I have purchased many items from Fine Art America and have always been very happy with the quality of products. The large canvas prints in frames, not only were beautiful, they came very well packaged. The 5x7 greeting cards and the mugs I have bought are top quality too. I have ordered for other people as well as for myselfand no one has complained, all very happy with their products. I am also a photographer who has bought for myself and for clients. The quality, the service, and timely delivery has been wonderful and I do recommend Fine Art America to everyone interested.

I spent $592 on a custom piece. They sent the piece with the wrong frame. I looked up return policy and found I needed to print a label which was simply a person's name and address and ship back at my expense. Contacted UPS to pick up (piece too big for my car), insured it for $600 and required signature upon delivery. My UPS cost was $272. The day after UPS picked up the piece, Fine Art America reached out apologizing for the mistake and told me to keep the wrong piece and they would send the correct one. I responded they were too late and to NOT SEND the piece. I had already moved in a different direction for the space.
Several emails back and forth where they wanted to see the UPS receipt for $272 which I had sent several times already, they offered a Gift Card. I responded that I had no use for that. I simply wanted to be reimbursed for my shipping costs to return the incorrect item. Didn't hear anything for 10 days and then I received my original order (correct this time), but now I have no place to put it. I'm hoping they don't ask me to ship that one back, too! I've emailed again as all I want is for my shipping costs to be refunded. It was their error, not mine.
This brings me to my next point. The product must be way overpriced if they were willing to let me keep the first one and ship me a second one rather than reimburse me for the UPS $272. Keep that in mind when you are shopping on this site.
All I want is to be reimbursed for my shipping costs for their mistake. Thanks!
We purchased a t-shirt with the artwork of a local artist that we know and whose work we admire. This site is a great way for artists to share their work with a large audience!

The user friendly website makes it easy for purchasing. Also when you receive your package, you can tell they care about their artist and the products by the packaging. Their packaging is very secure to prevent damage and I really appreciated the notifications letting me know where my package was through out the entire process. I recommend Fine Art America to look for your next piece of art!
The customer service for this site is atrocious. I ordered a picture for an upcoming birthday based on the estimated delivery date. I subsequently did not receive a shipping notification for 11 days past the estimated ship date. I emailed and asked for an explanation. An inept person named April told me that production times vary from "7-20" days. It is a printing company. It is inconceivable to have that variation unless you are being run by a cabal of idiots. It is now 18 days past the estimated shipping date with no news and no update from the company. Terrible company that I would highly discourage anyone from using.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
