I had tried growing flowers, bushes, trees, succulents - anything - to no avail. Until I discovered Fast Growing Trees! This was my second purchase and, again, my plants came in beautiful health! I purchased 2 trees in late Aug and they arrived 2 weeks later. "October Red Glory Maples" that came beautifully packaged and could tell, with great care. I didnt know what condition they would be in or what to expect with two 6-7' trees being shipped directly to my house. I was very pleased. I planted them as soon as I unpackaged them as I couldnt wait for their arrival. So far they are still standing, no wilting and the leaves that were green with a hint of the fall colors peaking thru are now a beautiful orange/red in just a short time of me planting them. I can't wait to see them in a few yrs as they grow taller and when more branches and leaves begin to sprout. A beautiful investment to my home!
We have been very happy with the wax myrtles. They are now three years old and growing well. We bought thirteen and replaced two after a rest. But all are healthy. We added three more this year. They do very well with root fertilizer when planted
I purchased two dogwood trees from Fast Growing Trees. When the shipment arrived, one tree was in perfect shape but the other was badly wilted because the soil mixture had fallen out of the pot in transit, leaving the fully leafed out tree bare rooted for several days. I carefully re-potted the tree and watered it well and placed it in semi shade to re-hydrate... I was thinking it would perk up in a few days,... but it continued to wilt worse every day until the leaves were dry and crispy. When I called to inform the nursery of the problem... a very stubborn spokesman told me the tree was still alive as long it it was green under the bark, if I scratched it. I know from running a tree nursery for many years, that a tree dies FIRST and then, after several weeks, the inner cambion layer under the bark turns brown afterwards, but the spokesman did not want to hear anything I had to say except the tree was fine and only "looked" dead now. Now, through no fault of my own... I have a dead tree in less than 2 weeks. Also... Fast Growing trees charged me a New York City sales tax of nearly 10 dollars in addition to a New York State sales tax even though I do not live anywhere near New York City! Very sneaky and underhanded indeed!

Ordered and paid for two trees. The site said 1-2 days until shipping, and I received a confirmation saying the same. After a week I'd heard nothing so I called customer service and they checked and said the trees were on back order and there would be a 6 month delay.
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We do sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
Easy and great experience with fast growing. However, FedEx screwed up and delivered nearly a week late which affected the condition of one plant. However, I think it will be fine. Fruit growing on 1 already.
It was what we ordered, but the tree arrived a week late and was somewhat dry when it arrived. There were a few small dead branches. We planted it and it is starting to come around.
Fast Growing Trees has great customer service. We purchased a palm that did not do well and they replaced it with a beautiful new one.

I received plants that were absolutely destroyed in shipping and was told they are still alive so not eligible for refund. Sure, they're alive but look like absolute trash and we will be lucky if they survive a season.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. We ordered 3 maple trees last year and were very impressed with the fast delivery and the success of the new plantings. We have just followed up with an order of 4 hybrid poplar trees and again the delivery was fast. Only one tree had the top broken off, but I do not expect this to be a problem.
Fast well shipped in burlap not those compost pots that never work right. Will let you know next year if I enjoy my fruit.

I like the tree selection on your site and the olive tree I received was in good shape and a good looking tree. However, it was much too expensive for its size/maturity. I recently bought another olive tree of similar species from my local nursery and it was about 1/3rd the price of your site. Sadly, I don't think I'd use your site again knowing the inflated cost.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
