I ordered a photograph of Sir Lawrence Alma Tadema, and a reproduction of one of his paintings. The items received were first class. My only regret isth at they were not available in a larger size
I ordered a custom picture and frame from this company and waited weeks for the delivery. However, the card was delivered yesterday but not the main gift. I contacted the company about it and they said that the frame would not be available nor manufactured because it was "out of stock" and unavailable until March 2023. I already paid full price and wasn't notified beforehand of this! I was expecting this for my anniversary which was a couple weeks ago and seems far too late. I would not recommend this company as a 5 star rating.
I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of my canvas print. Brilliant color and fine contrast, it is true to the original image. The wrapped canvas comes ready to hang perfectly.
The vintage Hudson Valley poster we had matted and framed with FineArtAmerica is the perfect accent piece for the descending wall in our second floor landing, especially since we live right on that river! Beautiful piece, great workmanship!
They sent me the wrong version of an item I ordered (came in two versions A and B). I know for a fact I ordered version A because I wasn't aware it even came in two versions. When the order was filled they switched the item to version B. So now my receipt says I ordered version B and they won't exchange for the correct version. My guess is they ran out of version A, filled it with B, and kept the sale.

My art budget can only stretch just so far. But when I can order the painting I just discovered and fell in love with in a 5x7 gift card format, in full color and detail, for under $10, well now my only problem becomes where am I going to find room to display it? Cause you know I will.

I have ordered from FineArtAmerica many times already. Their puzzles using the beautiful designs of their artists serves my puzzle-making hobby. They are made from good quality board material that is durable and does not bend or break. Plus, the designs made by the artists are all unique and I am always sure to find one that is tailor-fit to suit the tastes and preferences of the people who I give these puzzles as gifts. Shipment takes 2 months but it is understandable due to the geographic distance, but when it gets here, everything is in good condition and all I can say is it is definitely worth the wait! I am happy I have found a site that can cater to my hobby, has excellent customer service, and never runs out of designs and ideas that make my puzzles personalized in each and every way, and I look forward to ordering another batch soon.:-)

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
