The shipment was received terribly damaged. The was no protective packing materials inside the carton. The Plants and their containers were crushed and upside down. Although I sent pictures and emails it took 3 weeks for the company to even acknowledge or respond to me. Soil was spilled out of the bags. Terrible customer service. Inept shipping department. We threw way 3 plants and the others all had most of their leaves broken off inside the master carton.
Our first order was two Lapins Cherry trees and the second Hosui Asian Pear tree and a Harvester Peach tree. Shipping delay on the second order, but after planting they seem to be adjusting well. However, one of the cherry trees lost all leaves and does not look healthy at all and the other doing great. Will be following up on the one tree.
Read all the glowing recommendations and thought I'd give them a try by ordering 8 rose bushes.
The way the bushes were loaded with 2 per box (what may have been secured during initial packaging) with the plants facing each other is a bad idea. They really should have put some plastic dome over each bush. During transport and handling the plastic pots came unsecured and crushed/broke almost all of the rose bush stems (all 8 suffered damage).
Fortunately, they had good roots and enough unbroken smaller branches, that when planted and watered well, seem to be coming back with good growth.
Really need to look into something like a plastic dome cover on each base and better "fragile/handle with care" signage on outside of card board packaging.

I expected a more filled out pear and lemon tree, but the pear tree was just a stick with a few leaves on it and the patio lemon tree was very small with 3 tiny green lemons on it.
I made simultaneous large purchases from FastGrowingTrees.com and TheTreeCenter.com. Many items from FGT arrived damaged, lots of broken branches, and just overall looking sickly, while all items I got from TTC looked amazing and well packaged with very minimal leaf loss or branch damage.

The product arrived on time, but the product was nothing like what you view in the adds. The trees are more like wild weeds they dug out the field and shipped. One of the trees still don't have any buds or leaf's.

I ordered three blueberry plants and some solid and root growth and when my package arrived I had four packages of the root growth stuff only two packages of organic soil and a Bob Ross planter no blueberry plants which struck me as odd I called right away and two weeks later I got three blueberry plants not sure why the invoice said I should have gotten them but we're not in the package so my feeling is I am not happy with how your shipping works and my not buy again...

I ordered to Areca palms for our office, from the online description it seemed they would do well in an indoor setting with minimal, but not direct light from a nearby window. After a week the palms began yellowing and leaving turning brown and crumpling. I called customer service and they were very helpful and kind and they made some suggestions of things to try. So we will see if they work and if I am able to get a refund if need be after the 30 days like they said I could.
Endless spam. I was happy I found trees I wanted, but a month later I regret I bought anything from this company. They are like crying babies, take way too much of my attention with their endless spam.

The three blackberries are doing good and the two hanging baskets of strawberries are doing well, but the apricot tree is not. All the leaves have fallen off and nothing has grown since the tree seems to be alive still but not sure, it has been over a month now and she just sits there like she can't make up her mind if she is alive or dead.

Ordered 3 trees, all arrived in soil wrapped in a burlap sack, soil was loose in all sacks. One tree in fair condition and looks like it may make it, one is struggling with only a few leaves left on it, and one looks like it has died, but I have not give up on it yet. Spent good money hoping I could get some good trees that would plant and catch good.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
