Unfortunately fed ex doesn't really care if their drivers leaves packages outside of a building for individuals to snatch packages. I was outside of the building waiting for a package to arrive for the 3rd time. Whether or not it was this individual who left the the fedex sticker previously on my door or inside of the building. I was outside of my building observing the driver to see exactly what he would do. I wasn't surprised he rrang the bell for a quick second while looking at his cell phone, leaves the package at the door and heads off to his truck. I told the young man "REALLY" he ignored me. He came out of his truck and I told him "You guys have to wait for someone to answer before you leave the package exposed outside for someone to grab". He replied "I DON'T CARE"! He abruptly pulled off. So I decide to take pictures of the license plate and the individual. Here is the tracking number**************906

I paid for 2-3 day Express Shipping for some live fish, and it has been 10 days now, and still have not received my package. When you call the company, you get someone from a foreign land that does not have a clue what your talking about. They will not give you any information nor let you speak to someone in the US. Sure they will file lost package and complaint forms, however beyond that, there is 0-no support. I am sick and tired of these arrogant shipping companies making millions while providing very little customer service. Professional service is lacking and I am going back to good old fashioned USPS because I know I can get the Post Master on the phone. I may have to leave a message, however someone WILL call me back. I know I can have packages shipped general delivery to the PO where I can have control over when to pickup the package, and where I do not have to wait around on a FedEx truck delivery till 7PM and they never show up, or simply loose your package and never contact you. This company absolutely sucks--BUYER BEWARE!

