If the Quality of the Gillette Fusion Proglide Power Refill Razor (8-Piece Pack) that I purchased from Fasttech is an indication of the quality of their products I would not touch them with a barge pole and a very long one at that.
I placed an order on 1/8/16. They continue to goof around and say that they are waiting on one of the 2 items I ordered. I finally told them to cancel the item that they kept saying that they would have in 24 hours, 24 hours and so on. They then said that they shipped the other item on 2/2/16. I asked for the tracking number. They did not provide one until 2/27 which is the day they printed the label and it shipped on 2/29. I asked about my refund for the cancelled item. They told me that they would refund the $73 when I closed my PayPal claim. I did close which was a big mistake. Now they are saying that I am basically screwed, and to top it off they will not refund my $73. Today is March 4th and the item they shipped on 2/29 which I ordered on 1/8/16 still shows that it is somewhere in Hong Kong. I asked for a RA because when I receive this item in sometime in April, I am returning it for a refund. Noting that they did not refund my $73, I may have better luck selling this item. I spent over $500 with this company and got screwed.
I do not want this to happen to any other vapors out there, stay away from Fasttech. They are crooks. Go to ANGELCIGS which ships from the good old USA.

Waiting almost a month for delivery of a small item that could fit in a mailing envelope. Emailed them twice with questions on when my order was going to leave the China sort facility, as they show the item as shipped, and have yet to get a reply. My quess is that I will never see it. Spend the extra couple of bucks and buy in the USA.
"If you order from these guys do not bother paying for tracking, your package will take more than double the amount of time to reach you. Packages without tracking get routed faster.
I paid for tracking on 3 orders, but my local postal service does not track the package and the postal service Fastech sends with does not provide detailed tracking information. Only Fastech can contact their postal service to open an inquiry to track the package overseas but they will not do this for you.
Tracking service from postal service is usless, a waste of money, and will only cause your order to take much longer to arrive but Fasttech does not inform you the buyer of this.

