In recent months I have purchased over 30 framed wall prints from FineArtAmerica. In each case, FAA has kept me completely informed of my orders and tracking. Each purchase came expertly packaged to prevent any damage, yet easy to open. They also attached a wire hanger on each print so that I can immediately hang my prints. The hangers are professionally attached, just as I would hope to have them. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience than with FineArtAmerica. If I can find any more wall space in my house I will definitely order more prints from them. And I will certainly recommend this excellent company to my friends/family.
I have purchased at least five items, large items typically in the 24"x36" range. Canvas stretched over wood. From selection, to ease of ordering and delivery, everything is flawless. I can't comment on customer service simply because in all these years, I have never needed to contact them. Better than expected for price.

For a number of years, I have been looking for a particular military mug, to no avail. Just in an off chance, I accessed the web again to see if one was available. Even if you cannot afford the canvas or print, you can order cards here. They are the same price as at the card shops, but the artist is mentioned and it is one of a kind.
I have purchased canvas paintings and they are beautiful, wrapped around frame, you do not need a frame. Colors are true, pictures arrive well packaged and quickly.
I ordered a photograph from a photographer on Sanibel and the photo and the frame are beautiful. I'm very happy with it and will definitely order again.

I paid $100 for a photo printed on canvas and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The image looked good on the website in a small size. The image on the canvas print I received is blurry and out of focus. Definitely not work what I paid!

I use your company to order mugs for my collection, especially on science and arts. Despite it's rather expensive, mainy because of shipping costs overseas, it is worth it! My collection has significantly increased since I do business with Fine Art America on Sitejabber.com. And mugs I purchase from them cannot be found anywhere else!

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
