The recipient loved the indoor potted tree! She bought a decorative pot to replant it in and now it's on her porch

Purchased 2trees at once.
One is outstanding healthy tree but the other one is about to die soon after received.
Customer service responded back to me in timely manner but it was enough to show they exist, not exactly helped by looking at pictures we provided.

Called fast growing trees and told I would be called back. Never got that call.

Great product, great service, easy delivery, excellent communication. What more could you ask for!

Hi I ordered a dogwood tree and it arrived dead with crispy leaves. I filed a complaint and sent pictures of the tree and have heard nothing back except more marketing emails and emails asking to rate my service which was clearly disappointing.

Some plants arrived damaged but replacement stock of higher quality was shipped right away.

The packaging could be better as the plants were somewhat damaged in transit, however the are thriving since planted.

Bought Blue Wonder Spruce Trees. They arrived in healthy condition several weeks ago and currently have new growth at the tips.

Trees were good quality, a little smaller than what I had hoped for, but shipping could improve.
The boxes tell the shipper to keep the box in a certain direction, but there's so much other writing on the box it's hard to see. My plants were a little damaged because they propped the box up in the wrong direction, but FGT was good about responding to my concern and offered replacements if needed. So far, after re-potting one, they are thriving and I haven't had to file a claim.

On the third try the plants finally arrived in good shape and will not have to be replaced. The coast to coast shipment is hard for them but finny it worked with improved packaging. Though it was somewhat frustrating, the service and client attention was extraordinary. They did everything necessary to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent and responsible service.

Arrived looking great. Great packing job. Planted it the next day according to directions and now, just a few weeks later it's perky and growing. Great service.

Last year I purchased a Crimson Maple and although it doesn't appear dead it has no leaves and has not thrived. I'm disappointed because the 2 Cleveland Pears I purchased at the same time are doing very well.

I was very impressed with the website and the information on it. I bought 10 cypress trees which arrived in great condition and I really appreciated all the info included with them! I will be buying more from FastGrowingTrees.com. :)

I got the the plant about one week after the purchase. The plant arrived with broken trunk and it is dying now..

When I called the person Who assisted me with my purchase she was So Friendly, Professional, and patient. She helped me decide what size I would need for the area I wanted to add more privacy to my back yard. Unfortunately I do not remember her name

Limequat tree had thorns and was not told that at purchase. Not in description. Want it for patio and indoors but thorns are not good. Not happy. With that costly mistake. Spoke to company and it was stated after looking it up that could happen.

Overall good experience. Ordered over the phone. The person I spoke with was very helpful.

The tree sat at FedEx for an extra day so when it arrived the leaves were all dying. We have planted the tree and my wife says it's in shock and will recover. BAll leaves are brown and falling off.

All trees came alive but weak. Dont buy anything bare roots.