I am a logistics professional and after experiencing service among major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), I can confidently state that FedEx is the worst carrier ever! It has already happened several times that they first provided inaccurate predictions in terms of the delivery time, and later kept delaying the actual delivery (one of my packages that was supposed to deliver on Monday is not even arrive on Friday). If you cannot provide some accurate prediction, then don't even provide such information because people hate to have their expectations raised and then broken.
Moreover, obviously, they had issues with identifying the address location (I provided correct address with the zip). But they mistook "Jacksonville FL" with "Jonesville NC". How on earth you can mistake the two (other than they both start with J in the names). And of course, that further delay my package.
Lastly, it is impossible for consumers to contact customer support (and even if you were put through, they can't solve any of your problem). I kept calling to their customer support regarding my packages and the bot kept telling me your package is in transit and then hanged up on me. As the carrier with the highest revenue in the world, FedEx is treating its customers so badly with empty promises and horrible customer service. Try to avoid this carrier at all cost or you might receive your package one month after it is shipped!
Tracking my package every 12 hours my package moves roughly 150 miles... in 3 days it has moved 350 miles... what a joke. It has 1,500 more miles to go... it will never make the delivery date if the driver keeps stopping for coffee and doughnuts. Worst f%_$ing shipper ever.!
As usual fed ex shipments to me are always a problem, always have been a problem. This was so bad when I was purchasing stock for my business I asked my supplier to ship via UPS because FedEx was always a problem. That was in the 1990's. It's still the same. As I have said to them before "you are in the delivery business, you can't deliver, get out of this business you are incompetent"
I think I will NOT ever purchase anything shipped by them again, the hassle is just too much, even the USPS is better, ALWAYS was better. I will find someone who can ship with a service that can actually deliver so FED EX your won't be bothering me again! I also ship, used to ship a lot, used to use UPS, no problems. I use USPS too, with few problems but I know if I used Fed Ex there would be nothing but problems and a bunch of DOA shipments.
FedEx is one of the worst shipping service after DHL. Don't ever ship anything unless you aren't concerned to pay 50-100 % tax even for a toy car, this is the fate of fedex. First of all my product isn't worth 45 $, it was hardly around 20$ second of all they charged me almost 100% taxes on 45$ which is not written anywhere in the law book of Customs. They just want to intentionally Rip customers pocket in the name of Customs, this isn't genuine Bill from them. They're Just making the customer pay their taxes from our pocket for the second time when we've already paid at the time ordering! Anyone from India please don't choose FedEx instead get it shipped from local post office of that respective country so that it would easily clear customs and be delivered door step through india post. Because when I got a similar value & sized product the Ukraine when sent through local Ukraine post it easily reached my hands in 15-20 days without any hassle and it also cleared customs without any charges. So please do not prefer FedEx and Dhl at any cost. They are literally pain in $#*!!
Our package was to go to the local UPS Store. They were open, the FedEx driver drove by, but never even stopped to try to deliver the package. He lied and generated an exception, saying that the business was closed. The UPS Store employees have told us that this is a common occurrance. What's especially frustrating is that there is no way to let FedEx know about this, so they can take corrective action... their website does not allow you to complain about things like this, apparently.
Everytime I have a package being delivered by Fed Ex it is 4 or 5 days late. This is because rather than reading the address and putting it on the truck for that city they scan the address and it comes up as a different city so they put it on the wrong truck. Just read the damn city that is stated and put it on the truck accordingly. Stop thinking you know better. This has been going on for over a year. It takes me 3 or 4 days of calling Fed Ex and trying to explain this before they realize their mistake. I have no issues with UPS as they caught their mistake the first time and adjusted their issue so it didnt happen again. Perhaps Fed Ex, you could try learning from your mistakes as well and your rating would go up. I will never order through Fed Ex ever. Worst delivery company available.
My son has had 2 packages stolen or just not delivered but saying that they were delivered. Plus having a hard time trying to file a claim. I don't understand why you have a bunch of thieves working at your company. People work hard for their money and don't need their packages stolen. Doesn't make any sense to me while you are still in business. Do everyone a favor and go out of business. Take some pointers from UPS they're the best.
Whenever I see a package arrive at this location (Hutchins, Texas) there are concern details the I know for concern; my package will be delay, I will stop receiving notifications and 7 out of 10 ten times my package will be lost or stolen. Customer Service promise you one thing and drop the ball every single time without following through or keeping you informed. I understand that people will never completely stop using FedEx but when you package reaches this location, don't say that you haven't been warned.
4th package this year that has been lost by you and two packages that I tracked down delivered to the wrong address. Your company is the worst delivery service ever. How are you still operating? Your Company sucks
I have never had a delivery delivered on time from this company. They have one job, delivery, and they can't handle it
Twice in the last 2 months, I have been expecting a package delivered by Fedex on a Friday. Both times it was posted as out for delivery by the end of they day. Just an hour ago, if was posted that it would be delivered today. In one case, I was actually notified by email that it was delivered that Friday but it did not arrive until Monday. If you do not plan to deliver the items, they should not be posted as out for delivery and certainly should not be posted as delivered.
They keep delaying a very expensive important package and keep blaming everything els other than themselves. UPS needs to take over the company!
I rarely leave reviews. I was expecting a package, I tracked for a few days and saw that it was delayed and stuck in PA. I called and opened a case. I was told someone would contact me and nobody did. I called a few days later and was told that someone would contact me that day. Of course they didn't. I called the next day and they told me to contact the shipper to begin lost package proceedings. At that point I told the rep that I paid for the shipping and that I had a couple of questions. She ignored me and simply read from her script about how sorry she is. Every time I have ever had to contact Fedex with an issue it has been handled poorly. I do not get this kind of treatment from other carriers. From now on I will not purchase an item on eBay or elsewhere unless the sellers agree not to use Fedex. I reccomend you do the same.
My front door was sealed off due to wildfire smoke, and a recently injured leg too painful to be hauling around to my back door a 40 lb package that was coming from Walmart. So, I put a sign both at the front door and also on another front window, asking that deliveries be left at the back door (see photos). As you can see, FedEx drivers in Reno, NV, either can't read or don't care.
Trying to get someone at FedEx to help me, I called their customer service phone number. The computer that answers will do everything it can so that you can NOT talk to a human. IF, after struggling with it for 20 minutes or so, you can finally get to a human, they will not give you the local phone number for the FedEx distribution center near your house, nor are they capable of contacting the center themselves to get anyone to help you. I guess we're lucky they don't just leave our packages out on the street, but I'll bet that will happen soon, once they replace their broken robot-like drivers with REAL robots. Hopefully THEY will be able to read.
On August 10,2021, Fed Ex delivered an empty box to my residence, that they should have known was empty as it is approximately 6" x 6" in size and was not sealed with any tape. A few days later I filed a claim as the box was suppose to have a $50.00 lug nut set inside of it. Today I received a email back saying that my claim was denied due to insufficient information. I have video surveillance on my property and fed ex was the only person that came into my property that day so they were not stolen, they were never delivered. Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? Can Fed Ex just lose your items and get away with it? Should I file a police report? Unsure what to do as I am out $50.00, this seems crazy to me, that Fed Ex will not take responsibility for losing items and delivering a clearly empty box.

I'm not to sure where to start and if I listed every problem I've ever had with this "company" it'd be a Stephen King novel. Avoid at all costs, if a website ships FedEx I don't order anymore. To this date I've NEVER had a package get delivered by its expected delivery date and have have thousands of $$$ lost in transit. I'd be more trusting in a hawk with a sachel to deliver something across the world then FedEx delivering something 2 hours away.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
