The quality of the printing job was much higher than I initially anticipated. So I do not regret for the money spent. They became a lovely investment.
Received a mug, however evidently this company has difficulty reading directions on how to print the design i asked for. I returned the mug, as directed. Then heard absolutely nothing from this company. Out of money for the mug, shipping to send it back. And no response to multiple emails. Find another company.
All wall arts that i recieved were so dang beautiful. Decorated my room and it looks like some rich place! And i realy like variety and all kind of artstyles. Like gallery but you can actually buy some art pieces!
As an avid military historian, in particular World War 2, I was especially pleased by the superb picture of a Me-109-Gustav flying over what one could easily presume to be Belgium in 1944. Fantastic picture. Sadly I am returning the case as I made an error in the size of the case. That aside I intend t o reorder it in the correct size. Very impressed with this company it more than made my continued patronage.
Just wish they had a category for military history which would encompass all aspects of military through the ages. Would eliminate vast amount of time searching the huge amounts of non subjects.

FineArtAmerica is the perfect place to find unique items-it seems to have something for everyone. I was looking for a fun shower curtain for our guest bath and found one incorporating my husband's love of both StarWars and guitars. The artwork is unique, colorful and fun! I love that you can easily customize the size/view of the art to get exactly what you want. The curtain arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the quality. I will be ordering more items from the site. It is easy to use but, beware, you will find many wonderful items with art in a variety of media... it will be difficult to narrow down your choices! Highly recommend!
The painting was good the pricing and website great. The frame, no good. There were gaps in the frame with scratches and dents. I would like to say this was from shipping but it was not. So more focus needs to be put on the frame department.

Their support is non existent. Their password reset feature does not. They do not reply to emails. I have not been able to access my artist login area for months and they are still charging me for a service I cannot access. Basic email support is terrible. I just wish they would respond to my emails to try and help.

Ordered 2 x 25 packs of Christmas cards with own words inside. I have ordered before and the cards continue to be very professional and of great quality. One set of cards were produced from a digital download of a Christmas scene I bought online and could not be more pleased with the

Questions are addressed and help received. Love the Forum for finding out, participating in learning and fun topics. Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
