Nice site for hard to find custom items. Got a shirt from there that was made very well. Pretty easy to navigate around as well. Shipping and delivery were good.
Order was shipped via UPS. UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Company said they had correct on address label, so it was my problem not there's. We could take it up with UPS; but, nothing they could/would do about it

I ordered a a framed print 12/5/2025. Many reassurances it is on the way. No print. I asked to cancel and have money returned.Fine Art America says too late it was already sent. By tracking# info it has never left the warehouse in Hawthorne. Label created, but the trail stops there. Fedex says they never received it, and there is no evidence it ever left the warehouse. No print no refund. Now to file a claim? I just want my gift delivered. It was an especially meaningful print meant to be given on Christmas. Do not assume you will receive your order on time if at all :( I do not know how to submit proof of purchase. The company has order# ticket # and tracking #. I will figure out how to submit it and submit it. Pissed level 99% nice agents though.
This was my first time ordering from FineArtAmerica and I am extremely pleased! I ordered prints of Dunderave Castle which is part of my mother's heritage since she was descended from the Weirs and McNaughtons. I ordered these prints for Christmas gifts and they were excellent! These prints made for very happy recipients. Thanks to FineArtAmerica for providing such a great product.
I bought two shirts on FineArt America for my ex-husband for Christmas. I was impressed that they had a Frank Nelson shirt, which you never see anywhere. My ex-husband was very happy with the shirt and it seemed to be a good quality shirt. I will buy from FineArtAmerica again.
I have ordered several prints from 3 different artists and have been pleased with the quality of prints, communication, and shipping. Will continue to purchase from. FAA.
The one thing I would change is I would have preferred to have non-reflective glass. If it was an option I didn't see it. But it is very nice to be able to get Hubble and James Webb telescope pictures
I ordered a photograph print of the George Washington bridge for my mom as a gift. She used to live right across from the GW bridge and loves to see anything with the bridge in it. She loved the present and it looked beautiful. This is a great website to support artists and photographers.
We purchased a local artist's photos on canvas through FineArt. The service was excellent and the art merchandise on the site is stunning. We will definitely use fineartamerica again!
This is the worst service ever. They never call me back when I ask for a call as I wasn't receiving emails. Shipment extremely was promised overnight with extra fees and arrived late 2 weeks after.
I ordered a framed print on Dec 4,2022. My invoice receipt indicated a shipping date of approximately December 7,2022. I have nothing as of December 18th. They don't have a phone number to call and the two email responses I have received are evasive and thank me for my patience as they dig out of a hole on their past due orders. Yet their deceptive website still says order now for Christmas! I needed this yesterday and had to come up with another gift for my daughter's birthday. Where is my product, or a refund of the money they promptly took from my account?! Deception, lies, unreliable, unresponsive. Give me my product or my money. Now!

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
