The trees I have ordered have always been nice and healthy. They come nicely packed and ready to plant.

I ordered two hardy kiwis; they arrived on time, were carefully packaged and in good condition. I planted them right away, and now after being in the ground for 2-3 weeks, they are so far very healthy and show lots of new growth. Very happy so far!
The trees I received are very small, not as described. Unsurprisingly, the tiny trees are not thriving and don't seem capable of growing outside at this size.
Few plants came root damaged and/or dead... sent email with photos but no reply.
Both of the trees arrived with no leaves on them, I planted them right away following instructions however its been weeks and neither of them has grown a single leaf.

I purchased a superior plum tree that isn't going to make it. Every branch was pruned, the roots were trimmed, all the leaves brown around the edges with some branches looking dark and dead. I planted it anyway and I'm hoping to see some improvement prior to the warranty period ending. The tree was $139.95 on fastgrowingtrees.com. I found the same size superior plum tree locally for $69.99 and it's thriving, flowering, and looking great. I also purchased a north star cherry tree. The cherry tree is small, but doing well and looks like it produce fruit the first year. Overall my order wasn't a total bust, but I would only use them again for something I can't find locally. They are very overpriced, and the "free shipping" is absorbed into the extra cost of the tree. I still had to pay an oversized shipping fee around $8 with the "free shipping"
Sadly the web site looked reputable. I was looking for white azaleas and the pictures looked great.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
