The trees I have ordered have always been nice and healthy. They come nicely packed and ready to plant.

I bought trees. They arrived in good shape. They are still alive. They are growing.

This anniversary gift was not delivered to recipients. They found it down the road at the end of neighbor's driveway smashed and withered. FedEx guy should be reprimanded and I should be reimbursed.

Plants were very damaged, one of them was a lavender plant and it died on the 3rd day after delivered

Customer service was very responsive when I called. I had ordered the wrong trees, and they helped me return the trees and the refund was quick. Talking to a person about my problem was fantastic. Thank you.

I have emailed 3 times in regards to the two dead trees I received. Still no response.

Instead of one nice fig tree I received three small trees grown together into one pot. Now I have three small pots with three small plants. I'm sure they will be OK but not what I expected. It looks more like a bush instead of a tree. I also bought a Meyer Lemon tree that is doing great!

I got the tree... I follow all the instructions... nothing the piece of these don't do nothing..

Fast growing honored our request for replacements of some damaged trees. They did it quickly and the replacements came in quickly and in much better shape.

I ordered two hardy kiwis; they arrived on time, were carefully packaged and in good condition. I planted them right away, and now after being in the ground for 2-3 weeks, they are so far very healthy and show lots of new growth. Very happy so far!

The trees I received are very small, not as described. Unsurprisingly, the tiny trees are not thriving and don't seem capable of growing outside at this size.

Few plants came root damaged and/or dead... sent email with photos but no reply.

Both of the trees arrived with no leaves on them, I planted them right away following instructions however its been weeks and neither of them has grown a single leaf.

Ordered a Queen Palm for my son inlaw in Iowa. It showed up on his door step on time and in perfect condition. He was ecstatic to have a piece of Florida at his home.

I purchased a superior plum tree that isn't going to make it. Every branch was pruned, the roots were trimmed, all the leaves brown around the edges with some branches looking dark and dead. I planted it anyway and I'm hoping to see some improvement prior to the warranty period ending. The tree was $139.95 on fastgrowingtrees.com. I found the same size superior plum tree locally for $69.99 and it's thriving, flowering, and looking great. I also purchased a north star cherry tree. The cherry tree is small, but doing well and looks like it produce fruit the first year. Overall my order wasn't a total bust, but I would only use them again for something I can't find locally. They are very overpriced, and the "free shipping" is absorbed into the extra cost of the tree. I still had to pay an oversized shipping fee around $8 with the "free shipping"

Sadly the web site looked reputable. I was looking for white azaleas and the pictures looked great.
