Not many places to get such a wide variety prints with personal messages, mottos, quotes, etc., for a reasonable price, shipped quickly, and high quality.
I was very pleased to be able to order beautiful art with a choice of size and medium, and frame, custom-made and shipped to my door. All at reasonable prices. In an order of 3, one frame was less protected and got damaged. Otherwise, 5 stars.
I had been to an Alan Jackson concert with a dear friend and huge fan of Jackson. I found a card at Fine Art America that artistically depicted Alan in such a beautiful way and sent it to my friend as a thank you note. She was so thrilled with it. I felt so fortunate to have found something so unique and that had such high quality.
Chose a print by artist Walter Anderson. Arrived in a well packaged and secure large box. My framed and double matted artwork looks wonderful on my wall! Definitely would recommend Fine Art America.
I use this as my personal print site! It's awesome for gifts, photos I've taken that I want to gift to family and friends. Where else can you get a custom coffee cup, puzzle, notecards or a pillow made that you don't have to order multiples? I have ordered numerous things to see delivery time and quality (as I was concerned if I gifted something and had read some bad comments) I have ordered the items above as well as those great cloth tote bags and everything came as promised timewise and looked awesome. EXCEPT a puzzle that is now a month behind schedule. Have sent an inquiry and will wait to see what they have to say.KW

Have many pieces of automotive art on shelves and hanging on the walls, but never thought of having it on a shower curtain. It's perfect for the shower I put in the Big Norway Lake Autodrome (my garage). Good quality item delivered in a timely manner.
I was looking for special art to put above my grandkids beds. One grandsons I cal Luv Bug & my granddaughter Sweet Pea. The images I found were perfect as my grandson luvs cars & the luv bug volkswagon was perfect with the orange color. The Sweet Pea floral had hints of orange & pink. It just makes the whole room. The art is perfect and the shipping & service very professional! I love it's All American company!
I have ordered and received several items now, and I have to say, I am in love with this store! Everything I have received fit perfectly, and is good quality. I ordered clothes in my size and they were true to size! I would not hesitate to shop this site again, and I tell all of my friends and family to shop this site too!

Absolutely horrible company. They do not print according to their schedule and cannot even get the shipping methods right. Both of my orders were completely incorrect and were shipped a diff method than I purchased. Do not trust this company they will totally screw you over every time!
Accidentally order an 8 x 10 photo because I left the site for a few minutes and it defaulted back to the smallest size, anyway followed their instructions online and printed off the return label and self paid USPS to send it back but never got refunded. Contacted Fine Art America through email and they said they needed the "RMA" number which I did not write down, so I told them the order # and that my name was on the return but still nothing.
It was easy to browse and purchase. Just some parts are a little clunky/dated. Could use a mini update/redesign. I didn't get the review email yet but it was so frustrating trying to fill out reviews for older orders. I didn't want to include my last name

I recently bought a multiple of oversized canvas pictures of various sizes and subject.
The quality is second to none, the packaging was 100% arriving or being anywhere close to damaged.
Any queries I had were dealt with by phone or email in very short order. It's been a great investment.
Easy site to use, reasonable prices. Picture came quickly- framed and ready to hang. Will use FineArtAmerica again and have recommended to other.
I was searching for a framed portrait of Zapata and stumbled across FineArt. The framed picture I received was perfect and safely packed and shipped out fast as well. Highly recommend
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
