1 of 2 mugs I ordered was received as expected, the other mug had smaller unexpected graphics. When ordering, it's difficult to determine where product will be made which makes it difficult to determine whether there will be duty/customs charges. It would be nice if any hidden/added costs will be added for buyer. Also site should clearly indicate the currency of items ordered. Otherwise I was quite happy with the quality & creation of products.
The whole experience was great. There was a wide selections of items, ordering was easy, shipping was prompt and most importantly, the items are perfect. I will shop again.
This site has thousands of choices from everything from landscapes, portraits, paintings, artists' renderings of animals. I just pick one of them and get a plethora of choices.

I've been trying to reach someone for THREE MONTHS. No emails back---ever. I finally contacted fineartamerica.com through Facebook messenger, hoping someone would care to respond. I got a brush off non-answer (a MONTH after I sent them a message there) that showed they never read my message (any of them), and when I replied I have never received a response back yet. The last message I sent was on January 11th at 3:24pm CST. It shows a read receipt showing that they saw the message and they STILL have not responded... It is January 20th. Bottom line, they do not appear to be a legitimate company. They have zero customer service if you need them, and their site does not work if you want to sign up to sell either (which is what I've been trying to do. Their CAPTCHA has been broken for that long. I have tried on multiple computers and browsers and nothing works. I enter the correct CAPTCHA code and it always tells me I didn't.). They do not appear to actually care.
My niece was moving from her favorite area - Georgetown, D.C. To be closer to her family. So I thought since it was the holidays and there would be an Open House, that a lovely painting of her area would be welcome. As it turns out, she lived a block away from the painting and loved the perspective and time of day the painting was done.
I had two extra frames in my possession that I did not like the art work in. So I took them apart and ordered 2 Smetzpetz prints that I loved. The art work sent to me was really beautifully done and now I have the perfect prints for those frames. I loved them so much I purchased 2 more art prints and found 2 wonderful frames at Goodwill for them to go in. They will also be fantastic.
The shower curtains was so much better - beautiful - awesome than I had expected. I'm so very glad I got it!
I happened upon the image by Ricardo Chavez-Mendez of his "Dynamic Sunflower" and loved it. Since I was purchasing a gift for a friend that loves both sunflowers and puzzles, I chose to purchase it from FineArtAmerica. While I did see this image on a few other sites, after investigating further, I determined these were not the quality I was looking for and decided even though it cost a bit more, I wanted to purchase quality. It came in a sturdy, handsome box and arrived in a timely manner. I'm very happy with this purchase and have already looked at their site for other art options in the future. I highly recommend FineArtAmerica.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
