I bought two tickets from the Fever website. In order to view the tickets you have to download their app on your phone, there's no other way of doing it. I was checking my tickets when a sign popped up saying "purchase complete". I had no idea I was ordering anything or what it was I was supposed to have ordered and I definitely didn't want it. I immediately contacted them to be told (after five days) there were no refunds. Mine is not an isloated incident, I've read of many other people this has happened to.
I've now deleted their app before anything else like this can happen again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I purchased 2 tickets on May 12th for a VanGogh event to be held on July 21st. The location was "secret and to be announced". 7 days before my event the location still had not been announced. I have attempted numerous times to contact Feverup with no success regarding where the event was to be held. Finally the night before my event my tickets were marked "canceled ". I now have been trying for over a week to contact this company, now to find out about a refund on my 2 tickets (almost $90). I still have been unable to contact anyone about this, the email I received back do not respond to any of my questions. Now it appears they have the same event scheduled in Aug-Oct at Globelife. Buyer beware, this is a scheme it appears and I am ready to contact the attorney General to investigate this company. They took my money and are not offering any refund which is due because they canceled my event.
Hello Cathy. First of all, we'd like to apologize for the inconveniences caused. We are, however, happy to see that this issue was solved. Please contact us again if there's anything else we can assist you with. Thank you!
I purchased two ticket for the Dallas Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit but the organizers changed the date without contacting any wholesale sellers and when I contacted Fever to reschedule the email form that was sent said no refunds and they would issue vouchers for a different event if I wanted. In their FAQ it states that they CAN refund/help reschedule if they wanted to. I have gotten no response from them since the initial live chat. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
Hello Chris. We are truly sorry about the inconveniences caused, but we are happy to see that the issue was solved. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance. Kind regards.
Unduly complicated procedure to book tickets, which we finally booked on a Thurs eve, July 15, having paid $120.00 plus tax for an hour of chamber music.
With a week to go, we were informed that the concert has been postponed to Friday, July 16, which is not viable for us. What annoyed us especially is that there is no stated option for cash return. That is what we want: our $120.00 back;. Fever is unprofessional in the extreme and prospective concert goers deserve to be b e apprised of that.
Hello Harold. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the cancellation of your event. Please reach us at [email protected] if there's anything we can do to assist you! Thank you.
Signed up for Dinning in the Dark Philadelphia and they never provided secret location and could not be reached. They ignored all emails for several days in advance of event.
Really made a mistake because all purchased ticket for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience - Three tickets and they have just waitlist the event and changed it to Secret Location In Philadelphia.
DO NOT USE COMPANY or GIVE THEM MONEY!
Hello, Ethan. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please reach us at [email protected] so we can properly assist you.
Terrible customer service and lack of responsibility of their own errors.
I was scheduled to attend an event. Weeks before the event, an email was sent out saying the time was switched from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Okay, no big deal. But then ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT at 6:00pm, another email was sent saying that the schedule change email was sent out in error and the event is still at 6:30pm, IN 30 MINUTES.
Where the lack of responsibility comes into play is that I took a day off to attend this event! Now I couldn't attend due to their scheduling email error?. And now my husband and I took a day off for nothing? In addition, I had to pay the babysitter a fee for cancelling on her!
A mere refund from FeverUp doesn't fix the ripple effect of consequences of as a result of their error. I asked for 2 ticket vouchers (+-/ $100 value) for a similar event on a different day in addition to the refund to help rectify the situation (unnecessary day off and babysitter cancellation fee). I've been emailing the company and now they're just ignoring me.
I don't think anyone's time or money is safe when booking events through this company. Use another company that will actually take responsibility of their own errors.

Complete unprofessional. Unresponsive. Unreasonable. I was supposed to attend a concert in NYC. My group showed up at the hotel, only to be told by staff that Fever decided to cancel the show 3 hours earlier. I went back and searched my email to make sure I didn't miss a notification email. None was found. Fever cancelled the event and did not feel responsible to tell people who are attending the event. Subsequently, I emailed the vendor to ask for refund. The response time is very slow (expect 48 hours between responses). I have emailed them in 3 separate occasion, being very clear that I would like to move forward with the refund. After all the delayed responses back and forth, they have not offered to give refund. It would seem like good customer service that you would offer refund after not notifying your clients about the cancelled event. Instead, the customer service has not offered apology nor a processing of refund.

How is this possible? New to a city, searched for Candle light Concerts, landed at Fever.com/my city. My objective: pick a concert and a date and purchase. Nothing worked. Unlike others here, I thankfully avoided (not by choice) a transaction. So, at this point my critical comments are for the unacceptable user interface/experience. No quite what you'd expect in Switzerland.

I purchased two tickets for an event taking place in Denver on March 8. I have submitted over 15 inquiries to their bull$#*! customer service app. My event is tomorrow and nothing. I have sent attachments, receipts, emails and nothing. This is the absolute worst and still unsure if I'm gonna ever receive a refund. I have yet to speak to someone live.
There is no information on the app. I've done everything according to their instructions and no one can find my tickets. How do you run a company with out any live agents or at least a phone number. This is my first and last time will ever use this app again. Do not use the service!

Fever changed the dates of the concert I booked tickets for. I am Unavailable. Think they are contactable? No they aren't. No phone numbers. No live chat. Just a redundant black hole of an email address that nothing comes back from. I've given up 10 emails. No response. I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs. The concert will pass and I'll just lose my money! So dont buy tickets from this group! Can't guarantee the date, you can't contact them and you lose your $$$$

I bought tickets via a heavily marketed and slick Instagram link. The date approached and the venue wasn't announced. A vague venue link was posted on their website for the Atheneum theatre Melbourne, but we turned up (with 30 other disgruntled people) to find the venue booked for another event.
8 emails later and terrible customer service, they are refusing to refund me.
After a bit if googling, this seems typical. Its a scam, don't waste your money!

Be very wary when deciding to purchase these tickets.
I bought a set of tickets and awaited further details.
As the date approached I contacted Feverup for the details of the secret location.
They acknowledged receiving my query soon after, stating that they were working on finding the answer. Shouldn't have been difficult even if they are coordinating small concerts in Sydney from their shop front in New York, linked to their office in Madrid Spain and operating from their base in Sierra Leone Africa.
They eventually responded 3 days after my concert had taken place. I did not even have a chance to redeem my ticket.
They have ignored my request for any form of resolution.
Due to this I believe anything to do with Feverup or KZMOS Technologies and its subsidiaries are a high risk venture.
Great idea for a business but less than dependable operation.

Be careful, and avoid FeverUp Sydney unless you know someone personally who had a good experience.
The concert on the day before the concert I was due to attend was cancelled. Then they cancelled my concert in order to combine into one large event, at a different venue, on a different day. Dates kept changing, to eventually be after my holiday.
They refused to refund my tickets. I found it difficult to find specific contact details or Australian ABN / ACN.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
