wish i had money fill my house with such nice art.

I have bought several pieces of art work from Fine Art America and they always arrive promptly and secure. They do a good job of communicating where they are in the process and shipment.

I ordered a Gabby Hayes mug for my very talkative 82 year young brother. I appreciated that I could choose the background color to match his kitchen accents. The mug came quickly and packed very well so nothing was cracked or broken. I will be back to this company whenever the nostalgia bug hits! I know my brother will be pleased when I give it to him on his B-day. Thank you so much!
First order for FineArt America company. The quality of the artwork was excellent! Purchased the artwork already framed, great quality there also.
Price was fabulous! Plan to use the artwork as a birthday gift later in the year.

Loved purchasing from Fine Art America. There was some minor damage during shipping and they immediately replaced my order at no cost with no extra work or action required by me. Great buying experience and will purchase from them again!
I had a great experience with FineArtAmerica. First the artist I was purchasing from generously customized a piece for me. Then, when I received the framed work (after only a few days), it arrived damaged, but FineArtAmerica's customer service promptly responded to my email and quickly sent out a new framed picture for me - I didn't even need to send the original back. I was very impressed with how they handled the whole situation. I would definitely buy from them again.
I live in New Zealand and did wonder about how long they would take to get here and what condition they would be in. They arrived faster than our local mail! The condition was perfect. Will definitely purchase something else from their site
PRIOR TO ORDERING A PRINT THAT WAS SHIPPED ON MARCH 21ST, 2022, I ASKED FOR UPS TO SHIP THE ITEM AND WAS TOLD BY TIFFANY IT WOULD. SADLY, THE ITEM WAS IN STEAD SHIPPED BY USPS AND I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM. WHEN I TELEPHONED AND ASKED TO HAVE THE ITEM RE-SHIPPED TO ME BY UPS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON INITIALLY TOLD ME TO SPEAK LOUDER ON THE TELEPHONE, AND WHEN I DID, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON SAID IF I CONTINUE TO SPEAK LOUDLY HE WOULD DISCONNECT THE TELEPHONE CALL? THIS COMPANY IS ATROCIOUS, AND NOT RELIABLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.
I ordered a curtain here and they claimed they have satisfaction guarantee, I told them I didn't like it and they asked me to send it back, when I asked for my refund they wanted a receipt and tracking number which I sent to them, I was told they couldn't find it even though the tracking says they got this tree weeks before, one week later they found it but they told me "a refund could only be made within 30 days after purchase so I had to pay extra money to send it back and they kept the curtain and my money dont buy from these thieves please
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
