Watch out when placing orders with Fasttech. I recently placed an order for an item and was double billed. When I enquired what had happened the service desk agent said the problem was with my network, yeah right! I say again... watch out when ordering from Fasttech, better yet, avoid them all together!

Horrible service.

I ordered a replacement glass tank for a Taifun and when it arrived, more than six weeks later, it was broken. This was because, inexplicably, it hadn't been sent in hard packaging - just a jiffy bag. I demanded a refund - and FastTech refunded me the cost *minus* the cost of postage and packaging - something its customer service department said that it "cannot do". What an astonishing policy.

Shipping is horrible

I thought I would save a few bucks buying pet bottles from them but it took 26 days-17 business days to get the product which means after waiting a few weeks I paid the extra 2 bucks bought at Amazon and got it sooner. The package says airmail but I have never known a plane to take that long to travel from China to the US before

Keep in mind that this is not the first time that this happened to me, but Fasttech's competitors always had an outstanding customer service and we worked everything out.

Now with Fasttec's customer service experience I hit a new LOW... Long story short I ordered some items from them, the shipment left China for MXP on the 26th Nov 2017 and since then the shipment status has not changed whatsoever
"Status: 2017-11-26 17:18 Beijing, leaving Beijing to MXP"

Since I paid for an 7-12 days shipping I've contacted them in order to find out what's going on... and now they keep staling me telling me to wait 60 days for the order date because maybe the package will arrive, then they telling me that I need to wait 60 days form the moment that they sent an inquiry to the postal service, which will make me wait 4 damn month for a 50 euro package.

They know that you can't do anything, they don't care about bad reviews. Keep in mind that when and it will happen to you, you're basically F%&$%&$D

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Never have a problem

Have ordered quite a few things and always were delivered in great condition. I recently ordered 3 lots of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. Sent them quickly and got to Australia in record time. Very very happy with FastTech.My sister has started buying from them now.

In about 3 out of 4 orders I have to contact customer service and they just do not answer the question or act on the issue I have. I don't order from them anymore unless the product Im after is absolute nowhere else available.
They often use another sending method than the one I paid for, issues with products aren't solved and they often keep pushing back the date without notice, but when you send a complaint then all of a sudden they send it the next day. Not a fan, I prefer another China site.

Never Received item!

I ordered a spoiler for my vehicle through FastTech, and after waiting and waiting I never received my item. Support kept telling me that it was in US customs. Which in the first place I did not know I was going to have to wait for my package to ship from their main Hong Kong Chinese warehouse. I will be filing a complaint with my card company having to take extra steps to make sure I get my money returned. If they make good on this, I'll change the review. Until then, it will remain negative.

Do not recommend at all. They may be a few $ cheaper but you will definitely pay for it in other ways or in my case pay for nothing but headache and possible scam. Today is 11/16/17 and I placed the order on 10/17/17

Great price but...

I have been using this website for many 2+ years. Their price is great. However, lately, whatever they did is affecting their customers. You buy an item that shows in stock or ships next day and then you find out it has an ETA of 1+ week which might be extended to multi ETAs. Fasttech was never like this before.

WATCH OUT...

I ordered 5 x UB-20 Bose speaker mounting brackets. I was promised that the products will be shipped within 2 days. I chose expedited shipping and paid additional $12 for shipping so I could receive the speakers before my party. After 4 days when I contacted them and told them that I need them immediately, they asked for more money to send them via DHL. I paid additional $5 for DHL so I could get them within 5 days. 4 more days past and I contact them again. This time they said $5 is NOT enough and there was a mistake. They asked for $10 more for shipping. I refused to pay and cancelled the order and obviously did not get my speakers on time for the party:-(
A dishonest business with bad practice.

I always order my flashlight parts from FastTech, since they have a lot of stuff on stock, cheap and ship everything fast. Never had trouble with them, everything arrived neatly and on time. They even have a big ammount of nice quality spinners(I ordered a few I liked) and a huge selection of vaping equipment(my friend orders stuff for his mods here too). For DIY flashlight enthusiasts I always recommend FastTech as first choice.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered product on a Tuesday, expected ship Friday. Emailed Sunday why it wasn't shipping "waiting for customer response" Opened ticket since I DIDN'T GET NOTIFIED OF THIS. Didn't get response till FRIDAY morning (one week from the expected ship date) The shipping method i was given and selected won't work for that item, they want an additional $15 to ship item! They wont refund the shipping cost on an item that was never even shipped. :/ Horrible customer support, bad website that allows you to choose invalid shipping options, terrible communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

TERRIBLE experience

Ordered two of the same vaporizers from their website. They took 3 months to arrive which is ridiculous. When they finally arrived, they were BOTH defective, they would shut themselves off before they could get heat up at all. I asked FastTech (what a joke!) for my money back as still within 45 days of delivery. They told me they can't refund money if items have been used at all. How am I supposed to know they don't work without trying them first? I don't want replacements as i now know these things are clearly cheap junk and i have to pay for return shipping upfront which they say they will reimburse eventually, but I don't trust them. What are the odds that TWO vaporizers they sent me have the exact same defect? There must be thousands more with the same issue which this company is aware of and knowingly sends defective product to paying customers. Shocking! Avoid this company, FastTech or Cloud Commerce Systems LTD as they are also known at all costs. Such a hassle and dissatisfaction.

They sent me a defected vape, took a month to ship, made it hard to return, and when I did, they never contacted me for my refund... In the beginning, the trigger would activated itself when I leave it on the table unlocked and the final straw was when it burned me. The vape turned itself on, burned all the juice in the tank, and burned my leg. Its internal temperature was 200 degrees (f) which is stupid insane. They made me make a youtube video on its defect which you can find by searching up #c******* on youtube. Them stealing the defected vape wasn't even the worst part, it was when they asked if I could bring it to a vape shop and fix it, giving me 1/2 of my refund LMAO WHAT A LOAD OF BS. In the video, you can see that I brought it to my local vape shop and the vape was burning the worker as he was touching the battery cap. I will never make the mistake of saving a couple bucks and buying online. Its been 2 months since I made the video and sent back the vape via USPS priority mail so it should've arrived in 3 days max, and they have not reached out to me since, so I'll just deal with getting scammed and thank that it didn't blow up in my pocket. I've attached a photo of when it overheated on me and burned my leg.

Hi, be very careful. I have bought there Wireless Remote Control in this shop, but it doesn't work. After 6 month I still haven't any manual. I have learned that it was China product and only manual is in Chinese. But I am sure it´s fake.
They wouldn send me money back.

Mixed Bag

I've gotten some good stuff from here at amazing prices, but good bit of their stuff is crap. Shipping is a mixed bag, too. I've had stuff show up in a week and other things show up in 2 months. I never pay for the shipping, so it's all by the slowest method. As far as the their stuff, I've gotten cords that work for a week and then stop after minimal use, electronic gadgets that only do half of what is specified. But I've also gotten stuff that works great. The best advice when shopping is to read reviews, if they exist, but also take them at face value and realize than some are fake and Google the model numbers and see what others say. A lot of the quality issues aren't FastTech's fault, but the manufacturers. That's important to keep in mind because actually getting a refund is a nightmare. I've ordered a couple electronics that didn't work because they were low quality. They will not refund an order because the item doesn't so what it says or breaks quickly. They will replace it with another that still doesn't do what it's supposed to or exchange for another item and charge/refund the difference. (They do refund return shipping, which is nice.) And their default for refunds are gift cards and the last one they gave me expired in 90 days. You have to beg for an actual refund.
If you do decide to order from them, I wish you luck.
