FASTTECH? - DO NOT BUT HERE!
On May 27th 2015 I ordered E Cig products from FastTech online web-store. I ordered through PayPal and paid a total of $26.40 USD. It is now June 27th and almost six weeks since I made my ordwer and paid FastTech via PayPal. I have not received my order and I will not ever buy from this scam business again. I have wrote to FastTech 3 times and as of today I have opened a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT BUT HERE

Shipping sucks

I ordered 2 Samsung 25R batteries on the 3rd of April. I contacted Fasttech through a ticket and they said this: Hi Jonathon McGregor,

Apr 4,2015 5:29AM PDT Electronic Notification Received
We send the package to them on 3-April-2015. The package is still in the DHL company from our side.
We will ask them what happened. If there is no update in 1 week, please write back to us.
Sorry for the waiting.

I contacted DHL yesterday, this is what they had to say: Good afternoon,

Thank you for contacting DHL eCommerce. I am sorry that you have not received your order. The company that you ordered from has not released the package to DHL. Contact the company and inform them that you have been in "Customer Alert Received" status since 4/4/15. If you track on our website http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com tracking number you will see the status of "Electronic Notification". The two terms mean the same thing.

Okay so now that I have this in the open, who is lying to me? I sent a request for a refund at 100% and not in store credit either since I will not be using their site again, and since I used paypal to complete this transaction I will dispute the charge and get my money returned... I am done with rip off artists. I work hard for what little money I have, $11 is cheap for 2 batteries so I guess I will have to go somewhere else for them. Thanks Fasttech for making my mind on ordering from you in the future!

Fasttech has an enormous selection of electronic goods and because they chose to build their warehouse in an area with an enormous amount of manufacturing, you can get some incredibly good deals. As long as you check the reviews, you will almost always be happy with your purchase. My only complaint is that all of those little items add up to a rather large sum when I go to check out.

Beware Fasttech

"They have breached their agreement. For months I get continuous apologies to extend the solution in time. In an order, they send a defective item to me, I returned it to them and has been a nightmare since that day. First day they tell me to ship a new item to me, another day they can't find te returned item, next day returned item has not been delivered to them, another day they will send to repair... From November 17,2014 until today March 1,2015.
They are not being honest, beware."

Misunderstanding or just lies?
I'm waiting from mid november without item or money refund.
Fasttech force myself to pay returned postage fee:
· I ordered an item that can't work properly.
· I should pay a high postage fee to return it.
· After 106 days, I haven't got nothing but as FT noticed "our staff has provided you a wrong information at the beginning and caused the misunderstanding".
Maybe Fasttech are look like other Chinese suppliers letting down Customer Service level.
Ticket is open from 14th November, so help about will be welcome, but is coming slowly."

Send me a product doest work, act like they dont know what a spring is. It cost me 2 weeks of my free time and only $5 and they offer me $3 for all that trouble.
They sell cheap products but they are very cheap as well

Buyer Beware

BEWARE of these guys. They advertise free shipping and sneak in a "priority to the US" charge that is more than the merchandise (I'm pretty sure that did not appear in the shopping cart). I cancelled the order immediately after placing it and could not get a refund. Apparently their default refund (not stated) is to issue a credit. I emailed them five times asking for a refund not a credit, and got the same stock email back in return. I disputed with Paypal, and they just failed to respond to Paypal. I don't think they are trying to be honest and fair merchants, but rather to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. NO customer service. Paypal should be ashamed for dealing with them.

I ordered some vaping mods. Too it took over a month to arrive. I ordered the Eleaf Istick clone called "Smart 20". Out of the box it did not charge. No matter what cable or charger it did not work. It looked and felt just like the Istick but inside it is just cheap board and battery. Garbage. Also I ordered the V-35 Vamo clone. Out of the box the firing pin was to big. I tried my Protank 3, my Nautilus, Mini Nautilus, iClear, etc... none worked. I changed pin with one I pulled from an old eGo and vamo! It worked. BUT! Now I find the variable wattage did not work. The display showed wattage change but output remained 35 watts. So if I set it to 7 watts I got 35. If I set it to 15 watts I got 35. Set it to 21 watts you get 35.35 watts on a 1.8 coils just burns juice and coil. I ruined 3 coils in 10 mins messing with it.
So of course I tried to contact customer service. It took five days for them to respond. They said I had to make a video and post it to YouTube before they give me a RMA!? WTF! I told them I wouldn't do that. You can't send a video directly to them. Probably because of Chinese gov't internet restriction. But what company does that anyway? When a customer has a broken device they should believe that customer. Anyway I gave up. By time anything gets resolved it will be months. Shipping each way is 4-6 weeks. I believe Fast Tech counts on that. I will use these item as parts. I will never order from Fast tech or China ever again. "

Stay away!

