Everything is fine until you realize that the product you bought from fasttech that you were bragging to everyone about especially your friend who has what you THOUGHT was an identical item until except yours cost a lot less from fasttech and then it stops working, that of course is if your lucky enough to receive an item from them that works in the first place. Then after learning a little about the defective item you realize that you might as well have flushed your money down the toilet by buying from fasttech you learn that yours isn't quite exactly like your friends device purchased from fasttech and that it is in fact a knock off which means its $#*! for those of you who aren't familiar with the phrase " knock off", steer clear my friends, starting and enduring a relationship with fassttech will take precious years off your life... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

So what can I say about fasttech? Do not buy! Why? Here are few reasons:

- they sell counterfeit products that don't work as intended
- shipments are lost on the way and you can forget about resend or refund. They need to contact shipping company and that takes some time. In my case over 2 months
- support is using generic text like "we are sorry", "we understand", "we are here to help" but it stays on words, no actions

I have been ordering from this company for 2 years now didn't have any problems until about a year ago and now it seems like every time I order something they get part or most the order wrong this last time I ordered 10 bags of cotton they sent one of the correct brand and 9 of the incorrect brand I also ordered nichrome wire and they sent me nickel and is now trying to tell me the de package changed and they sent what I ordered I looked at my order sheet it does specify nichrome and I looked at the why are they sent me and it clearly specifies it is nickel these people need to get their crap straight this is freaking ridiculous. Don't ever order from these people their waste of money and if they get your order wrong they keep your money until you too bad basically.

They took my damn money and even though i canceled my order, never refunded me. No coupon, no credit, no money back. Their phone number is a New York number but they are located in Hongkong? I tried calling and the number is out of service. I tried contacting them but no responce. This website is a FRAUD. A few of my friends ordered some things and three months later still havent reiceved anything. This website is TRASH please take it down dont order from it.

I purchased two E-leaf Basal Tanks advertised by Fast Tech as in stock. I checked and check and my items were not shipped. Nearly three weeks passed and I reached out. I was informed they never had the product they were advertising. In fact, I checked with the manufacturer and the item Basal Atomizer Tanks aren't even released or available. They have had my money for more than 3 weeks now after falsely advertising a product. This is theft and I strongly believe had I not contacted them, they would have intentionally kept my money. I still have not received a refund.

These guys will take your order and money up front but will never ship it. The site will say they are out of town for the holiday and post up late shipment on the tracking page of the online order. The order never gets full filled and the ETA date keeps getting pushed back all the time. You end up never getting the order. Dont let them get free money from you. Dont order no matter how cheap they post the item you want. The scam is that when you call your credit card company to say you never got the order the CC company will refund you but the fake online site that scammed you of your order will get to keep the funds. CC companies will usually just chalk it up to another complaint and just take the hit. Mean while the scammer gets to keep your money. Each CC company policy has a hidden amount they will just let slip by. So the scammer keeps it up cause after a few hundred of these they rack up free cash.
