For the item I was interested in (note cards), it seemed that there was a pricing error on the website for the quantity I wanted to buy. I brought it to their attention, they told me how to contact the seller (artist), I contacted her and she updated the pricing right away and I placed the order. The cards arrived promptly and they are beautiful. Thank you!
I selected an art print online and about eight days later it arrived in the post. I like the variety of artists and styles of work available from FineArtAmerica. The whole process was quick and easy!
I placed a large order of 20 boxes of postcards and receive 7 after multiple calls,right now I am calling and as soon as I get a connection and verbalized my complaints they hang up on me!
I am very happy with my purchase of a mug with a lovely painting by my talented sister, Kathy.

I searched the web for an AUDI boys T shirt and eventually found one on fine art america. The item was printed and shipped quickly. Excellent service and delivery. Five stars.

I am so grateful for the many benefits from joining FAA. As an artist, I want my work out there, but don't want the hassles of production, selling and managing customers. FAA does all of that so very well
Lots of poor DPI prints listed on their marketplace without verification; many pulled from Google without credit to original artist or without proper DPI despite being sold at big print sizes.
Poor print quality and handling. Ordered 5 prints and only 1 had no damage and proper colors. The remaining were physically damaged, had print streaks, cracks, and fingerprints. One was a black and white that had they somehow printed highly saturated.
Expected better when spending over $250 for a few prints; this wasn't bare minimum.
The shirts I ordered were for gifts and the recipients were very pleased. They arrived quickly. Not much else to say.
I generally use this service to create more meaningful and personalized greeting cards, one of a kind!
I was especially pleased with a greeting card I purchased. It featured the work of a talented artist, Barbara Rivera, who seems to specialize in painting Folkloric Ballet figures. The card is colorful and dramatic and I was planning to give it to a friend of mine who makes costumes for a local Folkloric group. But now I need to buy another card for myself! Considering that I believe these are "Print on Demand" my card arrived pretty fast. I also bought some other cards and prints which were nicely done.
The print that I ordered came quickly and was professionally enveloped. I hope to order more from them.
Not only was I able to select from a huge array of art, but I got to customize the prints so that they had just the right cropping.
The site has an excellent selection of prints and photographs from accomplished artists, I was very pleased with the framed and matted large print that I purchased, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition, at a fair price.
Redid the garage with tiled flooring; the vendor for our auto related wall hangingns was very prompt and items were well priced. VERY satisfied!
I ordered a crab themed pillow. The workmanship quality of what I received was not representative of what was pictured online. The print and fabric was fine, but the construction was terrible. I contacted customer service, provided numerous photos as examples, and within a week I received a replacement that was beautiful! Very pleased with my purchase!
It took almost 2 months for my item to be delivered.
When I emailed them and ask them where the package was, they replied that there was no tracking on the package and they had no idea. For a $30 purchase, I expect there to be more control over the shipping.
For a $30 purchase, I expected to be rolled up and packed in a hard cardboard tube.
Instead it arrived in a polyethylene plastic bag, wrapped with 1/8 inch polyurethane foam, and placed in an envelope. Needless to say, after 2 months on the road, the item was crushed and creased several times.
THIS WAS SOMETHING I PURCHASED WITH THE INTENTION ON FRAMING IT AND HANGING IT ON MY WALL!
Never again shall I purchase something from these people.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
