This is such a bull$#*! website, it takes a month to ship the product after making payment (btw they are super quick in getting your money from you), after shipping it takes 2.5 months for the product to arrive. To make matter worst the products are defective so you have to send it back and get replacement so another 3 months ( iknow you will be laughing by know) SO to sum it up it takes o6 months to just get a single product. SCAM, RIPOFF

I don't know what so many people are doing wrong or why they are complaining about FastTech. I've been ordering from them for 4+ years now, lots on e-cig stuff, coils, mods,... Never had a problem. Sure, it takes a while. Some items are in stock and are shipping within a day or two, others you'll have to wait until they get them and ship. When I order, I know I won't get my items for anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. If the item is in stock, I usually get them in 2 weeks, batteries take longer. Never had an item not delivered or held back by customs.

I bought an item from them, they gave me an shipping date, didn't ship for 20 days after. Customer support usually takes about 3 days but they can't really do anything.

I recieved my item after 50+ days and they didn't respect my order note (even to I asked them to confirm it) wrap as a gift and such.

Pretty much I'd suggest if you're looking for a honest website and seller this isn't the place, they're not going to help you with anything, only care about money and even if you give them money they will give you a bad service.
Summary: You'll always get disappointed and lied.

I waited 24 days for my order to be in stock then after 25 days the delivery date changed to re-stocking with no ETA another 10 days later still no ETA or explanation from Slowtech do not buy from these dodgy pricks they are a joke of a company

It took them 23 Days to notify me that the item was out of stock. That is beyond stupid. You should avoid this company since they sell you only stuff what they buy from other companies so they don't even know what they have in stock or what not.

I thought I had ordered my items with plenty of lee time, knowing that they were coming from China. However, after two months, only 1/3 of the items have been received. The rest are still not received and the event I need them for is this week. I've tried several times to cancel the shipment and receive a refund, but am not receiving any reply. I would also like to return the items that I did receive, but also not receiving a reply with an RMA or return address. Try to find another supplier. The aggravation is simply NOT worth it!

Ships in 3 days. Hah!

Placed an order Apr. 04. Product was to ship in 3 days. 4 days later product was not shipped and eta was changed to 5 days later. Every time it got close to eta it was changed to a new eta another 5 days later. It is now Apr. 29 and the newest eta is May 02.
Customer service keeps saying it's a problem with supplier or manufacturer production problems. Since I ordered from Fasttech I have noticed at least 4 other sites have run out of stock of this item and gotten new stock in. Fasttech still blames manufacturer production problems.

This is the 4th order I placed with them. And I should have gone back and see if I had trouble before. Well that's on me it always took three months to get my order. So I guess I will have my stuff in two more months yaaay! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have purchased items two times before from this company and had no problems. Unfortunately this time is different. They shipped my order on March 13th going to Florida. When it got to Florida it seems to have disappeared. I put in a ticket and sent emails, but it is like talking to the wall. When you need assistance they go to the tracking information and they read you what it says. I cannot get them to understand that the package is lost so I'm going to have to now put in a dispute with PayPal. This will be the last time I order anything from this company. It is now March 30th and no one seems to know where my package is. Spare yourself a lot of grief and only order items from people you can communicate with.

... I'd be a much happier chap!
I don't mind copies of products, but when it comes to fraudulently branded copies, I'm out! Especially when the product pictures on the web-site show the product without the branding! That's deception befrore fraud!
It's sad, because everything else at Fasttech is brilliant! Good quality, fast handling & shipping and a very good customer service!

I ordered first time vapor stuff at Fasttech. And I think there are other stores that are much quicker in delivery. It took a Long time until items were shipped out, then they split shipment, and a longer time until they arrived but the Clearomizer clones I ordered did what it is made for... Clouds. During the time one order(shipment1) from Fasttech arrived 4 others from similar onlineshops arrived. At the Moment I´m waiting for an order(shipment2) from 25. 1. 17 In the future I will order at some other Shops because it takes too Long till the items arrive. But the products are working...

Don't order because you will not get anything. SCAM They fail to ship blame the shipping company USPS insist that you pay through PayPal and then they say they don't have half of your order, (backorder) then cancel your order after they tell you it was shipped? Never heard so much BS in my life... I just received another notice that they cancelled the back order. Good luck getting your money back from PayPal another bunch of crooks there. Sending in a BBB complaint on them here in the US.

I had over 20orders and spent around 400$ on this site and everything arrived. One item was defected and they professionally replaced it and paid for the shipping. Absolutely recommend this website!

You'd think with sooo many companies out there for products and review sites like this, that companies would treat customers fairly and honestly.

I foolishly bought a flashlight from FastTech that they said and it's printed on it that it's an UltraFire, a very good name in flashlights.

When I got it, the performance was pitiful compared to even free flashlights I get from harbor freight. I tell them I want to return it. They want me to post a video of why I don't like it. I told them about the poor construction and poor performance in a message. But they want a video. Sorry, I can't make a decent video on my phone & get it onto youtube. How many hoops do you have to jump through to return an illegal counterfeit item that cost $6?

I sent pictures to Ultrafire and they confirmed that it is not their product. They will be adding FastTech to their list of websites selling counterfeit products.

And I am filing a dispute with Paypal. What a waste of time for such a crap product and company.

There's loads of legitimate companies to buy from. Stay away from FastTech

Order placed December 22,2016. Shipping via Singapore Post who claims package arrived in Canada on Feb 9 but there is no trace of this package at Canada Post (one of the most efficient postal systems in the world). Package has evidently been lost but Fasttech will not reimburse me even after an exchange of some 15 emails. The only thing that Fasttech customer service reps can do is repeat the same stupidities concerning their stinking shipping policies (up to 60 days to investigate the loss of a package) My order cost less than 16$US. Dealing with me by email has cost them way more and my reviews of them will cost the even more. This company and its employees live in the clouds. They will likely fail and go out of business for failing to respond positively to their clients

I ordered replacement coils on 9-24-2016 and order did not come on the delivery date they gave me. I emailed and they emailed back stating it was back-ordered and if I wasn't happy then I could cancel so I immediately emailed back stating to cancel asap. They did NOT cancel my order and went ahead and mailed the items. I immediately sent them back to FastTech and here it is January 27,2017 and NO REFUND. This was FastTech's mistake so SEND MY MONEY BACK TO ME NOW!
