Site is easy to utilize. Got beautiful prints created by my friend Katerina. Sorry not sure how to make the pictures edit properly.
I love them.
The "Here comes the sun..." artwork on metal is perfect. Very pleased with the quality. The 36" x 36" piece came packaged in industrial strength shipping materials so it would arrive in perfect condition. It did!
Loved the art and love the artist. What disappointed us was that we learn after the fact that there was a $37.00 import charge which took us by surprise. I understand what these charges are for but would have liked the company to let us know they were possible and that FineArtAmercia were not covering the charge I the shipping cost. So we paid over $80.00 to have the piece shipped. A little excessive.
Customer Service was rude and condescending. No help at all. This has really soured us from dealing with FineArt America.
An enormous library of very reasonably priced art for every taste. I purchases a wall-sized tapestry, beautifully printed and a stunning focal point in our bedroom.
Just not happy with $100 freight on my last order. It was very light! Mostly all pillows. All in one box.
I am now hesitant to order again.
And I ordered 3 times before.
I have ordered from Fine Art America and every time has been a great experience it terms of service and quality.
I am an artist and set up a site on Pixels.com aka Fineart. Before I start sending customers to my site, I ordered one of my own pieces. It arrived in decent time…. Neither fast nor slow. And then….
Product well packaged. Unboxing brought me to my photograph in a crooked mat. I measured it and it was off by 1/6 inch so that it was blantly crooked. I called customer service and they were kind and said they would forward my concern. And then email jail.
I have sent pictures of the artwork, the measurements, the outer box photos were requested (?), again and again and again… I am
Still going is circles. So I decided forget it I'll send it back…. And ha…. They provide the label and I'm responsible for the shipping…. And it must be in the same packaging as they sent…
I'm sure they are good when they are good…. And my first and only experience is they are worthless and not customer friendly. I choose to not do business with them further. If this is how an artist is dealt with I refuse to have my clients have the Possiblity of this experience..
I have ordered 2 times and was sent wrong item. I returned and the keep telling me they refunded the money. They never did.
LOVE them, order arrived quickly. Got lots of compliments
I love this website. The choices seem unlimited. There are all kinds of options and you can try the different looks before you buy. You can see the different mounting options, the frame choices, the size options and the mat colors and widths. You can pretty much custom design any piece of art to fit your taste and decor. You can also use the images for other household products and casual clothing. It's a lot of fun and they do quality work.
The art we ordered arrived timely and in perfect condition. The site is easy to use. We will use them again!
I had design ideas that I wanted to have seen on t shirts but could not find pre printed shirts with these particular designs until I found Fine Art America where I chose the design and the artist printed it on a shirt. It worked out really well for me.
The package arrived promptly and the contents were in good condition. The mug is perfect, my friend loved it. But the little zipper bag was very difficult to zip. My friend had to apply quite a bit of force to open it. It is not very well made.
Thanks for allowing me to write this review.
Regards,
Karla
I had a very good experience. I have never purchased art on line before this, I thought I would give it a try and am so pleased that I did. The piece I ordered is perfect for the space. I love it!
Easy to order. Quick response. High quality product (box of greeting cards). Will recommend to others.
Quick, easy and exactly as described. We love the oregon themed sofa pillows
The print we ordered was reproduced with very high quality resolution. It is actually better than I was expecting for the price.
2 months after my purchase *nearly 400€ and I am still yet to receive my paid ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Very nice poster and true to the size indicated. It looks great in a large matted frame that had an old print that I wanted to replace
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
