VERY fast shipping. Plants arrived in great condition. Will definitely order from them again!
My original order was delivered almost dead. But, I called customer service and they replaced my palm with a new one and I couldn't be happier.
The plants arrived in shambles. Dumped out inside the boxes. The tree trunk (questionable term there) was snapped in half inside its box. This was mainly due to lousy packing (IMO). The plants I wasn't too concerned about but the tree was a different matter. HOWEVER... I emailed customer support with pictures and they replaced the tree immediately. Everything is planted now and seems to be doing fine. I would still recommend FastGrowingTrees because their customer service is top notch.
I followed the instructions to the letter, watered every day & it is already dying!
The bent branches are not recovering and the mail middle branch is bent and the tree is not going straight up with the main one broken and secondary bent.

I ordered three shrubs and a small tree that arrived in less than stellar condition. The hydrangeas had all come out of their containers and the soil was everywhere. Two of the three have come back but the third lost all of it's leaves due to breakage during shipping. The tree's central leader had been folded down and broken to fit in the box. However, I emailed customer service and they promptly sent out a new tree that arrived in great condition and told me that if the hydrangeas did not come back within 30 days that they would replace them as well. So even though it was a rough start I am pleased with the service.
Online buying was easy but the shipping took over a week and the plants were in very rough shape and trying to keep them alive right now. Wont buy again from them - spent too much money for poor quality once delivered.
Very misleading advertising! Showed a nice size tree and shipped a small plant. I sent it back! This company literally wants at least three times the price of anyone else for comparable product!... NO THANKS! Will not be shopping here!

I look around at other vendors for the Peaclillies and I found them here and was pleased with whole process easy convenient..
Plants were abused, one plant was barley attached to the roots. Not sure either one will survive.

Shopping and delivery was ok. Size of the plants are barely within minimum size advertised. They are so fragile and came all loose in the pots and box. The tree sent as a gift had the top and only branch broken so I doubt it will survive.

Very skinny little trees, since purchasing my trees I've now found them at places that were the same price or lower and the tree was bigger. Both of mine have taken well which I'm grateful for and read is already beginning to show on the leaves however it's going to be a long time growing.
This tree came in perfectly packaged and very quickly, Extremely healthy looking, we planted it and it looks wonderful, I highly recommend getting your next tree from here
Trees arrived well packaged. One Tree had very dried leaves on it. Other trees had moisture retaining material at root ball. Trees were just the right size & I look forward to watching them grow.
I ordered a Slender Hinoki Cypress, I was told it would ship in 1-2 days. I waited and waited, and never received tracking information. So I called... and I'm told it will ship either "today or tomorrow" I wait another 4 days. No shipping information. I call again, I'm told the same thing. "Today or tomorrow"... I never got tracking information. I reached out twice via email inquiry, only to be told the same thing. Finally, with no warning after waiting over 2 weeks, I get an email saying I will be refunded. Unbelievable waste of time. I got the tree from Lowe's the next day. No hassle. And I finally got my tree.

The rose tree arrived in Perfect shape. It started producing beautiful roses in 2 weeks after it was planted.
Never purchased a planting online always stopped at a nursery and picked out what I wanted. This website had a great selection, was easy to find what I needed, placed the order and delivery was quick. The packaging showed great care to make sure that my little tree would get to me safely. Thank you

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
