I've now ordered four shirts from Fine Art America, and am very satisfied with their work. Art work was fantastic, and the quality & sizing of the shirts is spot on. I'll be back!
Start to finish was flawless and the art work finished our room to perfection!
The image, quality of the print in the paper, and the frame were above and beyond what I expected. The artist is super sweet and personable and I'm glad she is able to sell her wonderful art through this site in the United States.
Site was easy to navigate and had great options of art
Couple of non responses to initial query.
Then finally sent.
Artist did a great job though.
Won't go back.
I love this print. The mermaid looking at the butterfly, suddenly not feeling as free as she thought she was. Perhaps even a little envious of the winged creature, I love the color and the theme.
Excellent quality, professional site, helpful customer care.
I received the most beautiful shower curtain I ever had! Bright colors and it dries so quickly!
I got some mugs expecting to have to return at least some of them for damage during the shipment from America to Europe, but no, they were so well packed and they all arrived intact and spotless. Super beautiful designs and gorgeous colors, strong material, perfect sizes.
Fast service. Shirt is 2x and fits great. Comfortable and no shrinkage from washing. Design is great. Very satisfied, Thank you, very much!
As a loyal Canadian, I started out looking for famous "Group of Seven" paintings on pillows. You just can't reach higher than that! But then FineArt America introduces me to the works of other phenominal artists which made decision making so much more dificult to the point I went with the current work of an artist who could of been part of the Group of Seven if it was 1920 instead of 2022. The pillows themselves couldn't have been better in quality - colors were vibrant and crisp and the art work was on both sides of the pillow which is much appreciated. I only wish I had ordered them in a larger size! I'll probably order more from other artists and do exactly that.
As advertised. Excellent service with great quality.
Chose album cover art from some of the albums we've loved and spread them across the wall in our video room.
Fine ArtAmerica has a huge online catalog to choose from and shipping was quite fast (all things considered nowadays).
The 14 towels in my order all had a screen printed image on a thin, janky, poor quality towel. Just look at the photo…the image looks painted on. I placed this order based on towels I had purchased from this site several years ago, and the towels were gorgeous, and worth the $75 each. These, not at all. Ridiculous.
When I contacted customer service to facilitate a return, they told me to destroy the items in my order, and send photos. I did this, but now they've issued a partial refund. They have asked me for my "tax exempt certificate" before they will refund my sales tax? Never, ever heard of this, and what they're trying to do is illegal AF. Good luck with that, FineArt. What kind of rinky-dink operation is is this, anyway? I'm tired of the run around.
Thanks Jovie, but PayPal will take it from here.
My first experience with Fine Art America was nothing but Great and I received my purchase in a timely fashion.
The experience was gratifying. The painting I ordered looked exactly as described in Fine Art America's website and was very well packaged. I want to thank Fine Art America for their outstanding service. And look forward to future purchases.
Bluebirds are beautiful and so is this photo. The picture was neatly packaged and rapidly shipped.
Easy to order and received in timely fashion. Just LOVE the cards!

As a member of FAA, I've been fortunate enough to make many sales.
Customer service folks are outstanding, always getting back to me within a short period of time. The kind people who oversee Fine Arts are lovely people to deal with.
I've never had a negative experience with this site. I do not understand those who have negative views!
Highly recommended, to Anyone looking for a place to sell their art or purchase art. FAA may be a little bit expensive, yet quality work always is. And here that's what you get here, Quality; long lasting prints as well as the many other products they offer.
There are so many different groups to choose from to place your various artwork uploads.
I happen to be an Administrator of 5 groups. It's a joy to help others promote their Art.
My photo below has won well over 13 contests. And is one of my biggest sellers.

I have ordered several items, all were as described, and all were what i expected.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