Stay away!
I decided to save a couple bucks and purchase a gift for my fiancee from this business. I knew I would have an extended wait period due to customs etc and I did not mind waiting a bit.
I never received a tracking number but my package did arrive rather quickly. 12 Days total
My fiancee was excited for his gift. What I purchased was the authentic itaste v. v 3.0. That was not what was in the package. We where "accidentally" shipped a taifun atomizer clone. He was still happy because it's something he could use on his mod. I was unhappy because its not what I ordered and the clone was worth less than what I paid for.
Here is where it gets messy, I e-mailed their customer service explaining what had happened, the atomizer cost less than the Itaste I had purchased and politely asked them to at the very minimum, credit my account back the difference.
Their first response to me they where apologetic and asked for pictures. Kind of a hassle for me but, at this point I was still understanding. I took the photos and sent them off.
Next they wanted me to ship the Taifun to Miami, Upon confirming they received it then they would ship what I originally ordered and they screwed up. Well... I told them no, that was way to much of a hassle I just wanted my money back for the difference. To make weeks worth of e-mails short I had to repeatably tell them to credit my account back, this took weeks!
They FINALLY sent me an e-mail saying they would credit my card the difference in a few hours. I've checked my bank account numerous times since then and I still have not received my difference, It's been two days and I'm still waiting.
In short I will NEVER EVER conduct any business though FASTTECH. They failed satandard customer service expectations. I hope my review helps you make an informed decision.
P.S. The Clone is defective and constantly leaks.

Cheap prices on bad quality items. They do not protect the consumer in any way and will offer you pennies on the dollar as a refund. Not much you can do at that point. Buy from eBay or Amazon if your going to buy from china, your at least protected from junk products with them.

Order placed on november the 21st, never received, fast tech killed my business, and when i will ask to refund my 600$, they will refund me 550 or 500 $ as usual,

I love this site for all my vaping needs & some electronics. The prices are great for someone on a budget but shipping from China can take a few weeks. Certain items can take longer. Also, customs can pull packages to further scan or even open. Our packages are being handled on their time, not ours or Fasttech's. I've had to deal with a return & they handled it excellently. The only downside was that communication took longer because I was replying to them while they were asleep & they were replying to me while I was asleep. A couple small items came in damaged so they refunded me or shipped a new one in my next order. I always read the reviews of products first because they're all made by different companies. Some are items that didn't pass QC so they're sold off cheaper. I haven't purchased any high end electronics from them though.

This people are a joke

This people are a joke. They send you used parts or really bad quality. No customer service. Dont burn your money. I order 3 products and all of them bad or no working conditions. The only email you will receive saying thet have six month warranty but that never happens, To bad cant report this clowns to BBB

Horrible to non-existent customer service. They sent me an item I didn't order and left out the one I did order. They were non responsive when I used their "ticket" system of contacting them. It took over 24hours to respond and when they did all they said is that they would "look into it". I contacted my credit card company and disputed that part of the bill that represented the item that was missing.

You can get some pretty good deals. The problem is they do not stock everything they are selling you i have purchased items from them before and after a month i received an email telling me they are having problems restocking but will ship my items out "as quickly as possible" are you kidding me after a month sending me that email is neither quick nor is it telling me that you appreciate me as a customer.

You can find some good deals on some things, but be careful. Some of their items are built to a lower quality standard for the Chinese market. Many people don't realize how this works.

I purchased a mountain bike headlight and a separate battery pack in fall 2013. I already had a charger and an all weather cover for a battery pack. Fasttech had a great price on the 3 Cree XM-L headlight I wanted without the pack and charger. My order shipped within a day, but got delayed in the postal system. When I contacted customer service I received and email within 12 hours explaining the delay had to do with packages needing to be x-rayed and a backlog due to an upcoming holiday. I was offered an apology for the delay and asked to contact fasttech if the order did not arrive with 10 working days of my email. It did arrive within those extra days and the light is amazing. The fasttech customer service was faster and more courteous then many american companies I deal with.

Great site for E cigarette stuff, ordered some "genuine" Kanger stuff and it had a authentication slip with ID number to check on Kanger site & it was genuine
Only downside to this site is UK postage takes about a month so think ahead!