While they have a great selection of vape items, some are clones. Average delivery time to Canada was about 3 weeks.
Pray that you never have an issue with your order as their customer service is lacking or non-existent. They will make you jump through hoops and then leave you with a "it'll take us 2 months to verify your package is lost" BS. They are not accountable for the products they sell. If you can find your stuff elsewhere, i would suggest it.
I heard it is a great cite to order from just the shipping takes a while. But I ordered a velocity RDA and they sent me confirmation emails then they sent me an email that said for me to send a picture of te front of my credit card and I feel weird about that has this happened to anyone? Or Is it safe to do so?
Fasttech has a wide array of goods available, Flashlights, DIY Flashlight parts, electronics, gadgets, knives, and even vape parts and accessories. Truly an impressive selection. And prices are one of the lowest ones.
Unfortunately, the shipping of knives is very limited (there are currently no available carrier to ship knives to Singapore on Fasttech although other websites can ship knives here just fine on the same carriers, I wonder why...).
So far I have made one transaction on Fasttech, a Tank007 E09 LED Flashlight. Shipped within 2 days, and arrived within 14 days of ordering in good condition. So far, so good.
Ordered 2 clones, which took ages to arrive! Found one works, and others display doesnt work, fasttech have offered an $8 credit and said keep the duff battery, how am i supposed to see what power im using fasttech? You just lost a regular customer!
Fasttech shame on U! Are they in the Vaping business because it's an upcoming booming business, or are they genuinely interested in the importance of Vaping in this society. The last order of Vape coils, I placed with them, caused my throat to burn, stratch, and deliver a harsh pull. Their final response was they could refund me $4.00 of a $28.83 order. I use two type of coils, I ordered three boxes of each type, but only opened one box of each, leaving a total of four boxes unopened with seals still intact. I wanted to return the unopened packages because I wasn't sure if the four unopened packages came from the same batch as the two damaged packs. Coils burning my throat is a serious matter! And, it should be treated as such! This whole area of alternative smoking products is relatively new and should, therefore, be treated as an entity that will contribute to its popularity, instead of giving it a bad name. I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF! And, it makes me think I will go to support local businesses because some of these online companies are just in it for the money. Their prices may be low but if they don't care about the quality of their product then I know they don't give a darn about me!
CHEAP PRODUCTS, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and if u make the mistake i did and place an order, DO NOT EXPECT IT ONTIME! They told me 10-15 working days today is day 28 STILL NO PACKAGE. AVOID FASTTECH.
"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is the dodgiest company I have ever had dealings with. I bought what was advertised to be a 2200mAh Eleaf istick. It took almost 2 months to arrive, and broke after one month of use. I spent 3 months arguing with fasttech customer support to get a refund/replacement and the best they would do was a $5 refund. When I opened up the unit to see what was wrong I found a 1600mAh battery inside which was obviously of very poor quality because it had corroded and leaked.
SELLS DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND THEY EXPECT BUYER TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING INSTEAD OF SENDING RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. VERY VERY SLOW SHIPPING FROM HONG KONG WHICH THEY DO NOT MENTION. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY SHADY FIRM
I have been buying 3-4 orders per month for a year now and while shipping is slow (stuff is coming from China) it is normally within listed estimates so pay attention to times given.
The item reviews seem to be fair with positive and negative one going up for items which is something some other sites don't do.
The best thing i have found with this site is the Forum where buyer will tell you straight about the good the bad and the ugly
If you follow safe buying rules (eg Paypal) order over $20 at a time (free tracked shipping) and you check with the Forum what to buy and what is normal, then you have little to worry about and good bargains to be had
Final note:- You will find this a site heavily geared to Vapers and people wanting to quit smoking but there is a mass of other stuff so take an informed look would be my advice
This is my 2nd purchase from Fasttech. I live in the USA. 1st purchase was great, 2nd was missing items. Filled a ticket through support." fast response. "They said my weight was correct per my ticket. I am still missing a not much value item. So buyer beware.
I tried to shop here and that was first and last time I did. I was waiting for 3 weeks to get information that my stuff need to be restock. What a joke. I assume, they don't hold any inventory, so costumers must wait till they get the stuff from somewhere else to be able to ship it to you. Great idea for a business, but do really costumers want to wait a few weeks for their merchandise. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
When it works it works but more often then not it's going to be up to a month before your IN STOCK items ship and another 3 weeks in transit. If you receive a faulty item they will always try and buy you off with a 3 dollar store credit to keep the item and go away. That means if your item costs 75 dollars and does not work here's 3 dollars for you to shut up and keep it. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Their customer service reps barely speak or understand english and after waiting 3 days after putting in a ticket you will get canned reply's to drag the problem out. If you paid by Paypal they will always try to drag you past the date you can file a claim and recoup your funds. If you never receive your product ( happened once to me) expect a 4 month wait to be sent a replacement or refund. What ever their listed ship out times are for items DOUBLE THEM. If the item says 7 days it will be 14 WORKING days. After Chinese new year 2015 this company went into the toilet with their customer service and sell mainly badly made knock off now. Spend the extra 5 bucks and by a better clone anywhere but there.
I've made 4 separate orders from fasttech. I am very happy with them. They will say on the listing if anything is authentic. So if it doesn't say "authentic" it's a clone at a cheaper price. If you don't mind waiting 2 weeks plus for delivery, they are great.
FasTTech is selling E-cigarette (Vaping) Coils as AUTHENTIC when they are not. If you buy a Coil from a page that says "Atlantis V2 Coils" you would expect to get Atlantis V2 Coils, NOT CLONES! No where in Their website does it give instruction on how they Title a Product, that is a clone or an authentic product! They just expect you to know the game they play! Then they deduct 50% off the amount you PAID for your order for returning Coils you were Lead to Believe That They Were Actually Aspire Atlantis V2 Replacement Coils, that were fakes!
How do you justify taking 50% away from the amount you were supposed to give a customer back for returning an order, just because they got trapped in their little game of what is a Real Product and what is Not a Real Product (Clone)?!
I paid $20.91 for my order and was only going to be refunded. $12.00! I got very upset and after Days of arguing that said that they would only take it $5.00 which is what they said was their actual shipping costs. Then I got told that the shipping was really $7.49 and that is what they take out of what they owe you if you ship an order back to them "when it is YOUR Fault" that you didn't know how to play the Authentic game!

Answer: Yes. You can use as many gift certificates as needed to pay for an order. If you have problems with gift certificated you will need to put in a ticket thru Customer Support and they can sort it out.
