I've ordered several times from Fine Art America and I've always been pleased with my purchases. The prices are reasonable and delivery is good
The picture was fantastic and the framing and matting spot on.
We got a great print of Walter's Wiggles, which is on the trail up to Angel's Landing in Zion NP. It is a unique perspective that really shows why this is the most exhausting part of the journey. Framing was well done so we are thrilled with our purchase.
I love shopping here! Lots of options, with beautiful pictures! Everything bought gets shipped quickly.
Great product. Great quality. Fast shipping. Highly recommend and will be purchasing from them again 😃
I was so happy to find a sketch of a girl swinging from the fingers of God. It is very inspirational and beautifully done.
Well, I started to work with them as an Artist, then sometimes I could purchase other members' works. Very often I just love to go there as a gallery, or for motivation etc
FAA provides access to lesser known artists. The products are high quality and the service is fast.
I love the idea of budding artists getting exposure via a website like that. I've purchased 2 pieces created by a friend. We both gained on the experience.
The Ansel Adams print arrived blurry/ out of focus. Returned it. They refunded amount for the Adams. Stated policy they pay for return ($150) if there's "a defect in quality".
There certainly was. They will not discuss. Do not respond to my emails.
It's always nerve wracking to order something when you live in rural Australia? Will the product be what you see online? Will it even get to me?
All smiles with this product. Awesome artwork, fast shipping and no product damage.
My artwork is hanging on my wall today making me smile.
Very accurate picture on website. Easy ordering. Large selection of photos and prints available. Arrived well packaged and on time.
Easy to order. Pillows are very well made. Colors are vibrant. Delivery was as promised.
Ordering was easy and the items arrived quickly. They were high quality and well packaged. I'm glad artists can sell their work through Fine Arts America.
I have ordered several different pieces of art from FineArtAmerica and am very pleased with all of them. Having the ability to select the art, then custom fit the size, matting and frame to my specific needs is a big plus.
All work arrived as ordered and on time. Very favorable experience.
I appreciate the large and varied selection of greeting cards. I personally enjoy the retro and Victorian era cards. Fine Art America is the first site I go to when shopping for greeting cards and various gifts.
The portrait is a blessing to look at. The images of Jesu, Mary and Joseph look so real.i love it!
I have bought many reproductions from several vendors. The vendors that supply FineArtAmerica have a significantly higher quality in their products than any other platform or vendor. You are well-informed in the process. So with 5 pictures originating through Fine Art of America, I can safely say the highest quality, and highest reliability.
Large framed print came in very secure packaging so all was in great shape. Quick service.
I've placed several orders from this company and everything exceeded my expectations. The artwork has rich colors and crisp reproduction. The products I've ordered (mugs, bags, pillows) were excellently crafted. I was particularly concerned about the mugs not breaking during shipping; they were packed well and arrived intact without a single chip. I will definitely be exploring the work of more artists through FineArtAmerica and ordering more products.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
