Great service. I have never ordered a plant online, usually just grab whatever local nursery has in stock. My very large monstera was packed very securely, fresh, leaves intact no broken stems and packed in a way to prevent or at least minimize soil spills. Great experience and will def order again in the future
Tree arrived in its side, dirt everywhere, no root ball. We planted it anyway hoping it could make a comeback but it is dying. I emailed and received no reply.

Fast-growing trees have an incredible selection of trees to purchase; however, the shipping method they use relies on the professionalism of UPS or FEDEX, who did not treat my package carefully, and so now I have two almost dead-looking trees in my yard. I'm hoping they pull through, but it has been two weeks, and they still don't look too good.

My plants (2 dogwoods, 1 hydrangea) weren't quite DOA, but close. The hydrangea wasn't salvageable. Its one stalk had been folded into the packaging and was mangled beyond repair; so I recycled it. The two dogwoods had few leaves, and half of them were dried to a crisp. I gave the roots a good soaking, then planted them with some root fertilizer and a nice compost mixture. Hoping they will perk up. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
Got Bing cherry tree fall 2021, came in a box and I would say a little stressed. We put it in the ground within 3 days and it seems to be doing very well so far so good, we will see what happens in Spring but I have high hopes since it looks pretty good and happy.

Purchased a new Jane Magnolia and it came out beautiful. I got it in the ground in 2 days. Here we are two weeks later and she is a beauty!
Trees as delivered are scraggly and sickly looking. I'm concerned they will never grow into healthy trees. FastGrowingTrees response to this issue was to dismiss my concern by effectively saying all their products look bad when delivered but they grow out of it.
I ordered a tree and it was in good shape but broken. They sent me a new tree right away and it came in perfect and they were ever so nice about it. I just used the online chat to take care of it. Couldn't be happier, will order again
Bought three banana trees when they said they had 4 available. Told me order was confirmed and believed their website that said would usually ships in 1-2 days unless noted. Did not hear anything for over a week so I enquired via email about status of order. Was told that they did not have any of these threes. Requested refund. Refund was given in the next couple days

Lies. Your site is not.up to date. The item purchased was out of stock and never shipped in the promised 24-48 hour window. Two weeks later... not notification was sent. Rep states order is backorder and will ship soon as it gets into stock. How the he'll does the 150$ I spent for a tree help me plant it in "Fall" if all you do is keep my money for a year and send me Zero notification your doing so?

I had a avocado tree that I purchase from you and it didn't make it. I was originally disappointed. I was just going to mark it off as a failed experience. I have planted several fruit trees in the same area and I couldn't understand what happened. Your gardeners suggested maybe over watering which was possible. We were having 100 F weather and I was watering the other trees the same. I decided to call just to see what could be done but not expecting anything. Everyone was outstanding and very helpful. They gave me full credit towards a Lapin Cherry tree and I am hoping for a leaf before winter. The tree was packaged perfectly and I planted it immediately with lots of potting soil in about a 4'x4' dug and treated square. Fingers crossed. Your customer service was outstanding and your gardener's were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend your company to anyone interested in getting full grown trees.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
