Have ordered fruit trees previously and very pleased with the way they arrived. However the last order of two butterfly bushes and 3 citronella plants arrived in very bad shape. Wilted and many brown/dead leaves. Have planted them and will see if they survive. Not the best experience and not the quality I expected.

We were very pleased with the size of the trees. They were very well packaged and shipped. They also appear to be healthy.

Order was processed accurately, associate was diligent and nice, tree arrived in great shape. It's thriving.

The size of the tree was not what was represented on the website. It was much smaller for the price I paid.

Ordered two dog wood trees and fertilizer, all packed together with a single box (with a free small Japanese maple tree). Box was left at my mailbox area at the street instead of delivered to my front door. Both trees did not look healthy. Planned for two weeks now, watered every day. 1 tree and the free maple tree don't seems to make it. Should of order from Amazon or Costco which is much cheaper and better.

Box arrived with the pot on its side. Planted the next day and watered but they are not looking good. One already died.

I bought 5 peach trees, 3 different varieties. Of the 5, only 1 had roots. Regardless, I planted the small root stumps the very next day I got them. It's only been about 2 weeks and most of the branch ends are dark brown. I'm not optimistic about these growing. I failed to look up the warranty before I purchased, so when I did, big surprise. They don't really have a warranty. It may be too early to write a review, but it was requested from the company. I hope I haven't made a $650 mistake. I guess time will tell.

I ordered fruit cocktail tree, 4 in 1 pear tree, japanese maple tree and pink dogwood tree. Three of them came in one big box and the other tree came in another box. I wasnt informed that there were 2 box. I got one tracking number so when the box was delivered I had to call their customer service due to one missing item. The customer service lady I talked to was very helpful and told me that there, another box coming. They also replaced the tree with broken branches. Overall a good experience

Ordering experience was excellent. Discussed the Japanese red maples that would thrive in Texas. Received detailed information as to which one would grow here. The tree arrived in a timely manner, well packaged with planting instructions. The tree is still alive and seems to be doing well. Very well satisfied.

I tried to buy a lemon tree. I was charged. And the order was confirmed. Then told after a few days that you could not ship to CA. This should be caught at the order level rather than keep my money for weeks…

My wisteria even had a bloom on both plants! I have them in the ground now, not much growth or change YET! I am sure they will be soon!

So fine, here's a review. I bought from them and now they're constantly bothering my email.

Easy to use website with plenty of information on each product. Items arrived promptly and transplanted easily. After 3 weeks items still look good.

The shipment was received terribly damaged. The was no protective packing materials inside the carton. The Plants and their containers were crushed and upside down. Although I sent pictures and emails it took 3 weeks for the company to even acknowledge or respond to me. Soil was spilled out of the bags. Terrible customer service. Inept shipping department. We threw way 3 plants and the others all had most of their leaves broken off inside the master carton.

Our first order was two Lapins Cherry trees and the second Hosui Asian Pear tree and a Harvester Peach tree. Shipping delay on the second order, but after planting they seem to be adjusting well. However, one of the cherry trees lost all leaves and does not look healthy at all and the other doing great. Will be following up on the one tree.

Read all the glowing recommendations and thought I'd give them a try by ordering 8 rose bushes.

The way the bushes were loaded with 2 per box (what may have been secured during initial packaging) with the plants facing each other is a bad idea. They really should have put some plastic dome over each bush. During transport and handling the plastic pots came unsecured and crushed/broke almost all of the rose bush stems (all 8 suffered damage).

Fortunately, they had good roots and enough unbroken smaller branches, that when planted and watered well, seem to be coming back with good growth.

Really need to look into something like a plastic dome cover on each base and better "fragile/handle with care" signage on outside of card board packaging.

I expected a more filled out pear and lemon tree, but the pear tree was just a stick with a few leaves on it and the patio lemon tree was very small with 3 tiny green lemons on it.

I made simultaneous large purchases from FastGrowingTrees.com and TheTreeCenter.com. Many items from FGT arrived damaged, lots of broken branches, and just overall looking sickly, while all items I got from TTC looked amazing and well packaged with very minimal leaf loss or branch damage.

The product arrived on time, but the product was nothing like what you view in the adds. The trees are more like wild weeds they dug out the field and shipped. One of the trees still don't have any buds or leaf's.

I ordered three blueberry plants and some solid and root growth and when my package arrived I had four packages of the root growth stuff only two packages of organic soil and a Bob Ross planter no blueberry plants which struck me as odd I called right away and two weeks later I got three blueberry plants not sure why the invoice said I should have gotten them but we're not in the package so my feeling is I am not happy with how your shipping works and my not buy again...
