WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were kind and flexible as we did run slightly late.
The voiceover was a little odd and quite fast at times leaving a little more detail being desired.
Overall very good and would recommend. Certainly brought on motivation to look in to the individual stories a little further!

Having informed Fever that I've tested positive for COVID and have to isolate for 10 days, I'm having to accept a voucher 'cos if I don't, I lose the £60 I paid for my tickets. I believe this practice encourages some people to attend a show even though they have COVID because they don't want the hassle and stress of a voucher. It's irresponsible of the company. Saying that, I do still like Fever and will continue to use it.

-Not a candle light experience! 30 minutes into performance staff went about clicking off the flameless candles DURING THE PERFORMANCE!
-Staff, with lighted headbands, constantly moving about the periphery of very small venue (Skylight Denver) was extremely distracting
-Bartenders noisily breaking down bar during performance very distracting
-PA system malfunctioned

REVISION to first review: Very poor instructions; convoluted access to tickets. Must download Fever app; click on ticket button, but it was not there. Finally found phone #; got QR codes emailed. Needed to resell [COVID], but help site was slow; never answered how to transfer codes to Stubhub. $337 lost. FEVERUP.com ticket access too complicated, had me going in circles; should switch to more conventional ticket access. For a while, I thought it was a SCAM. Will never buy from them again.

Thank you, Feverup for the smooth rescheduling of 3 tickets for my friends and I (original ticket ID ******* for my ticket) though we noticed we were all charged additional fees in different amounts. Can you please refund the additional charge made to my Visa ending in... 3889 (new ticket ID: *******as we would not have moved our event date if the weather had not been hazardous to drive in. Used Fever up for the first time to book an event - Somehow the booking system would not show how many tickets are available. My partner missed out - when i wanted to change the date so we can go together, got a refund but had to pay for another booking fee. They refunded the booking fee at a late stage in terms of voucher - rest assured i will NEVER use their system again. Do not expect any refund or help from customer service if you have any issues.

Reviewing the Nashville performance on 12/22/21- For a string quartet performance, the one thing that is necessary is to be in tune. The players were not in tune with themselves- specifically the first violinist and cellist. Disappointed in this performance. The soloist was not skilled, either. Attend if you would like tips on what not to do for your Philharmonic Audition.

I have had a few instances where I had to postpone my plans I got through fever. In these times (pandemic and such), it's great to work with a customer service team that supports you and works with you like fever has for me. I'm very impressed.

Local Atlanta venue denied us service due to ask mandate. No mask mandate state and fever not willing to refund even though tickets never issued or used.

Bought tickets in august 2021 for experience in Jan 2022. A lot has happened since then and I expressed a need to cancel the attendance. I was not able to drive 8hours there and back any longer and new world health problems. They offered a voucher which can only be used for that exact same event. It would be more useful to credit account to use for other events they offer but only this one event. It's a total scam. The customer service is responsive but not moveable. No customer recovery is offered. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Went to the "Dinner and Dancing Under the Stars" out of New York City from the company FeverUp!
It's DEPLORABLE! Costed me $540 for 6 people but it was 100% GHETTO! We boarded the boat, saw the place and CROWD and walked out! Chose to lose our money before getting locked in that tin box for 4 hours in there. I don't have enough available characters here to describe all that's wrong with this ‘event'. JUST STAY AWAY!

We turned up 24th Nov6pm for Daft Punk tribute at SWG3,100 eastvale place and the venue knew nothing about it. We and others who also bought tickets, were turned away!
I have complained now 7 times by calling, emailing and live chats with Fever and NOONE has come back to me with an explanation or a refund! Im going to report to the police as this seems like a scam!

This is not as severe as other issues with these thieves but KNOW they are also prime Spam spreaders. In order TO GET MY TICKETS for the Michelangelo show i was forced to sign up and download their app AFTER i paid for the tickets so there was no way to successfully back out. Sleezy web charlatans taking advantage of an Art show. UGH.

I purchased 5 tickets for an event and Fever changed the dates we could attend 3 times. After much haggling they refunded the purchase. It took about 6 weeks to actually get the money back. I had purchased 2 tickets to another event before they started jerking me around and, guess what, again at the last minute they said the date wasn't available. This time after some more haggling they say they are giving me a refund. Never again.

Terrible performance and terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
Firstly, upon arrival we realised that there was not a bar at the venue as advertised on the ticket - please see attached a screenshot of the confirmation detailing the inclusion of a bar. Therefore, we spoke to one of the staff on the door, I believe was called Jair, and he explained that they were not able to sell alcohol at the premises and so was confused as to why a bar was advertised for the event. He kindly offered us some water in a plastic cup although this was not quite the beverages we expected. Therefore, before the performance had began the atmosphere was already dampened. We were then disappointed to find that the seats, which we had paid £30 for hoping for a better view, were only two feet away from the seats that were half the price and had the same view of the performance.
Secondly, we were further disappointed as we had paid for a Disney performance however, throughout the main performer repeatedly said ‘so we are going off piece now away from Disney songs' and continued to play non- Disney songs. This changed the atmosphere in the room and you could see from the rest of the audience that everyone was disappointed. From the programme we counted that six of the Disney songs were missed out which is a substantial amount. Even the performer was able to see the disengagement from the audience as after playing a few alternative songs he said ‘now it's time to pick it back up as I can see I am losing your attention'.
We paid collectively as a group of 4 £120 and was such a waste of money.
Still no decent response from the company, just get the same blanket email saying they are discussing a solution and then never get back to me.
Don't waste your money, pay for another event.

We bought tickets to an event that was cancelled due to Covid. Fever up avoided giving me a refund for months, sending unprofessional emails which didn't make any sense. They even lied and said a refund had been sent when it hadn't. In the end I made a formal complaint to STAR who got involved and the money was finally sent. I would never buy anything through Fever again!

Fever is a total scam. After two months of unhelpful back and forth emails with three different staff, I finally got vouchers but it took another two months of emails to ask them to put them on my app so I could use them. When I tried to apply my $330 voucher to purchase tickets costing $225, they tried to charge me $5 extra at the checkout - see screenshots. The concert was much more mediocre than what is shown in the pictures. They make it seems much more extravagant and the event was nice but definitely not worth the hassle or inconvenience. The overwhelming reviews I've seen are similar or worse experiences than mine and I wish I read them before purchasing the tickets. Do yourself a favour and avoid it altogether.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
