Looking for nativity pictures I found the perfect print on this site. The artist was completely unknown to me but now I love him. Garibaldi has got to he a winning name for an artist! The service from Fineart America was excellent; speedy and secure. Thank you for opening my horizons
I didn't read thoroughly how long it would take to get an order from these $#*!s. When I figured that out after days and days of receiving NOTHING I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then suggested to me I could cancel my order. When I did that for the second time they told me it was too late to cancel my order. Ordering from these people... throwing your money on the street. Same thing.
Found exactly what I was looking for and at an affordable price. The process from ordering to delivery couldn't have been any smoother. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.
I simply LOVE all the Fine Art America cards. Each one a little gem. The choice is enormous.
I have one tiny little disappointment though, and it's nothing to do with the artists, but to do with the quality of the photographic paper/card they use. The cards tend to curl and fall over when they are standing up. I would love the photo paper to be a higher GSM, more robust, more card like.
Otherwise this is a first class company.
After setting up account and posting several photos, my account was closed. After several requests to reactivate my account, I had zero responses. No reasons given for closing my account.

I order the above canvas and received a VERY dark picture... not even close to the image I liked at an ordered from... I sent an Email to April who handles this problem showing her the darkness of the image... she wrote a very rude response back stating I would have to demolish the picture and send pictures to get a refund... I said I'd I gladly mail it back for the refund. Meanwhile I ordered another canvas of this work that seems much lighter/better... and have called to cancel the order... and have to wait for April to cancel the order. REALLY! I think I've been scammed!
Placed an order on 10/22/22 and still waiting for tracking number.
Called customer service on 11/01/22 for a status I was told it's in production.
After 8 days called again supervisor n/a operating on Pacific time. Will try again later.
I wish someone will update me on the status of my order.
Very nice quality and the size and color are true. The sight is very easy to order from and they arrived in a timely manner. I will order again.
The canvas painting I ordered is stunning, it arrived quickly and ready to hang! I am very happy with my purchase and intend to order more from this fabulous company!
I had loads of delivery issues which is outside the control of Fine art America. They helped resolve these problems and made the shopping experience great.

FineArtAmerica's site advertised 20% off until midnight. I went to confirm measurements before placing an order and when I returned to the site the promo was gone. I called customer service and spoke to someone who could not have cared less, who offered no coherent explanation, and who hung up on me. I sent feedback via the website about the disappearing promo and the hang up. Whoever prepared the response to my feedback didn't address either issue, but bypassed both issues entirely with empty verbiage that had nothing to do with the matter at hand. I will deal directly with the artists instead of wasting my time with the 'FineArtAmerica' middleman.
The piece that I purchased was exactly as described and beautifully executed. Packaging and shipping were also outstanding. Would definitely buy from them again.

I hadn't heard of FineArtAmerica before but was very, very happy with my first purchase. I got some coffee mugs and the print quality is superb (resolution, color, durability)! We have run them in the washer and microwave several times without any issue. Great stuff!
Most impressed with the quality of the paper. I ordered from another vendor and the paper wasn't near the quality, thus showed crinkles in the paper despite how careful I was. The colors are vivid, though I felt like they were slightly less vivid than they were on my computer screen. Love it!
I tried to order print. I selected the wrong size. Yes that was my mistake. I contacted customer service right away to see if I could cancel that order and re-order the correct size. She responded quickly saying that she would look into it and make sure it t wasn't too late to cancel (this is all within minutes of me placing the order). After 2 weeks of not hearing back I emailed to say forget it, I will just take the smaller size. The following day she replies telling me she will cancel the order and refund my money. So I now order the right size. On day 11 after my new order, i email customer service looking for shipping info (passed the 2-8 day mark as stated onsite). I get a generic reply about how busy they are and that they are behind. It's day 18, no shipping info BUT the print did arrive today. I will never order from here again.
Ordered two t-shirts. Order never came. Called in. They never made an effort to process my order. Refunded my money. Great job! Don't order from fineartamerica. They don't give a crap.
While giving our family room a makeover, we were very specific regarding the accent pieces we wanted. We found what we were looking for with FineArtAmerica and we are so satisfied. Ordering and shipping was made easy.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
