One of the 2 trees we ordered came damaged. It appears that the delivery company did not follow the instructions to lay the box flat and stood the box on it end. Sent Fast Growing Trees photos of the damaged tree and box. They quickly reviewed the information and sent out a replacement. We are very pleased with their service and will be shopping there again.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box with the 2 Blazing Red Maple Trees, both of the trees were clipped at the top not with cutters, but looked like they were twisted and ripped in order to fit the size of the box before shipping.

Shipped quickly, the tree and tree rose were beaten up during the process, but they both quickly perked up after planting.

First order of 10 trees were very dry and somewhat pale green compared the the 2nd order of 5 which appeared much more healthy and deeper green though extremely dry. A few of the first batch are struggling and turning brown. 2nd order seems to be adapting well. Also bought a dwarf banana tree that is starting to come to life. Wrote this review because I was hounded by emails asking for it.

Realizing the shock sometimes when a plant is received and potted that there may be some leaf loss, I am positively thinking that new leaves will appear in time... so, remaining hopeful

2nd (replacement) shipment never arrived because the local FedEx warehouse would not deliver because the container was damaged.

Was surprised at how much smaller this plant was than the picture. Also bought two other plants from another retailer (much less expensive) around the same time-both are thriving this one looks not very healthy. Disappointed.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
