We attended this concert heavily publicized on Feverup: a nice atmosphere but unacceptably poor sound conditions for the people located on the balcony, and a quite poor interpretation work except for a too short excerpt of a wonderful Shostakovitch famous piece. If it were free, no pb, but a mere waste of 30 bucks per person.
The APP sucks. It claims that it is easy to "transfer tickets", however, there is no place to click "transfer tickets" and the tickets were CANCELLED instead!
Plus the customer service sucks.
Get away from the APP and platform. THEY are TERRIBLE.

Total SCAM! Sold tickets to a Banksy show that turned out to be not only unauthorized but NEVER OPENED! Could not find tickets, no link so just before leaving went down a rabbit hole searching only to find the show was cancelled and lots of complaints online. Did not offer refunds, instead offered flexible dates. I contacted Customer Service (farmed out of the country) and demanded a refund. After several emails of them trying to convince me to just wait indefinitely for the show to exist, they agreed to a refund. 2 weeks later no refund. I knew they were not going to credit me, the whole experience was not legit. They are total scammers and they know it and their good reviews online look fake. Looks like they targeted Trustpilot to post fake reviews. BEWARE they are still aggressively advertising a show that doesn't exist on social.

This company changes the rules last minute and refuses to refund money, despite screwing over the the
Attendees. Save yourself some time and money and don't ever book through them. I'm now in dispute with the better business bureau to retrieve my money.
They won't even get on the phone. Disgraceful.

They're refuse to give me refund, I booked two tickets with them, they hold the event because the Covid and I ask for refund they told me to wait, and now they telling me only people get the vaccine can attend the event, which I didn't get vaccine so I want my refund back they refused again. So I already reported them to ACCC. Don't buy anything from them they only take your money, is ridiculous.

This company is opportunistic, do not use them, they are a sham, they sell tickets to events and if for ant reason the event is cancelled, you have to put in a bank dispute to get a full refund on your ticket, otherwise they say no refund or try to refund an amount which is much less than your original ticket purchase, watch them they are unethical

Canceled an event we booked 2 months prior - at the last minute. There is no customer service. Emails from "help desk" come in generic. Refused to refund - instead want us to rebook for a different date AND to install their ridiculous app! So I have to be inconvenienced for something they cancelled on me! That's real balls.

Had tix for the Banksy exhibit in Los Angeles, it was supposed to open late August and I had tix for the end of Sept. Get there and the exhibit is still being set up, I could see and hear hammering and that the lobby was in complete disarray. Unbelievable, that they did not send out emails telling people and letting them know how they would be either reimbursed or get tix for later dates. A woman was there who was helping people and said that 56 people showed up the day before, and when I was there in the morning there were at least 4 other couples who were there as well. I will never buy tix through this company again.

Lost $200 on an event that was canceled, or maybe not even existed. Got a "voucher" instead of a refund that was supposed to be used within the next 2 months. Tried to get get my money back though claim with my bank... To make story short, Fever still got to keep my money. The voucher expired long time ago. I wasn't able to use it anyway, as Fever didn't have any events in my area that would worth this much money, or any money... Stay away from them!

Shocking company!
Shocking company! Do not use them as they never respond to your emails. They took my money and then the event was cancelled. I had tried for weeks to find out what was happening with the event and finally I got an email stating the event was cancelled. They gave me a credit and given I had booked the event for a friend's birthday, there was no point in receiving a voucher for some other time. They cancelled the event, they should give me a refund. Trying to speak to someone, or getting through to this company is a nightmare. Do not book! I have no idea if I will receive a refund or not. I may have wasted AUD $200. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS ABOUT FEVER BEFORE I BOOKED.

As they, of course, cooperating with this totalitarian regime, if there was any integrity left there at this ‘locked down' and independent thought forbidding age, company would offer a refundable option to those wishing no longer attend. Instead, they offer 60 days, good for nothing vouchers, for tickets purchased almost two years ago, technically racketeering entrusted $ and any income incurred on it. I will not be using their services ever again

Got tickets for Banksy but needed to change due to neurosurgery. They will not provide a refund--and the problem with the vouchers is they are not reliable. I would like my money back and have contacted the Dept of Consumer Affairs

After cancelling your ticket or changing its date as they wish they won't refund, this is their official response:
"Thanks for contacting Fever!
We have analyzed your case and we want to offer you the option to cancel your ticket and issue a voucher that you can use in our Fever app to purchase a different option for the same plan...
We'd like to remind you that Fever tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable, however, in this case we are able to give you this option to continue enjoying Fever plans."

I have been charged by Fever for a lunch in a restaurant in Madrid that is closed. When i told the support about it in a chat they said they will get back to me within 72 hours with a SOLUTION. When I mentioned that the solution needs to be now in a form of refund, the support person said: "we are closing the chat but you can keep writing". They are a bunch of thieves! Cannot be trusted as they charge for fake services!

Fever Up app - False advertising and terrible customer service! Michelangelo's exhibit was a joke! I've been to high school events that were nicer that the Sistine Chapel Event. Please refer to pictures below.

They have been selling tickets for Van Gough Immersive Experience in Philadelphia. They say the location would be revealed later. This was supposed to start on August 4th. It never happened. They are canceling everyone's tickets with no refunds. Do not EVER use this organization. They are total scammers!
