One of the 2 trees we ordered came damaged. It appears that the delivery company did not follow the instructions to lay the box flat and stood the box on it end. Sent Fast Growing Trees photos of the damaged tree and box. They quickly reviewed the information and sent out a replacement. We are very pleased with their service and will be shopping there again.

Very healthy products, but need to offer sales tax exemptions for farms and retail businesses.

The shipped trees were way smaller than I thought despite paying for extra for oversize. I planted them as soon as i got them and both trees died 2 days later.

Very pleased with my purchase of 2 Burning Bush Trees. They were packaged perfectly and arrived in great condition. Looking forward to watching them grow.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good shape. I couldn't find the shrubs I wanted around us, so I found them online here. Will order from here again! So easy!

Shipped quickly, the tree and tree rose were beaten up during the process, but they both quickly perked up after planting.

Very satisfied but wish the factory didn't trim so much off for shipping, more would have fit in the box

First order of 10 trees were very dry and somewhat pale green compared the the 2nd order of 5 which appeared much more healthy and deeper green though extremely dry. A few of the first batch are struggling and turning brown. 2nd order seems to be adapting well. Also bought a dwarf banana tree that is starting to come to life. Wrote this review because I was hounded by emails asking for it.

Realizing the shock sometimes when a plant is received and potted that there may be some leaf loss, I am positively thinking that new leaves will appear in time... so, remaining hopeful

1st shipment had damaged goods because of poor packaging.
2nd (replacement) shipment never arrived because the local FedEx warehouse would not deliver because the container was damaged.
The order was canceled.

Was surprised at how much smaller this plant was than the picture. Also bought two other plants from another retailer (much less expensive) around the same time-both are thriving this one looks not very healthy. Disappointed.

The tree came quickly and in perfect condition. The instructions were clear. I will order from them again.

The tree arrived in a bad shape and I am still trying to keep it alive.

Elvis was completely helpful, courteous, enthusiastic, with a deep and accurate knowledge for everything he recommended. He also had an excellent, most agreeable sense of humor that added to the quality of my wife's and my own experience with FGT.
Lastly know he makes both his bosses and FGT look good.
