These clowns SUCK at what they do!... or what they're supposed to do. Never on time. Always late. I go as far as avoiding purchasing from someone if they don't have another shipping option other than FedEx. They're trash
I left my cell phone at a hotel when I was on vacation. I sent a shipping label to the hotel, and they sent it, but the package was rerouted by Fedex, then I was told it was delayed, then it was lost, then found, then was part of a fraud investigation and was with their legal team, then suddenly was damaged and with the dangerous goods department, and then I wasn't even allowed to go to pick it up. Four agents hung up on me when I called about it. Send something with Fedex and you'll NEVER SEE IT EVER AGAIN! But- they are very happy to take your money. Sounds illegal, but I guess they get away with it.
I've been waiting for four days for a package to be delivered after FedEx claims it was delivered. Keep calling every day and am told the same thing: the package is out for delivery. One day, was told package was signed by someone that doesn't even work in the building. The next day was told the driver attempted to deliver the package at 5:20 pm but that delivery was denied. Today i'm told the package is out for delivery. FedEx is the worst!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered an item whilst staying at an AirBnB, had to change accommodation unexpectedly and spent a week trying to change the delivery address. Three different people ensured us that the address had been changed, consistent delays and misinformation on their app and still the package was delivered to the initial address where they let a stranger sign for the package without ID. Nobody is able to do their jobs ok the back end and despite their apparently being three delivery notes attached to the packaged they were all ignored. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone other than an AI bot and the assistants via the live chat are completely bone idle and useless. Never in my life have I experienced a "courier service" as pathetic and incompetent as FEDEX UK. You deserve bankruptcy.
My shipment got to the Forest Park hub in 2 days and has been sitting there for the past 3 days. Don't know how anybody would choose them
$200 for shipping. Box showed up nine days late. When contacting FedEx no compensation, and was told that I could not speak with a manager. There are other shippers cheaper and better quality business. Don't make the same mistake I did.
FedEx drivers are lazy bastards they claimed 3 attempts to deliver my package without dropping off the package this morons never tried to stop they just pass by and drive away this $#*! sucking $#*!s will never have my business again
Spent hours trying to speak to a real person, while trying to track my parcel which was late as usual, the tracking system telling me it will be delivered that day to my house in England while it was still sitting in the USA. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last 3 weeks. You get no response to emails, or from the complaints team. The worst company i have ever dealt with
Customer service.sucks. Delivery people? Horrible. Better hope they get your address right because if they deliver to the wrong house you are just plain $#*! out of luck. I actually stopped buying products from companies that ship with Fed Ex because delivery is sketchy AT BEST. It's a crap shoot if you're going to get your package. Go ahead file a claim. See where that gets you. NO WHERE. Sent pictures of my front door to compare to the drivers picture. Not even close to being my house. CLAIM DENIED! WTF
Please don't trust FedEx customer service. Even they told you something they will not do it. They delivered my packages to the wrong address. When my packages was shipped i received my tracking information from FedEx and saw the address was wrong, I called the shipper who was Wayfair, the Wayfair agent called FedEx and was asking for an address correction. The FedEx agent told us the address was changed and will receive my packages to my address. After 2 days, FedEx delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address because the agent didn't change nothing, I called them again because it was 6 packages, after 1 days they delivered 2 of them to my address and still delivered the other 2 to a wrong address. I spent $830 in these items and was waiting for them. Now they refuse to retrieve my items and bring them to me. The last person I spoke with was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never buy from Wayfair again because they seem they have only FedEx as their shipping company.
Bad attitude, I'm expecting a package and called to pick up from Fedex location. I was talking to the Manager her name is Wendy and she just put me on hold while I was talking without even asking to hold on, very very vey disrespectful. Vey bad customer service with attitude. If I can rate you at 10 below zero I would not hesitate to.
Had a terrible experience with 9648 Kenwood Rd Blue Ash OH ******* location. The person at counter was very rude for answering a simple question. Had the impression they don't want customer coming to the store to use their services. The people at the counter need to understand without customer they have no business. Would be better to start treating customer bit better. Its not like they offer service for free nor charity.
They don't do background checks. They don't know wtf is a business day vs a weekend. I press 1 for English and end up on the phone with Aladdin. App sucky af! Put a vacation hold for my packages and all my packages ended up being returned to sender. Last but lot least this company ruined my Bachelors degree graduation cuz one of those packages was my cap and gown! Couldn't graduate! Could you imagine studying your $#*! off for 4 years to make your parents proud and you can't even ask across the stage now SMH! Fed ex needs to be put out of business and it will if we ALL STOP USING THEM!
I was supposed to receive my package from FedEx on May 24,2023 but i didn't receive my package on that day. I track my package on FedEx app. I have to wait for schedule delivery but they don't deliver my package to me on time.
Fedex Ethridge can't find me. They say they hsve attempted delivery. Maybe they should ask USPS or UPS. They deliver here all the time. Hope this isn't a scam.
Don't meet their delivery timelines. When they finally do deliver packages are accompanied by unexpected charges. Service is terrible and options for what to do are not customer friendly. Automated messages are not customer friendly.

They have no communication skills and lack any coordination among themselves or with customers. The software is slack and clunky at best for Tryn to get your delivery through the automate system which is the biggest bull$#*! run around seen in years!
They keep Tryn to deliver when I'm at work but won't retry after 5 when the delivery window is til 8pm? They wont call or instruct the driver to attempt at a later time the. They door tag ya with a piece of paper that is totally useless when given to me with a invalid tag number? WTF!? Fed ex?
Then try to reach anyone the can speak English clearly is almost impossible now thanks to YOU RAJ! Now they split a 4 piece shipment into 1 and 3 and instead of dropping anything off anywhere near my house at the multiple places near here they drive one box all the way out to another fkn town?! And the other 3 to another fkn town? And still won't even make an attempt to reach the driver? The most absolute mixed up too dependent on automate incompetent bunch of loose screws I've ever seen. It's a circus side show at fed ex

Start a package that ever seen multiple notifications for when the package was supposed to be here I received notification Friday that my package would be delivered Monday today I received notification that we delivered by today 1:00 of course it never showed up when I went into the FedEx office they instantly will start pointing towards a science and they can't say anything you have to call this number I have never seen one FedEx package ever on time in the given time they were supposed to be delivered well I have seen multiple times is them sending me notifications saying a date and time and that day of time goes s past and it's never there. They ought to be able to let you give negative stars I have never had one good experience with FedEx or their customer service

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
