I purchased an item from them back on April 1 of this year. I paid for express epacket shipping, and it *just* made it to New York! If you must buy stuff from China, but from AliExpress or Wish instead.
I don't quite see what the problem is I buy my e liquid from them (real cheap and PayPal) and the only time I ever had a problem was with late shipping They were in touch with me every 2-3 days keeping me informed They also refunded me for my hassle (as well as supplying the order) and offered a 50% discount on my next order Yes they honoured it I love them
They cheat people and then claim that you can't read or use the product. They sell rubbish worthless beards and cheat on the description
So many people gave fast tech bad reviews I was really worried that I'd have a bad experience. It took quite a long time for my order to come but the mod I ordered was very affordable and it works exactly as advertised. So all and all not as bad as expected.
Francis of fast tech went above and beyond did excellent work and stood long hours to get the job done thanks for everything. He was very reasonable with the price.
I brought a silicone cap and baby tank coils for my vap as I got overseas as travelling and my silicone cap went down the sink hole when cleaning. As I was in Costa Rica, I thought it would be easy to order online instead of finding a shop. I was only there for 3 weeks so paid around $50 for DHL postage to be delivered in 3-5 working days to be on the safe side. It didnt arrive while I was there, or weeks after I left either, and I'm no longer a that address. I had a email from the hotel I was staying at and they received it finally, about 8 weeks after I ordered it. While the post may be not fast techs fault, I have found them to not give a $#*! and quite rude, not getting to the bottom of it but just fobbing me off. I required it for a certain time and they did not deliver. I have always ordered off internet and can get it in under a week... this is not good enough... just don't order from them, full stop. Cos if it goes missing they won't help, ended up being rude and dismissive. Never had such trouble buying online.
So I decided to order some e-liquid because the price was very low, instead of chosing free shipping (Kazakhstan post), I decided to choose shipping by singapore post, which cost me ~5$. After a few days, i've noticed that they changed shipping method to kazakhstan post which is free so I messaged support and they told me that e-liquids are no longer being shipped by singapore post and told me that kazakhstan shipping is also not free, even when it is, so they offered 2.5$ refund for shipping. Also, you can still order e-liquids via singapore post, and they are still being shipped by singapore post, I really hope they will give a full refund, if not, I will be very upset. They are lying about everything.
Fasttech... Their is so much to say... and its not positive either, these con artists will jerk you around forever even after you send pictures and videos as they request, it is extremely evident that they have a strong desire to keep your money even when the items are not the item you ordered, suddenly its your fault they sent the wrong item, defective items which are sent to you are obviously defective due to something YOU did to it. If you can keep your cool for roughly 5 to 6 months of back and forth messaging you may receive a slight refund no where near what they owe you which I feel only occured because they realized they were going to have to deal with me on a daily basis for the rest of their lives. For whatever reason your first second pr even third order although taking over three months usually arrive and a re what you ordered, but at ne point or another you become less than human in their eyes and are mercy a means of free money, what are you going to do? Call the better business bureau? BBB is for here in the United States, YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WHATSOEVER TO RECOUP YOUR LOSSES ONCE THESE SCAM ARTIST GET YOUR CASH IN THEIR HANDS, LISTEN!... OR LEARN THE HARD WAY, have a great day everyone.
Ordered a vape pen kit that wasn't available to buy in the UK. Had no problems, decent price and good layout on the site. I opted to pay with paypal and used registered shipping. Item arrived in two weeks and well packed which I feel is very good for the price paid. Item is a genuine product, not fake.
I can only give it five stars, it was my first time ordering and was reluctant after reading the reviews here and trustpilot but everything was great and worth a go for some.

Fasttech customer service is good as long as its on their terms.
But when you really need them you get nothing.
I have a package lost since august 19 and its almost december.
Talked to the post office numerous times... the package is no longer in my country.
Lost my money and fasttech wouldnt refund.
It is so rare they will give you a refund.
They used to be better.
There are many other sources for goods... DONT order from them!
I ordered a 2ML 3 pack of replacement glass for my pharaoh mini RTA. I waited a month and when it finally arrived it was a 3pack of 5ML replacement glass! They will not refund because they said they sent me the right item even though I took pictures and measurements of them! Horrible customer service they can't even read inches or millimeters! In the pictures I show the order that says 2ML along with the measurements of a 2Ml and I show a measurement of the glass I received! Anyone can clearly tell that is NOT a 2ML replacement glass for a pharaoh mini rta!
I did not receive my order and they kept arguing with me. They refused to give me a refund. I had to report them to my credit card company as fraud. They are slow and just want to steal your money.
A friend of mine who orders vaping kits recommended Fasttech to me. Since he is a long time customer I tried to order my mobile phones through them, although a little bit more expensive than competition, I still tried and ordered in bulk to get discounts. My order reached $600 - it was a risk. Three weeks later, the parcels arrived. I was very happy to received my parcels. The customer service was great too, it was something I never expected from a Singapore-based company. Fasttech is highly recommended!

If you're weary, read the reviews. If you buy an item with 0 reviews, don't expect it to be the pinnacle of perfection. Bottom line, write reviews, it helps everybody's buying experience in the end
Fasttech is a SCAM.
Not right away. You'll probably have good experiences at first but it's just a matter of time when they will screw you over. No parcel, no refund. Avoid at all costs.

Fasttech are great. Customer service is spot on, they are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes things don't seem to be happening but as they are in China they observe different holidays then a lot of the rest of the world. Its easy enough to find out when or if they are closed, like Luna New year etc. Also buying anytime near Christmas in December is goinmg to take longer to arrive due to the amount of parcels being shipped around the world. Once an item reaches your country you can blame your own postal service not them.
I ordered 3 h/t radio batteries from them. Their website looks impressive and I got an order confirmation that day (4/2/19) and received a shipping confirmation the second day (4/3/19). So far, so good.
The order status never changed and the USPS tracking link said "awaiting package" for 2 weeks. Finally received the batteries on 4/18. Two weeks as "expedited shipping" is unacceptable. Tried to call their customer service number but was told to call back during normal business hours by a recording. (I called during their posted hours).
Definitely won't order from these guys ever again.
Having previously bought from FastTech, I felt confident in increasing my order. BIG MISTAKE. They sent me not only the wrong product but one which was pungent and metallic - UNUSABLE. After many emails, they continued to annoy me with emails saying that the case was closed, reopened, and closed. It was a massive mistake trusting this company, use them at your peril.
Don't buy a thing from there, they have the worst costumer service. I don't know how this site is keep on going, it's really shameful the way they treated me.

Answer: Yes. You can use as many gift certificates as needed to pay for an order. If you have problems with gift certificated you will need to put in a ticket thru Customer Support and they can sort it out.
